Job 24:23

Job 24:23. The words more literally translated are, “Though it be given him to be in safety, and he depends upon it, yet his eyes are upon their ways” - i.e., though God gives those wicked men that are so unjust to be in safety, and they, because God protects and preserves them for the present, depend on future safety, as though God took no notice of their wickedness and would never punish it, yet God’s eyes are upon their ways.
