Sermon Summary
In this sermon, the preacher expresses frustration and anger towards the wickedness in the world, particularly highlighting a case where a young man who had beaten up an elderly man and was shot while running away sued the police department and won a large sum of money. The preacher believes that these actions are the work of the devil trying to destroy the church. However, the preacher reminds the audience that God does not respond with fire and destruction, but rather calls a conference in heaven to address the concerns of his people. The sermon then shifts to a message about the great moving of the Holy Spirit on the youth and the expansion of the church. The preacher emphasizes that God is making his final move against the devil and that his children will be protected. The sermon concludes with a reference to Isaiah 51, where the prophet encourages those who seek righteousness to trust in God and not fear the reproach of men.

What is God going to do next? A prophetic message to Russia and America. You say, nobody in Russia is going to hear it. Well, that's where you're wrong because we're printing these messages now in Lithuania and there'll be over 100,000 of these distributed of this message tonight in Russia. So, it is a message that will go to Russia as well. I don't know if it'll continue next week or not depending on what we feel out of the Lord tonight. Heavenly Father, we thank you for the work of the Holy Spirit in America, Russia and around the world. Lord, I want you to help us tonight to continue to be carried out in the Spirit as we were this morning to see the great work of God being unveiled before our very eyes. Holy Spirit, we can't begin to understand. You blow where you choose. The wind blows where it chooses. We can't begin to trace it or track it down. But Lord, we rejoice in what you're doing in the world today. And you've given hope to the church. You've given us hope here in New York and Times Square. We see the awesome judgments of the Lord ready to fall but at the same time we see the glory of the church arising. Hallelujah. Lord, breathe on us tonight. Don't let anything hinder your word from going forth tonight. Lord, this message is not for outside this church as much as it is for inside this church, this people, whoever hear it, in the name of the Lord. Give us unction from heaven, I pray. God, bring the word to our hearts. Hallelujah. Amen. The prophet Isaiah was given a prophecy, I believe, that was directed to our day. It's directed to Russia. It's directed to the United States of America. And I believe the whole wide world. It includes China, India, all the islands of the sea, worldwide. There's a prophecy about what God is about to do. Now, a question for you, please. Why the sudden introduction of Glasnop? Why Perestroika? Why suddenly is the whole world being shaken by these events that we never even anticipated? Why are they rolling up the barbed wires? Why are all the walls being bulldozed down now? Why are the borders being set free? Free travel, free elections in communist nations. Yesterday they voted for the first time in 40 years in East Germany. They didn't even know how to vote. It was incredible. Why, all of a sudden, has this come upon us? Why are the prison doors opening? You know that last Friday night we had in this pulpit the last pastor released from prison in Russia. Stood right here in this pulpit, the last one. No other pastors in Russia are in jail. The jails have all been released. The prisoners have all been released. Simultaneously with that, why is there now such a hunger for Jesus, such as the church has never witnessed in probably many, many years? Why this great hunger and thirsting after righteousness? The cry for holiness. Where did it come from? What's it all about? All over the world. This message that's gripping the hearts. People are yearning after Jesus. Where just a few years ago they were yearning for materialism, yearning for pleasure and getting involved in the things of this world. It's changing, folks, all over the world. There's a hunger, a yearning, a thirst for Jesus beyond anything we could anticipate. All of the answers to the questions I've given you now are answered in Isaiah 51. Will you turn with me, please? Maybe go to the prophetic message to Russia and America. And for that matter, wherever communism is falling, every free born nation in the world. Now, begin with me, please, at verse 1, Isaiah 51, 1. Now, I hope you brought your Bible with you. And I want you to go home and study this prophecy. After I'm done preaching tonight, we're just going to touch the highlights. Nobody today, I think, without spending a week at this, we could never get down to the fullness of it. But we're just going to touch the highlights tonight. This amazing prophecy of Isaiah is directed to all who follow after righteousness. Verse 1. Hearken to me. Who? Ye that follow after righteousness. Ye that seek the Lord. Look unto the rock which you are hewn and to the hole of the pitch which you are digged. In other words, out of the quarry from which the rock was taken. Look at verse 7. Verse 7. Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness. The people in his heart is my law. Fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings. Now, listen to me, please. Look this way. These are not those who are seeking after righteousness. They found it. This is a people who know righteousness. This is a message to the Christians in America, the Christians in Russia, not to the whole world, but to the righteous. This prophecy is told or given exclusively to the righteous who know his righteousness. You know, I don't see in this prophecy of Isaiah, I don't see this directed to natural Israel. Now, this church believes that God still has a covenant with natural Israel. We don't believe in what they call replacement theology, that the church has replaced Israel all through the Old Testament. It doesn't have to replace it. This stands on two feet, the church and natural Israel. And the church has never replaced natural Israel. There's only been one church. There will always be one church. God still has a covenant with Israel, but they also have to come by way of faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. The same way, there's only one church, the true church. You see, this prophecy is directed to the redeemed. Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation, a stone, a tried stone, a sure foundation. Now, when the Bible here speaks, when the prophet speaks of Zion, he's speaking of the church in this particular prophecy, and many other prophecies, by the way, in the Old and New Testament. Zion represents the redeemed of the Lord. That holy hill is a godly people sanctified, filled with the spirit of the living God. Zion, Jerusalem, there is a new Jerusalem. There is a holy city of God coming down out of heaven. And, you know, some people say, well, you can't put the New Testament church in the term of Jerusalem or Zion. Well, the Scripture makes it very clear. Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation, a stone, a tried stone, a sure foundation. Who is that? It's Christ. Christ is that tried stone. The Scripture said glad tidings were preached out of Zion. What is Zion? That's the church. The church only has preached the glad tidings of the gospel. And we belong, whether you want to see it or not, we belong to the new Jerusalem, all of us. If you're born again, you are a Jew by faith. Listen to it. But Jerusalem, which is above, is free, which is the mother of us all. And the Hebrew writer, speaking of the true church, said, But ye are come to Mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. The heavenly Jerusalem. I'm convinced, as you read this, that some say, well, that's natural Zion. That was David's city within Jerusalem. That's natural Jerusalem. No, I see it much broader than that because it's the redeemed of the Lord. Now, Isaiah's prophecy has absolutely nothing to do, has absolutely to do, absolutely to do with the new saints in the new Jerusalem. Now, God said He would do nothing until He revealed it to His servants, the prophets. I read it to you from Amos 3, 7. Surely the Lord will do nothing, but He revealeth it to His servants, the prophets. Now, He's done that. He revealed it to Isaiah, to Jeremiah, to Ezekiel, and to all the major and minor prophets. He's already revealed His mind. You see, we don't need another group of new prophets to understand the mind of God. Much of what I hear today that's called prophecy is Pentecostal psychics. They're going to give you your name, your address, and tell you where you have a backache. Now, I'm not mocking, but I'm telling you this now. You can go right down here at Lower East Side, and you can see the great Christian do the same thing. He can tell you how much money's in your purse or your pocket. He can give you a name and address, the name of your doctor. They're doing that, psychics are doing that all over the world. They'll tell you what your aches and your pains are. That's not prophecy. That is not prophecy. There are some that have developed their psyche, and they're using it in Pentecostal circles. And I think it's dangerous. I think it's foolishness. Absolute foolishness. Because if you have to have something like that to inspire your faith, you don't believe this Word. You don't believe the Book. When I talk about the Lord said, I'll reveal it to my prophets. He's done it. He's done it. He's revealed it already. You know, I said from this pulpit a few weeks ago, God caught us all by surprise when He tore down the Iron Curtain. He caught us by surprise when He brought down Communism. But I'm wrong. No, it was all revealed. It's all said right here. He didn't catch us by surprise. If we'd been searching like Daniel did, we would have understood the set time of the Lord. It's already been told Isaiah. Now, there are some prophets today, pseudo-prophets, in certain charismatic circles. Well, I knew it. I've been telling everybody Iron Curtain's coming down. I knew the day, the time, and the hour. Let them boast. They're way behind schedule. Isaiah knew it hundreds and hundreds of years ago. So, there's nothing new. Nothing new. And you see, there's not much interest in validating our modern prophets. There are prophets in the church. But these prophets have gotten along with God, and they've wrapped themselves up in this book. They're saturated with Isaiah, just like Jesus was. And they can say it, as the prophet Isaiah said. They know what God has already revealed. The holy men of God, who anointed the Holy Ghost. That's not saying God can't speak that mind. But as Bob said this morning, it will flow in the mind of Christ. It will reveal the heart of God in these matters. And it will not be interested in validating men. I'm not interested in being validated, even as a watchman. I want to see His Word validated, and that alone. But you see, He did reveal it from Isaiah 51. It's already revealed. Now, God is so intent, and I receiving and believing this amazing prophecy of Isaiah 51. He prefaces the whole prophecy with an appeal to our faith. I want you to look at verse 2. Look unto Abraham, your father. For I called him alone, and I blessed him, and I increased him. Now listen to me, please. It's as if the Lord is saying, you're not going to believe this prophecy. Now remember this prophecy came right from the lips of our Lord. Right out of His heart. Right into the heart of Isaiah. And He is saying, you will not believe what I'm about to tell you. It's going to sound so impossible, so incredible. Unless you look back and consider my past record, my faithfulness to Abraham. You're not going to be ready to receive it. So stop right now before I give you this prophecy, He says. And look at your father Abraham. He was one man. He was an old man, and it was impossible for him to bear children in the natural. His wife had a barren womb. And God said, I promise to make him a nation, and I did it. Look back. And God says, you're a part of the fulfillment of that prophecy. He said, now before you go into the prophecy, before I give it to you, look back. Think of my faithfulness. Brother and sister, God kept His word to Abraham and to Sarah. And He became the father, and the Bible said, we're the children of Abraham if we believe as He did. In the Lord Jesus Christ. God's saying, remember Abraham, this one man of faith. And as surely as I kept my word to Abraham, so will I perform every word of this prophecy that I'm about to give you. Isaiah 50, back to chapter 50, verse 2. God asks, look at it, verse 2. Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? When I called, was there none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold it, my rebuke, I draw up the seas. I make the rivers a wilderness. The fish stinketh, because there's no water. And dryeth, they die of thirst. It's God saying, look, I've not changed. My arm is not short. I promise these men of old times, my miracle-working power undertook my promises, fulfilled them. And as soon as I fulfilled these promises, and I draw up the sea, and I sank Pharaoh and his army like lead in that sea. I will keep my word to your generation. Hallelujah. Now this prophecy of Isaiah contains some amazing prophecies. And I'm going to just, I have about six, but I'm going to go about three of them with you tonight. First of all, I want you to consider what God's about to do. And He's doing it right now, I believe we're in the middle of it. And that's to do with His sovereign work. Beginning in verse 9. Here's what I see God begin. Listen closely now. God is going to arouse Himself as one who awakens from sleep. He's going to arouse Himself as one who awakens from sleep. Verse 9, beginning to read. Awake or arouse, arouse. Put on strength, O arm of the Lord. Awake or arouse yourself, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab and wounded the dragon? Look at me please. God says I'm going to arouse myself as a man who wakes from sleep. Now we know that the scripture says, He that keepeth his rest shall never slumber asleep. He that keepeth thee will not sleep. But beloved, there are times when it appears as though God is not awake. It appears that things go on and God doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. David himself cried out, O God, awake. Why do you sleep, O Lord, arise? Why do you hide your face and forget our afflictions? You see, what God's trying to show us is that His patience finally comes to an end. And at a set time, He shakes Himself. He arises and puts an end to the oppression of the enemy. It's not that God is asleep, but in comparison to the miracle power He releases, it appears in comparison to all the activity of God, all the miraculous things He releases, it appears in light of that that He's been asleep. Because things begin to happen. Things begin to take place that are shattering, and suddenly prayers are being answered on the left hand and on the right, and God is doing things that we can't keep up with. And it appears that suddenly God has been awakened, but He's never been asleep. He's never, but He has a set time. And I'll tell you what, I am so convinced of these set times of God. Listen to the Scripture. Thou shalt arise and have mercy on Zion, for the set time to favor her has come. When the Lord shall build up Zion, He shall appear in all His glory. When He... He will then regard the prayer of the destitute. This is written for a generation to come. Folks, listen to me, please. Do you remember when God came to Abraham? He said, I'm going to make a great nation of you. But He said 400 years they're going to be in captivity. I'll read it to you. Nor assuredly, this is God speaking to Abraham, nor assuredly that your seed shall be a stranger in the land that is not theirs, and they will serve them, and they shall be afflicted there 400 years. After this they shall come out with great substance. In the fourth generation they shall come hither again, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. Now listen, the third generation could have fasted, prayed, begged Him, repented, and nothing would have happened, other than the blessing of God that comes to those who... God keeps His word, He's the covenant God. They would have still been in prison because the set time had not come. God said 400 years. If you had prayed, you'd be praying against the revealed will of God. The word of God had been clearly stated in 400 years. And they would have known that that happened when judgments began to fall on Israel, they would know. Now, they could have counted the years. It was that easy, they could have counted the years. Now, the great thing God is showing here also is His patience. He waited 400 years for the cup of iniquity to be filled. I've often wondered why God hasn't judged America yet in total desolation. It's because of this great patience of our God. Incredible patience. He waits for the fruit of the harvest. But you see, God also told Israel that because of their sin they're going to Babylon for how many years? 70 years. Well, the scripture came to Jeremiah, thus saith the Lord, that after 70 years are accomplished at Babylon, I'll visit you, I'll perform my good word towards you in causing you to return to your place, then shall you call on me, and then shall you go out and pray to me, and I will hearken unto you, and I will deliver you. He says, coming in time, I'm going to rise up and shake myself, and I'm going to move right on schedule, right on the set time. I'm going to move. I'm going to hear your prayer. I'm going to work like I've never... It's not that he hadn't answered their prayer before, but God says, you're going to be praying according to my will. I'm going to raise people up who know my will, the set time they're going to pray according to the flow of my set time, and nothing will hinder what they pray. And Daniel, he could have prayed the 60th year all he wanted. He was a praying man. He was in captivity all those years. He could have prayed and fasted as he did, and that would not have changed the set time of God. But the 70th year, Daniel began to study Jeremiah. He said, in the first year of Darius' reign, I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years whereof the word of the Lord had come to Jeremiah, that he would accomplish 70 years in the desolation of Jerusalem. He was reading it, and he got his calculator out. And one day he stops, he said, We came 70 years ago. He got Jeremiah out, and he read this very verse that I just gave to you. Jeremiah, the very word that saith the Lord, after 70 years be accomplished. I'll visit you. I'll perform that good word, and you'll return to your place. And something came into his heart, and he could pray by faith. He prayed according to the will of God, and he saw the signs everywhere. This is God's time. The set time to favor Zion has come. How do we know? Because the Bible said you can look around, and you can see God working. Brother Phillips called