Testament prophets that describe different trends and events that all happen globally recognized trends and events that all happened in one time frame in one generation tonight we're looking at the trend of globalization now the idea that the world would function in any kind of unity economically and military governmentally culturally in many different ways many facets of cultures what I mean was unthinkable 2,000 years ago when the New Testament writers were declaring these things these things were unthinkable 100 years ago and yet suddenly in the last 40 50 60 years these trends have just exploded on a global level I'm gonna look at this one here globalization paragraph a first the premise idea we know where history's going that one day there's going to be one man who has a global government now I don't mean every single nation will be dominated by him but he will have a presence and he will have an influence and in many cases domination in the nations around the world now this is inconceivable even a hundred years ago that this could actually happen in real time with real people but we know it's in the Word of God so we know that it will come to pass Revelation 13 verse 3 all the world marveled all the world followed the beast now when you read compare scripture with scripture there's a great revival going on at the same time so does it mean every individual in the world and it doesn't mean every nation is dominated by him but he has a presence and an influence in every nation and he has worshipers in every nation verse 7 authority was given to him over every tribe and tongue and nation again he'll have an impact and an influence at least and a domination in many places as well verse 8 we find that word all again all who dwell on the earth will worship him and then praise God for the qualifier except for the people whose names are in the book of life and we believe there's a great harvest of a you know a billion souls coming to the Lord in those final years of natural history well the stage is being set today it's recognizable the conditions for this to happen are recognizable today by the rapidly increasing integration of many areas of life in many nations and the term that is most commonly used is the term globalization it's a term that became popular in the mainstream in the 1980s paragraph B a globalization is the process by which the peoples of the world in many different facets of life begin to function together as one single world society and again it's not ever going to be a hundred percent until the Lord returns but there will be more and more global integration cooperation interconnectedness now that's so common today the growth of that that it doesn't strike us as odd but 50 years ago there was no thought that this could take place except for maybe by a few of the most progressive thinkers globalization paragraph B it implies a worldwide interconnectedness of knowledge but more than that products media economics technology religion etc etc but an interconnectedness that is unhindered by national boundaries that's the unique thing when number one that so many people spread out all the world could be connected is is a facet number one to look at her aspect number one but then the fact that they would not be hindered by their national boundaries and many of these things now the goal of globalization from man's point of view is to facility those to have to fill us facilitate this cooperation of the exchange of resources money products and ideas etc so that people's lives would be enriched and the Lord's using this cooperation to see the gospel go forth and to see good things happening in his kingdom but the enemies using this cooperation to set the stage for evil to spread at an unprecedented level paragraph C now the most challenging issues facing the nation's today are international in nature for instance the global war on terror the global financial crisis that is getting more and more intense you know as the days you know from 2008 in the last decade and it's intensifying global environmental concerns now the tension in the financial crisis is the fact there's a global market but there's not a global rule of law and so the market is global but the rules aren't global and so there's a crisis that's mounting up and this crisis is creating the atmosphere around the earth for people to see the wisdom of global governance people are beginning to see a global economy as an attractive option to bring a solution a global government now again it's never going to reach that in fullness before the Lord returns but it's going to reach a level far beyond any other time in history paragraph D global infrastructures national international infrastructures of government economics trade education they're moving from being nation-based to having a globally unified expression many of these facets of life and we're seeing that happen at a very rapid play at a very rapid pace for instance paragraph G will go down to skip a few paragraphs the example of globalization is seen by the internet in 2016 the number of people that use the internet is over three billion now the top 10 internet websites in the world are American-owned companies the top ten I mean eight of the top ten are American-owned companies but 80% of the customers don't live in America and the idea is that showing that globalization is really taking root I mean 80% of the customers don't live in the nation where the company is founded and is ran and was initiated because people obviously are seeing the global community and again that's that's not a that's not news today but the part I want you to be struck by and the folks that are my age I'm 60 it's far more obvious to us how unusual this globalization is today compared to 50 years ago and how fast it's growing you know to young people it's just the most normal thing but for 6,000 years of human history recorded history there was no chance of this no thought of this development so the fact it's happening right now at the same time that the events and trends that we've covered in the earlier ten sessions