20 Bible Verses on Thoughts of Suicide

20 verses

In times of overwhelming sorrow or desperation, the Bible offers comfort and hope to those struggling with thoughts of ending their life. The Psalms, such as Psalms 34:17-20, remind us that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Isaiah 41:10 and Exodus 14:14 assure us that God is our strength and helper in times of trouble, and Jeremiah 29:11 promises a future filled with hope and promise. Through faith in God's power and love, as expressed in Philippians 4:13, believers can find the strength to persevere and trust in His plan for their lives.