it, you'll see the ark. The ark is standing right in front of you. You'll see it going up. You know that the time is near. Listen to this. David illustrated it. He said, God forsook the tabernacle of Silo. He delivered his strength into captivity. He gave his people over to the sword. Fire consumed them. But then the Lord awakened his one out of sleep, and it was like a mighty man that shaken himself because of wine. And he smote his enemies, and he put them to perpetual shame. God looked down and said, Next Tuesday. Noon. Twelve o'clock. Enough. God has a time clock. I believe in Holy Ghost timing. And God said enough. And he stood, and like a man that awakens out of sleep, he aroused himself, and like a man drunk with wine, so full of the fury and anger against the enemies of his people, he stood up, and suddenly the enemy was devastated. Glory be to God. I'm telling you that to say this. God is right now making his final move against the devil. That old dragon. Now, listen to it. Now, there have been seasons of refreshing. There have been seasons of revivals. But you see, the worldwide picture is one of kind of benign benevolence, where God is taking care of his children. He's keeping his word, and it's wonderful. I've learned what it is to break through to that peace and rest. Many of you have learned that. There are pockets of revival now all over the world. God is moving in measure. He always has. Even in the darkest of times, God has always had a people that have walked in righteousness before the Lord. But you see, there comes a time that we get to thinking, God's not at work. And that's the way it's been in a number of years in the past, because you look at conditions, it looks like the devil's been winning. The abortionists are still, in spite of all our prayers and the marches, the devil is still killing millions of babies. You know, Russia's killing more than we are in the United States. So if God's going to judge America for that, he has to judge Russia too. He's a just and faithful God. You see the wicked flaunting their arrogance on all sides. You see our unsaved loved ones that you pray about, you knock on heaven's gate, and they don't seem to be convicted. They go on year after year, and nothing changes. They're still unsaved. Your father, your mother, your children. You say, what's it going to take? And you get the feeling sometimes, God, are you really answering prayer? You know, we still have that clinic on 68th Street, on the third floor above us there in our church offices. We've been praying for two years, that thing shut down. And sometimes there's a question arises, God, are you really answering? Are you really working on our behalf? And the heart cries out just like David, Oh God, where are you? Waken! But you see the prophet Isaiah is seeing God rise up like a mighty arm. His arm is rising up. God's fist is coming right up out of the sea. And God has got his fist with power and might. Look at verse 10, 51, verse 10. Art thou not it, which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep, that hath made the depths of the sea away, for the ransomed to pass over? God says, now I'm going to bless thine and you're going to pass over. You're going to pass over into a new realm of miraculous movings of the Holy Spirit like you have never seen. Verse 9, was it not thou who pierced the dragon? Now, that's referring first of all to Pharaoh. I'm against thee, Pharaoh, king of Egypt, that great dragon that lieth in the midst of the rivers. The Bible called him the dragon. But it's also a type of Satan. Revelation 20, verse 7, And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the devil, Satan, and bound him a thousand years. What does the prophet say? Art thou not he, verse 9, Art thou not he that hath cut Rahab and wounded the dragon? Brother and sister, I believe God is making his move against Satan, and though Satan does not have power or authority in the church of Jesus Christ, he is making by revelation, sovereign revelation, to all the church who believe it, that they do not have to be bound. They do not have to give the devil credit anymore. For power he does not have. We are right now witnessing before our very eyes the fulfillment of this prophecy of Isaiah 51. God has awakened, he's come to Zion to visit his people. God has made his move. Look at verse 3. Verse 3, For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her race places, he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving and the voice of melody. Look at me please. Just when it seems like the devil is getting the upper hand, he's laying the church waste with false doctrines. He seems to be the world's biggest jailer, at will casting Christians in jail all over the world, in China, in Russia, behind their curtain. Thousands and thousands cast in jail. Prison persecuted. And it looks like he is getting up the hand of authority. The scripture, Isaiah, don't turn it, but Isaiah 14, 17 asks the question, Who made the world like a wilderness? Who overthrew its cities? Who did not allow the prisoners to go home? Who made the earth to tremble? And then in Isaiah 14, 12 it says it was Lucifer, the devil. The devil made the church a wilderness, a waste place in many... I'm talking about the church, not the tyrant of the church, but the church that is of the hardened system. The devil came in with doubt and fear and false doctrines. But I want you to know something, folks. The famine is over. The famine of the Word of God is absolutely over. Hallelujah. The devil is no longer the world's biggest jailer because the Lord has released the prisoners all over the world. The only place now that Christians are in jail is America. We've got Ben down here right now being kept. They're trying to send him back to Libya. And as soon as he gets off the plane, his family will take him and they'll try to... It's absolute death that they get him out of the United States. But you see, even that is going to change because we have a mighty God who's releasing the prisoners now. Hallelujah. He's releasing all the prisoners. He will comfort Zion and all the waste places. He will make her wilderness like Eden and a desert like the Garden of the Lord. John Godness shall be found there in Thanksgiving and the voice of Melody. Brother, sister, do you know that the presses are rolling right now? We heard from