they're all happening on a global level at the same time in the same generation and of course the point is that of the Bible highlighting these not just this globalization that's one trend here in session 11 but the 10 sessions before this is so that as believers we are as I've said in each session we're naturally stuck in the bubble of our own life and interest and challenges and concerns and that's normal and that's legitimate in many ways but the Lord saying there's a global narrative that I have says the Lord there's a global plan and storyline that's going on and I don't want you just stuck fixated on the bubble of your own life there's a bigger story and so when we see the biblical signs of the times the ones that God wanted us to see we see them happening around the world I mean it's large list it gives us urgency there's a bigger storyline that's just that's far more I mean more widespread and dynamic on a global level than who likes us or how much money we have or how good we feel or how popular we are etc etc etc how good our company's going and again those are legitimate things to think about but I don't want to be lost in that I want urgency for the global storyline the global narrative and that's what the signs of the times when we study them it helps us in that way now paragraph H globalization is integral to pot to both the positive excuse me and the negative trends that are going on in the nation's I mean it's both the positive the gospel going forth as well as the negative sin going forth they're integral this globalization is integral to that look down and and read this passage here is that the globalization is related to the increase of two things travel and knowledge we're going to see in a moment that Daniel highlights travel and knowledge and unprecedented increase of travel and unprecedented increase of knowledge and these are the two tracks for which globalization run on and these are the tracks of globalization and globalization is empowering or facilitating a tremendous increase of righteousness as well as a tremendous increase of wickedness both of them will reach all-time highs in history because of the human beings massive numbers of them moving in the same direction and the synergies and that that happens in a positive way as well as a negative way I look at Daniel 12 because this whole prophecy is in Daniel 12 and we're jumping towards the end of Daniel in a minute we're looking at verse 4 but we look at the end result of where this globalization is going many will be purified you know there's a lot of emphasis on how wickedness grows and that's mentioned next but wickedness is in the only thing that's growing through the increased globalization by the outpouring of the Spirit by the pressures and the shaking in the nation but even the interaction of the body of Christ and the synergies and that's involved with the church is flowing together it's going to have an end result and again the power of the Holy Spirit worldwide pressure and global unity in the body of Christ it's going to result many are going to walk in purity not just a few it's not like there's going to be this little ragged remnant that barely holds on to the end the angel told Daniel he said no you're gonna see a large response to purity and a walking holy and clean before the Lord but know that while that's happening wickedness will continue to increase at a very deep level let's look at top of page two let's go now look at the the verse where Daniel prophesies about this unprecedented increase of travel and knowledge again that those are the two tracks for which globalism globalization they run on these two tracks well let's read the the passage so you get the context because if you don't see the context you might miss the prophecies because the prophecy is in verse 4 you can look at Daniel verse 12 verse 4 it says many shall run to and fro and that's most all agree that speaks of travel the that the nations will be able to go from one place to the other on a global level and knowledge will increase now typical to the prophetic scriptures the Lord gives you a phrase but the very fact that a mighty angel is highlighting these two phrases is of great significance and you'll see the significance of these two phrases when you see the context of which they're given now look at this chapter 12 verse 1 at that time talking about the final years of this of natural history right leading up to the coming of the Lord Jesus in the clouds at that time those final years leading up to it Michael the Archangel will stand up which means he will arise to action in a way that is discerned in the natural realm he's not going to stand up in heaven he's already up in heaven he's gonna rise to action in a way that will make a discernible impact on the earth that's that's exciting increased angelic activity is what it's talking about but then he goes on and says well yeah there's gonna be tremendous angelic activity and signs and wonders but there's gonna be great trouble too there's great positive but it will be in context to great trouble a time of trouble and the mighty angel tells John I mean Daniel it will be trouble such as never was since there was a nation even to that time in other words the angel tells John it's the trouble unique to any time in history and this is the very verse we'll see in a few moments that Jesus quotes when he describes the Great Tribulation so we know this is the Great Tribulation Jesus identifies it later at this verse as the Great Tribulation he goes well it's not just gonna be a time of angelic activity and but global trouble at that very same time that same hour of history your people the people of Daniel would be Israel Israel will be delivered the salvation of Israel Israel be delivered physically as well spiritually it will be the hour of Israel salvation I mean that's historic these are three very big significant realities and he goes well it doesn't not always Israel delivered verse 2 the resurrection every believer from history is going to be erased from the dead verse 3 then he tells us he goes