The concept of eternal preparation in the Bible refers to God's sovereign plan and purpose for humanity, which has been in place since before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). According to Scripture, God's eternal preparation involves the predestination of believers to be conformed to the image of Christ (Romans 8:29), and it is rooted in His love and wisdom, as expressed in Jeremiah 29:11, which states that God has plans to prosper and give hope to His people. This eternal preparation is also closely tied to the idea of God's providence, as seen in Psalms 23:1, where David declares that the Lord is his shepherd, guiding and directing him throughout his life. Through His eternal preparation, God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, demonstrating His infinite wisdom and care for His creation.