this pulpit from the pastor from Russia that a printing company in Germany has just gotten permission to print 13 million Bibles and take them in. In fact, the Lord had prepared them. They were already printing the Bibles before the wall came down. And those Bibles are just about ready and they're coming in from all over Europe. Bibles, not only Bibles, songbooks, commentaries, Bible help, study helps. Russia, it's like a vacuum sucking it in from all over the world. Hallelujah. The famine is over. In America, the true Word of God and holiness is being preached as never before. The starved saints are being fed to the full. That dry wilderness that many were in is becoming a Garden of Eden. There's a fullness, there's a joy. I get letters from my men and girls from all over the world, especially in the United States, people who say, I thank God. My heart was hungry and thirsting and the Word is coming. I'm receiving a fresh Word from heaven. And there's a joy that comes with that. He said they'll be making Melody, there'll be joy. Thanksgiving. They're in. Do you know that in Russia, East Germany, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, all over the world, the communist world right now, there are people so full of joy and gladness they can't contain themselves. They simply can't contain themselves. That Russian pastor told us just a few years before he was in jail, if he passed out Bibles, they would have been added to his jail sentence. And now they catch him with his car full of Bibles. Remember what he said? He got surrounded all around. Can we have one? Can we have one? And they were grabbing them left and right. God put that in his heart. That's a sovereign work of the Holy Spirit. Just six months before, they would have been willing. This is the end of side one. You may now turn the tape over to side two. But now God, by His Spirit, has changed their heart. He's come to Zion. He's come to bless, to bring the living word of God. The famine is over. I believe that with all my heart. The famine's over. Hallelujah. When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them to dream. Hallelujah. Then was our mouth filled with laughter. And our tongue was singing. Then said they among the heathen, The Lord has done these great things for us. For they who sowed in tears are weeping in joy. Hallelujah. Glory be to God. You see, why is this happening all of a sudden? Because God's saying, it's time for Zion to awake. Look at chapter 52, verse 1 and 2. Awake. Awake. Put on thy strength, O Zion. Put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city. For henceforth there shall no man come unto thee. Into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. Shake thyself from the dust. Arise and sit down, O Jerusalem. Loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. God said, I've arisen. There are no bands that are just laying there. But I have disconnected. I have unlocked it. Take it off. Take it off. Rise. Zion, take it off. You're no longer bound by the devil. You can see what I've done. He's going to rise and shake himself. And he's going to sovereignly move, bringing the word of God, bringing joy and gladness to his house. Secondly, God is taking action against those who reproach and revile the church of Jesus Christ. Listen to me quick. Again, God's about to take action against those who reproach and revile the church of Jesus Christ. Look at chapter 51, verse 7 and 8. Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness. The people whose heart is my law. Fear ye not the reproach of men. Neither are ye afraid of their revilings. For the moth shall eat them up like a garment. And the worm shall eat them like wool. But my righteousness shall be forever and my salvation from generation to generation. Fear not the reproach of men. Look at me please. Almost daily now. In fact, this past week I got three petitions from irate Christians who are boiling mad. Not at me, but at conditions in the world and what the liberals are doing to our society. And these were petitions from Christians who are really at the boiling point. It's, I can't take anymore. If we don't do something, they're going to destroy our nation and our faith. One of the petitions had to do with Madeleine Mary O'Hara, the atheist, who has gotten together over half a million signatures now to get all preaching off of radio and television. All preaching completely. And they're making inroads in this. Almost every radio and television advance now are sending out petition forms and so forth to petition to stand up and fight this thing. And it's a very fearful thing. Very sad. I don't know if you read in the paper this week. The American Bar Association has called for a new tort proposal, which means that they're going to go after church counselors, pastors and counselors, and sue them. If anyone, for example, if Sister Marietta is counseling a young lady, and she doesn't get through, but she just counseled her, did everything scripturally, that girl goes out and commits suicide, she can be sued, the church can be sued. Millions of dollars. They're going after church properties. They're called the tort law. And the tort proposal. And not only that, they're going to go after, they can sue the pastor. If you sit in the church, and I preach judgment, and I get you upset, and stare at you, and bring discomfort to you, and you claim it cost you a nervous breakdown, you can sue me. I'd be sued something terrible. Brother, sister, what we're seeing is frightening. We're right now at the place, legally, they can come into this church, we're right at that place now, I don't know how far away, but right at the brink, of a homosexual group coming into this church, demanding that we hire homosexuals here on our staff. With the law supporting them. We are getting to the place where it's almost maddening to think about it. But I want to tell you something. Glory be to God. I want to tell you something. I've got some wonderful news. You know, I get to hearing all these things, and seeing all these things, and you know my heart says, oh God, if they succeed, if they reach their goals, the church will be hamstrung. The courts are so wicked, they seem to... Here's a young man that beat up a 71-year-old man, and he was shot in the back when he was running, and he just sued the police department, and won over