In the Bible, a crown symbolizes a reward for faithful endurance and perseverance. According to James, those who remain steadfast under trial will receive the crown of life, while 1 Peter describes it as a crown of glory that the Chief Shepherd will award to faithful leaders. The book of Revelation also mentions a crown, warning believers to hold on to their crown and not let anyone take it away, as seen in the letters to the churches in Revelation 2 and 3. Additionally, 2 Timothy looks forward to the crown of righteousness that the Lord will give to all who have loved His appearing.
