I went into this revival conference eager to hear Andrew speak as I have been an avid reader of his articles for several years now. Sadly however, this sermon was a let down. Now don't get me wrong, the content of this sermon was spot on. Every Christian needs to understand this. Yet, there is something to be said for the phrase 'The Medium is the message'. For me, Andrew's delivery was difficult to overcome. Whether or not it was his intention I couldn't help but feel like I was being talked down at. There was an arrogant swagger. Leaning on the pulpit with an elbow, shirt sleeves rolled up, wandering around the stage with a water bottle in hand. At the end, the feeling I walked away with was as if someone spent an hour saying "Duh!!! I can't believe Christians don't get this...Duh!! I can't believe YOU don't get this." I was neither encouraged or uplifted.

Andrews sermon was a highlight for me at this conference. We need an awakening concerning Christ indwelling the soul of man which sets us free from sin! Thanks Andrew for obeying God and preaching this message which unfortuantly is too often rejected and it even is offensive to most, even those who promote revival. My heart weeps for those who reject this message because they reject the whole purpose of the the atonement and they think they are rejecting a doctrine but they are rejecting Christ Himself!