four and a half million dollars. He was given four and a half million dollars, though he was robbing a man of his own race. And you get to thinking of that. You say, God, if the homosexuals, if these ungodly judges with their filthy minds, if these people keep on, they're just trying to... It's the devil trying to destroy the church of Jesus Christ. And my blood begins to boil, and I walk and chew my fingernails. And I say, oh God, send fire from heaven, lightning, thunder. Hold it. You don't know what spirit you're of, because that's not what God's going to do. I'll show you in just a minute. You know what the Lord does? He calls a conference in heaven, and there's all... There's Gabriel and all the angels of heaven, the four and twenty elders, and he says, my people are fretting. My people are concerned. They believe that their enemies are arising. Their enemies are going to overwhelm them. What shall we do? And all the angels in heaven know that the enemy has no power. So someone suggests, let's send an invasion of moths. Verse 8. Verse 8. The moths shall eat them up like a garment, and the worms shall eat them like wool. Do you know what it is? It's God's disdain for the power of the enemy. God says, I don't need to send thunder. I don't need to send fire. I'm going to send the tiny moths. He said, they don't know, but they're being eaten up right now. All the pilgrims, all the power bases. I'm eating it up. And while they're out there boasting, they're about to unravel their banners. And when they unravel them up on stage, holes. Hallelujah. The moth is going to destroy the weapons of the enemy on this last day. You know what the Lord said? Your enemy doesn't even merit any more than that. If you could only see, your enemy is not going to prevail. And God told me in prayer, don't worry about Madeline Murray O'Hara. One of these days, she'll be gone. She'll be gone, and then what are you going to worry about? Where is there an atheist on the face of the world that can hinder the work of... All God has to do is go poof, and it's all over. He blows. He said he blows on the leaders of the world, and they're but a speck of dust. They go poof, and they're gone. Khrushchev is gone. Hitler is gone. Mussolini is gone. All of them, Stalin. They're all gone. Wow, they're in a grave. The moth, the worm is eating them up. Who art thou, verse 12, who art thou that thou shouldest be afraid of a man, that shall die, and that the Son of Man would so be made like grass? He said they're grass. They're all going to burn. Why are you worried? Who are you? You're a child of God. Why are you concerned about them? You keep your eyes on me. Don't chew your fingernails anymore. Don't fret. Look at verse 13. A people who feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy. Where is the fury of the oppressor? Where is your enemy? God said, I've trampled them all down. God's going to have a people in these last days who are no longer afraid of any enemy. No fear at all. These revilers, the abortionists, the evil judges, the lawyers, the atheists, the activists who don't want Christ. None shall succeed. Their fury will be harmless. They shall not prevail against the church of Jesus Christ, not his gospel, not his people, not his plan. The eternal purposes of God will be accomplished. The Bible says, verse 14, The exile shall be set free and will not die in the dungeon, nor will his bread be lacking. And verse 16, I have covered you with the shadow of my hands. Brothers and sisters, you see what he said? Now, you see why we shouldn't be surprised at all the jails opening behind the iron curtain? Read it. The exile shall be set free and will not die in the dungeon, nor will his bread be lacking. I've covered you with the shadow of my hands. Brothers and sisters, we can proudly stand here right now, boldly in the name of Jesus, and say in these last days, he said these are for the latter days, God's going to open all the prison doors. Hallelujah. He's doing it right now. And finally, I just want to go into one more thing. I told you I'd do just three of the six tonight. God will remove from our hand the cup of trembling. He's going to remove from our hand the cup of trembling. We're no longer going to have to drink the cup of trembling. And never again will the church allow the devil to walk on its back. You say, where did you get that? Look at verse 22 and 23. Isaiah 51. Thus saith the Lord, thy Lord, the Lord, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, behold, I have taken out of thy hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury. Thou shall no more drink it again. Thou wilt put it into the hand of them that afflict thee, which have said to thy soul, bow down, that we may go over it. And thou hast laid thy body as the ground and as the street to them that went over it. And I like the New American Standard better. It says something about you no longer walk on the back. Doesn't it say that in verse 22, 23? Nobody has a New American Standard? Yeah, they don't walk over the back. In other words, the devil can't walk across your back anymore. Now, I asked the Holy Spirit why he put this message on my heart for tonight. And I said, what are you really trying to get across tonight in this prophecy? And here it is. Here's the answer I received from the Holy Spirit. God says, I've come to Zion in full strength and power. My strong arm is being revealed. I'm bringing down the dragon. So I'm asking my church to awake to righteousness and to put on its strength. Awake! Awake! Put on thy strength, O Zion, from henceforth thou shalt never come to thee again the uncircumcised, the unclean. Shake thyself and sit down, O Jerusalem. Loose thyself from the bands of thy neck. Look at me, please, before I close. I'm telling you, I don't believe that what we're going to see is revival. And not just mere restoration. What God's going to do and what he's doing is so far beyond revival, there's no way to compare it. We are going into something else. He said, I'm going to do for you just like I did in ancient days. He said, when I open the Red Sea, I'm going to do the same thing again. When I wake up and when I arouse myself, I'm going to move. And, brother and sister, it's right there. If you want to look at it, it's in verse 3. The Lord shall comfort Zion. He will comfort all and make her wilderness