this is I really appreciate this qualifier or this elaboration I mean he goes and those who turn many to righteousness will shine like stars forever talking about in the resurrection but the part I like is that many are going to turn to righteousness in that hour many not a few the beauty and the glory of Jesus is gonna be magnified worldwide by the power of the Spirit verse 4 then he tells the mighty angel tells Daniel the prophet seal this book or protect this book preserve this book so that this information will be available at the time of the end when all these things happen and then it says many will run to and fro and knowledge shall increase my point is this paragraph B notice the five categories of things five categories of very significant occurrences Michael stands up we'll see in a moment that speaks of tremendous angelic activity that in the book of Revelation it develops this idea of Michael arising a tremendous activity of God and angels being manifest on the earth the Great Tribulation the salvation of Israel the resurrection and then this I believe that in line with the first four things that are of the greatest significance to human history he adds this prophecy of increased travel it will be noteworthy it will stick out it will be obvious to everyone that the peoples of the earth are going to and fro they're moving from one nation to another from one city to the other no time in history will be like this is the idea and then he says in a very measured way like most prophecies are like that they just give you a phrase and there's so much behind the phrase but when a mighty angel appears in the natural realm and gives a phrase you can be sure there's a lot behind the phrase and the angel says knowledge will increase it here's my point the increased travel and the increased knowledge are in the same context as angelic activity the Great Tribulation that transitions the earth to the age to come the salvation of Israel and the resurrection so we know that this prophecy is about something of significance of the order that it fits in this list it's not a small thing I've read a Bible commentators and they think well nobody really knows much about that you know a little bit of increase here there I go now you're missing it look at the context for which this prophecy is given and that will give you a hint or an insight into how significant it is it is of the order of the other four now the other four are more significant but it's in that category of significance paragraph C I don't want to spend too much time on this but I love this passage so much let's look at just a moment on these first four so that we get the sense of the significance of the fifth one which is the globalization through increased travel and knowledge paragraph C Michael shall arise now when Michael arises to action and again this isn't a heavenly action this is an action that is discernible and impacts the earth it indicates an unprecedented increase of angelic activity which means miracles power of God now John elaborates on this verse in the book of Revelation he's talking about he's describing what it's like when Michael arises he's he's referencing what Daniel prophesied the passage we looked at look at Revelation 12 he saw a time in the future this has not happened yet when war will break out in the heavenly realm now we find out here it's not only Michael but it's Michael and all of his angels and he's arising to do what to confront Satan and every single demon in a direct confrontive way to overpower them and to dislodge them from their place of influence in the heavenly realm because we know demons are are the powers and principalities in the heavenly realm Ephesians 6 12 tells us but they're going to be dislodged from their place of superior influence to a place of inferior influence they're going to be confined to the earth because Michael's gonna arise and when all of his angels I mean that might be billions of angels we don't know I mean it's a the host of heaven is vast but we know it's a whole host and the confrontation that dislodges Satan in a historical way where he's confined to the earth and a far less position of power to affect the earth he's affecting the earth but he doesn't have the same amount of impact now we know in the book of Acts that when you know I don't remember how many times at this eight seven eight nine times I I'm kind of remembering just recalling that angels appear in the book of Acts it always has a great dimension of miracle power when an angel is manifest the earthquake comes the prison doors open I mean great miracles are associated when angels appear so that's a glorious thing paragraph D Jesus it's the time of the Great Tribulation that's the second significant reality that's being described by the angel and here in paragraph D I put the prophecy of Daniel 12 1 and Jesus quoting it you can read it together he's quoting it directly this is the most significant time in human history where billions of people will walk in depths of darkness unknown in history but multitudes will walk in depths of righteousness unknown in history at the same time frame that's happening in the Great Tribulation paragraph E the salvation of Israel paragraph F the next trend the resurrection I've already mentioned it the ultimate destiny of the Saints the human race comes into their ultimate destiny actually the Saints receive their bodies there and the lost are are are declared as judged but their final judgment awaits to another time and then paragraph G the fifth trend is this globalization the point I'm making this is not a small little peripheral insignificant event the angel is mentioning it in line with these other very very significant trends and events let's read it again paragraph G and many shall run to and fro it will be recognized globally it will stick out it will be obvious which I'll show you in a moment I mean it's so obvious with a casual observance to what's happened in the last few decades and knowledge shall increase speaking of the Information Age a paragraph top of page 3 but first