Miracles in the Bible A definition of a miracle is “an extraordinary event that is not explainable by natural, scientific processes”. In our case we may also want to add events that are miraculous due to the intervention of God such as women who were not able to have children being able to have children and possibly also the timing of certain events. Some people may not consider all of these as miracles while others would add more. There are also many instances where God blessed people, provided victory in war or intervened in other ways.
