Context — The Desolation of Egypt
14I will restore Egypt from captivity and bring them back to the land of Pathros, the land of their origin. There they will be a lowly kingdom.
15Egypt will be the lowliest of kingdoms and will never again exalt itself above the nations. For I will diminish Egypt so that it will never again rule over the nations. 16Egypt will never again be an object of trust for the house of Israel, but will remind them of their iniquity in turning to the Egyptians. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD.”Cross References

Ezekiel 29:14 Summary
This verse, Ezekiel 29:14, tells us that God will bring the Egyptians back to their homeland, the land of Pathros, after a time of judgment and dispersion. He will make them a lowly kingdom, so they will no longer be able to dominate other nations, as seen in Ezekiel 29:15. This shows us that God is in control of all nations, and He will humble those who exalt themselves, as also seen in Daniel 4:37 (Daniel 4:37). It's a reminder that God's plan is to bring all nations under His rule, and we can trust in His sovereignty, as stated in Psalm 103:19.
