Psalms 11:6

Psa. 11:6. “Snares.” i.e., This destruction shall come suddenly and unexpectedly upon them, while they are saying peace and safety, while they are eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, and gratifying their lusts - as a bird that is securely feeding on the sweet bait, suspecting no harm nigh, and is suddenly caught in the snare.