Daniel was commanded to seal the vision and then he's given the two end time prophecies that make a way for globalization to happen verse 4 the angel after the angel talks about the angelic ministry the Great Tribulation the salvation of Israel and the resurrection he says Daniel before I give you this next prophecy that's going to affect the nations of the world in those final decades leading up to these other four things I want you I want to give you this before I give you the prophecy and this is also indicating the significance of this prophecy of travel and knowledge he says I want you to shut up the words I want you to seal the book up I want you to preserve this not this document so they have it in that hour of history so they're impacted by how significant it is that God 2,500 years ago in the days of Daniel God declared it before there was any chance that this would ever happen from human point of view now we could see the beginning of the fulfillment of this prophecy right now I mean the last three four five six decades I mean it is it is it is so apparent and the Lord wanted the body of Christ to be able to be motivated by this information and to be have a sense of urgency and awareness of the hour they live in most all the major technological advancements of all of human history have happened in the last 40 years 6,000 years of recorded history from Adam and Eve 6,000 years of history and almost all of the major technological advancements happened in the last 30-40 years for 6,000 years things just kind of went slow and suddenly these two realms of activity travel and knowledge which are the two again it's the it's the two highways so to speak on which globalization runs paragraph to these two areas they affect economics they affect relational reality spiritual realities governmental realities sin righteousness so much as affected by the increase of travel and knowledge because again it brings human beings together so sin increases on a whole nother level but so does the influence for good as well both of them go to a whole nother level across the earth paragraph C when the angel told Daniel to seal the book the word to seal a vision that phrase that idea we find three different applications of it in the book of Daniel there's three different ways of which an angel who spoke the phrase seal this vision or this vision will be sealed there was three come the very different applications of that same term that same idea to seal the book can mean to preserve it which is I believe is the meaning in this case preserve it by writing it down making sure it's protected I mean that the document survives and that nobody adds to it or subtracts from it that it's genuine and it survives through time so the people in that hour of history have it now the reason this would matter paragraph 1 Daniel's in his 80s he's living in Babylon in the Persian court in Babylon and he's in his mid 80s he doesn't have long to live and for a prophetic document of a Jewish prophet to survive and when he's 85 years old he's not gonna hand it off to a group of people without a lot of effort and the Persian court in Babylon they're not gonna have much value for that document so the angel said Daniel this is really important that this information isn't lost it will impact my people because they'll know there's a plan that's unfolding they'll see these two indicators in a way that creates urgency and clarity and understanding as to what's happening in the earth let's look at Roman and reform let's take the the first idea the increase of knowledge but it isn't a little increase it's unprecedented and the reason I say it's unprecedented for two reasons number one the facts when we look at him in a moment are very apparent there's the not the increase of knowledge is so dramatic there's no nothing like it but it's also unprecedented because a mighty angel identified this in the list in the category of these other four things the angelic ministries the salvation of Israel the Great Tribulation and the resurrection the fact that it's in that group of that context prophetically tells us it's unprecedented it's massive in its implications now some I mean the the the prophecy is I believe is speaking about knowledge in general and it does mean knowledge of Daniel's prophecies because some Bible commentators they say no it just means knowledge about Daniel's prophecies are going to increase and I think well I'm sure that's included but it's a far it means much much more than that look at paragraph C this is startling this is really startling paragraph C right now knowledge doubles I mean the sum total of human knowledge over 6,000 years doubles every year every 12 months 12 months from today in 2017 there will be twice as much knowledge sum total of knowledge in the human family than there is today in 12 months but the ones that study this and do research on it say it won't be long to where human knowledge will double every 12 hours I'm talking about the sum total of human knowledge will double every 12 hours you think of that wait that's not possible that's why this is so such a radical statement that the angel gave John I mean Daniel and again 50 years ago this was not even foreseeable until 1900 knowledge doubled about every century something like that by the end of World War two it doubled every 25 years today doubling every 12 or 13 months this is a from about a year ago this this but according to IBM and I have the article written there by this guy named David Schilling according to IBM internet technology will lead to the doubling of knowledge every 12 hours you can read the whole article it's quite a it's quite eye-opening top of page 4 let's look at this again knowledge doubled paragraph D it took 1800 years for knowledge to double first time it doubled from 100 BC to 1700 it took 1800 years to double the second time the sum total of human knowledge double to 200 years not 1800 only 200 years the next time it only took 50 years the next time only 20 years the next time only 10 years now only one year and according to the IBM and this research