HOw are they increased that trouble me?] This was a token of his stable faith, that for all his troubles he had his recourse to God.
Psalms 3:2
Selah] Selah here signifieth either a lifting up of the voice in singing, or a lifting up of the minde, to cause us to consider the sentence, as a thing of great importance, or both. See Psalms 9:16.
