12 Bible Verses on Purpose

12 verses

God's plan for humanity is one of purpose and intention, as seen in Jeremiah 29:11, where He promises to give His people a future and a hope. According to Romans 8:28, all things work together for the good of those who love Him, demonstrating His sovereignty and care. The Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 shows that believers have a role to play in His plan, making disciples and sharing the gospel. Ultimately, as Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 and Proverbs 16:4 teach, our purpose is to fear and obey God, recognizing that He has ordained our steps and works everything out for His own purposes.