annoyed. It's verse 9. Awake, awake. Put on strength, O arm of the Lord. Awake, as in the ancient days of the generations of old. There's going to be that kind of miraculous power released. And I don't believe it's going to be just coming through people. Because we have so mishandled that kind of thing. We've taken glory to ourselves. No, God's just sovereignly all around. He's going to pour the rain out on us. He's going to do the miraculous. Suddenly your prayers are going to be answered. You're going to see your loved ones fall under conviction and you haven't even called them. It'll be a time you probably aren't even praying that day. And God is moving on them supernaturally, sovereignly by His will. Do you know that we're in this theater? We're in probably one of the most famous theaters in America. Right here tonight on Broadway in a full house on a Sunday night. And we are in a prophetic moment right now. Do you know that our being here according to the natural mind is absolutely impossible? Do you know that there was a set time it could have been done five years ago? There was a set time and I look back, the pastors of this church look back, and we can't believe it. It's like a dream. And yet we know we're caught up in a prophetic flow. We know that God is doing something beyond our knowledge. He has arisen. It's not been our righteousness. It's not been our prayers. We're to pray because that does something for us. But God says, I'm going to arise as the Ancient of Days. I'm going to do for you like I did for Moses. I'm going to open the sea. I'm going to answer prayer. I'm going to bring down enemy strongholds. And not one group in America can say, it was our prayer meeting that did it. It was 200,000 on my prayer list that did it. No, He's going to do it. He's going to come on all sides unexpectedly. I don't know what He's going to do. I just look around all the time. Well, where are you striking next? Hallelujah. Glory be to Jesus. God's cutting down the wicked. Hallelujah. He said, you will not tremble before your enemies anymore. Do you know what the reward of the righteous is? Before I close. The reward of the righteous is boldness. The righteous are as bold as a lion. But the wicked flee when no man's pursuing. I've been in churches where I knew I could tell something was wrong on the platform. And when I went to talk to the dear man, he wouldn't look me in the eye. And I'll tell you what, when the Holy Ghost came forth in power, and the Word was coming, you'd see him sink down in his seat. He was running when no one was pursuing. Because there was something there, and I don't know what it was. And I've seen that a number of times. And I'll tell you, if you've got sin in your life, if you're having an affair with some woman or some man, I'll tell you what, every telephone call, you wonder. Everywhere you go, you're looking behind you. When has God been exposed? And He will expose you, by the way. There's not one of you here, if you do it, that's not going to be exposed. It's all coming out. If God has to take a bird and let it talk like a parrot, He'll do it. Every hidden thing is coming to the light. Everything that's not under the blood and forsaken is coming to the light. But the reward of the righteous is boldness. In that day shall the Lord of hosts be our crown of glory, and for our diadem of beauty, and for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the bow at the gate, or another who will repel the onslaught at the gate. Hallelujah. He said, I'm going to put a strength in my people. They'll not be afraid of the devil anymore. There's going to be a power in my people, a faith in me. I tell you, I have been soundly, over and over again in the past three months, rebuked in love by the Holy Ghost for my lack of faith. I'm going to read one last portion to you. Don't turn to it, but it's Isaiah 40. Just listen to this. O Zion, that bring us good tidings, get you up to the high mountain, O Jerusalem, that bring us good tidings. Lift up your voice with strength. Lift it up. Be not afraid. Say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God. Behold, the Lord God will come with a strong hand. His arms shall rule for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him. He shall feed His flock like a shepherd. He shall gather the lambs into His arms and carry them in His bosom and shall gently lead those that are with young. And that's a whole new message on exactly what Bob's talking about. That's part two of this message about the great moving of the Holy Spirit on the youth. It's going to be so great. The sons and daughters are going to say, This place is too tight. There's not enough room. We've got to push out the walls. There are not enough seats. What are we going to do? We're going to stretch the tent, the Scripture says. Hallelujah. A great youth revival is coming. Bob had the mind of God on that this morning. And I haven't consulted with Bob, but that's a part of this prophecy that the Lord has given. A great, incredible awaking of our sons and our daughters. Our sons and daughters are going to prophesy up and down our land. Hallelujah. There'll still be a wicked bunch going to drugs, but there's going to be a holy remnant. Hallelujah. A mighty remnant going to rise. Hallelujah. Folks, we have nothing to fear. These are exciting days to be alive. Stand with me for a moment. Will you please stand? I'm glad I didn't live in Moses' day. I'm glad I didn't see the Red Sea open, because what we're going to see is so far beyond that. Hallelujah. Someone found, an usher found a suicide note. It was left this morning in the seat by a brother. It's unnamed. A brother who feels there's nothing left to live for. He mentions Broadway. Evidently, an actor's come out of Broadway. He was here this morning for 25 years living in hell and said there's no hope. I'm so tired, so empty. I feel so lost. I hate myself. If I'd been good when I was small, little, maybe I could have been a man for God, but I've missed so much. It's killing me. I don't want to sin against the Lord anymore. Death seems to be the only way out. I have so many gifts and talents, but they're just laying dormant. I'm dead. I'm perishing right in the midst of your congregation. Well, my dear brother, if you're here tonight, I'm telling you this is exactly what I'm preaching about