10 Bible Verses on Harvest

10 verses

The biblical concept of harvest emphasizes the importance of diligence and perseverance in spiritual labor. As seen in Galatians 6:9, believers are encouraged to continue doing good, knowing that they will reap a harvest in due time. Jesus teaches in Matthew 9:37 and Luke 10:2 that the harvest is plentiful, but workers are few, highlighting the need for laborers to bring in the spiritual harvest. The apostle Paul also writes in 2 Corinthians 9:10 that God will enrich those who sow generously, and as Jesus notes in John 4:35, the fields are already ripe for harvest, emphasizing the urgency of the task.