tonight. The kind of miracle I see, I don't want to see Broadway open and swallow up people like in the olden days. Really not much interest in seeing just a physical sea like the Red Sea open. The greater miracle of all is that God comes into that hardness, that emptiness, and He opens it up, and He fills it with Himself. That's the kind of thing we're talking about. That's the miracle power. It's already happening all over New York now. Do you know a couple of weeks ago, I told you we had 100 workers on the street. People started coming up to the workers asking how to be saved, asking for prayer. You're going to find that everywhere you go. God's going to start opening hearts. My dear brother, if you're here tonight, I'm not going to call you out, but I want you to come quietly with the group. No one will know who you are. I want you to come stand here. I feel confident you're in this service tonight. And I want you to stand among your brothers and sisters here and feel the love of Jesus and believe that God sovereignly, not because you're worthy of it, but simply because God said, I'm here now. I've appeared in Zion. I am among my people and I'll set you free tonight. I'll deliver you from the snare. You don't have to be afraid of the devil anymore. The devil can't kill you. God's going to move all those thoughts of suicide out of your mind. Hallelujah. Lord Jesus, we're living in such momentous times. We see you doing things that are beyond our comprehension. But Lord, what we long for more than anything else, that you said when you come to favor Zion, you'll appear in all your glory. That's what we want to see. That's the miracle we're talking about. Such glory in your house. Such praise. Such awesome presence of Jesus being manifested among us. Lord, that even those who think there's not another hour to live are given a whole new life. Those, Lord, are bound by chains. Those chains fall off. And Zion shakes herself and takes the bonds off her neck. Lord, I'm asking for that miracle. Holy Spirit, breathe all over this house. Those who are discouraged. Those who feel the enemy has tried to destroy them. Those, Lord, who need a miracle in their home. Marriages that are troubled. Oh God, some that feel that God's not answering their prayer. Revive their faith tonight. Now, I ask the Lord what I should say to you now in way of an invitation. It's the best I can determine from the Lord. There's still a small voice in my heart. I made a confession to you that God's been dealing with me about my faith. He's really enlarged me. I've seen so much of the judgment that's coming. I should have taken a little more time to look at some of these great prophecies. And these prophecies are just beginning to, like Brother Bob said, it's more just consuming. It's so overwhelming, the evidence of what God's about to do and is doing. But some of you are standing here tonight, balking in here. Your faith is just like that, it's shaken. You've not seen God do what you've asked Him to do. The enemy's trying to tell you that God's going to let you hang out there and nothing's going to happen. That's not true. I want you to confess that. That's as bad as drug addiction or anything else. That's sin in the sight of God. Unbelief, doubt, and fear, that has to go. God wants a people to break through in confidence and walk in His strength, that the mighty armor of God is going to prevail in your behalf. Hallelujah. And if you've been bound by sin, you still have a lust, you still have something that's holding you, bring it to the Lord Jesus tonight. As they're singing, up in the balcony, go to either side and down the steps and come down any aisle and stand here. I'd like to pray with you right now. If you're here for the first time or if you've been attending this church, obey the Holy Spirit. Lord, speak. We're not just trying to get a crowd down at this altar to the front of this church. We're wanting people, Lord, to open up their hearts and be baptized with faith. A new baptism of confidence in you, Jesus, that you would forgive us our doubt and our unbelief and our fear and commit ourselves, Lord, to a step of faith, that every chain will be broken, the lust will be broken, and the devil will not walk on our back anymore. Come as they sing. Get out of your seat and come wherever you're at. No one will beg you. Come as the Spirit draws you. And he sets me free. For he sets me free. And he sets me free. Look at me, please, you that came forward. I was standing here just now. The Holy Spirit spoke something in my heart so powerful for you. You know what it is? I heard it just as clear as I know my name. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart. I want you to receive it now from the Holy Spirit. Don't be afraid to trust him fully for what he's promised you. Don't be afraid to trust him completely for what he's promised you. He's promised to set you free from all your habits and lusts. Hasn't he? Will you believe God for that right now? Has he promised? Didn't he say the eyes of the law and the righteous and his ears open to the prayer? What is that you've been praying about so long, so hard? Will you step up by faith and say, Lord, I'm trusting you. I'm believing you tonight. I'm not letting go. I believe your work in my life, in my home. How many of you, raise your hand if you accept that right now. Raise your hands. Keep it raised right now. Pray this with me. Lord Jesus, I reach out by faith to receive forgiveness and cleansing and the answer to the cry of my heart to be pure and righteous. And Jesus, I believe you will answer me. This desire of my heart, you will bring it to pass. And right now, I step out in faith. And I declare, I believe God. I believe God. He's going to answer. Now, thank him for it right now. Lord, I thank you. I thank you. I thank you. I thank you, Lord. I believe you. You're faithful. Hallelujah. I believe you, Jesus. You say, oh, that's just emotionalism. No. No. It's the word of the living God. The word. Hallelujah. Lord, I pray that everyone standing here will receive the engrafted word and a spirit of faith. Lord, baptize us with a spirit of faith. For we'll not be afraid. We're not going to be afraid of lust. I will fear no evil, for thou art with me. Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. I'll not fear any evil, not be afraid. Thank you, Jesus.