in this article you can you can just go check it out they say it's not far down the road it'll be doubling every hour every 12 hours paragraph F over 80% of all the scientists that have ever lived in history 80% of them are alive on the earth right now all the scientists in history the scientific revolution which is a revolution of knowledge is the most obvious development of the 20th century paragraph H there's over three we said this earlier over three billion people have internet connection today 40% of the earth in 1995 there were only 15 million that had internet connection only 15 million people 1% of the earth 15 million people 1995 by 2005 it went from 15 million to a billion 2010 I went to to to 2 billion 2014 3 billion so they you can see the increases because with the internet that's where the knowledge is coming to every little plum in every little tucked away place in the earth every little village of the earth right now there's over 2.5 billion searches performed on Google every month right now every month today there's a hundred and fifty million websites paragraph I there's an article I have identified here from Forbes are from Forbes magazine where they talk about the computer technology is going to be combined combined with artificial intelligence creating a whole nother Avenue are far more sophisticated way to solve problems in the earth well the Bible gave a very clear indication indication of instant global communication instant global communication now that we the people back when John gave the prophecy they wouldn't have thought of it they just would have thought probably this was a poem or some kind of prophetic symbolism Revelation 11 talking about the two witnesses the two witnesses which are two prophets yet yet to come will prophesy in Jerusalem with great signs and wonders but the people from the tribes and tongues of the nations will all see them when they're killed and dead lying in the streets of Jerusalem now 2,000 years ago how were they to imagine that two men are lying dead in Jerusalem and the people in all the islands of the earth would be able to see with their eyes those men in Jerusalem how did people interpret this a hundred years ago before there was television or the Internet or anything just well I don't know maybe they just see somehow I don't know I you know I'd be curious to you know the age to come I'm gonna ask some of those guys how'd you guys teach that verse back there a hundred years ago then it goes on in Revelation 12 11 the same passage verse 12 it says their enemies and their enemies are all over the earth they see them ascend to heaven that's interesting on a cloud they see them their enemies but we know here that John knew by the spirit of prophecy that the day was coming where people from all the tribes and tongues of the earth would be able to see events in Jerusalem again that's very obvious to us today I remember when Bob Jones gave me a prophetic word the very first day I met him in 1983 when he said you're gonna do 24-hour prayer with singers and musicians which I didn't really appreciate that prophecy some people said oh that must have been amazing I said no it was weird to be honest I thought what and he said and when you do this he said the people all over Asia in the rice paddies this is this 33 years ago he told me this he saw smartphones this was inconceivable to me and the people I was hanging out with 33 years ago he said they're gonna have unplugged TV sets all over the rice paddies in Asia I said unplugged TV sets he goes that's what I saw I saw it in their hands with pictures full-color watching the singers and musicians all throughout the rice paddies I said get that man out of here no I mean I wasn't impressed with him at all when he told me this stuff I said unplugged TV sets in rice paddies yes cool you know I'm picturing a big TV set that walking out you know with it with the cord and they're going to the rice paddy and they're trying to plug it in somewhere but it's somehow it works supernaturally or something you know we got the story the other day of a number of young people that were watching us we got the testimony of about 15 or 20 of them and they couldn't afford a laptop but they could afford these very simple cell phones and they were watching what was happening here in the rice paddies with no knowledge even that prophecy they were just giving the testimony they were out working in the rice paddies well it's real obvious today but even 33 years ago that was so bizarre I just can't imagine what John's the people of John's day thought when he said this or even what people 100 years ago thought when this was this when they studied this prophecy well paragraph K another prophecy of John and we all know the prophecy it's the when the false prophet causes all and it's not all in the hundred percent sense but it means in all the areas of the earth there will be people brought into this persuasion they will receive the mark of the beast upon the right hand of their forehead and without this mark they won't be able to buy or sell so that means there'll be a cashless society it implies that it implies a world governance for this to be enforced it implies some kind of technology where the information is in the body of the people I mean again a hundred years ago it's like what does this mean okay a mark and how do the people over here know or even enforce if someone over there is buying or selling how's this work top of page 5 the mark of the beast that system and the ability to enforce it worldwide means there has to be an integrated economic system an integrated political system it implies technology I mean now everybody who reads this prophecy and takes it at face value they assume it has to do with implanted microchips some kind of an implanted chip in their hand or their forehead something like that although I have no doubt it will be far more sophisticated than what we have today it'll be far more advanced as you know a few decades go by if it is that much time or maybe longer I don't know but the technology is increasing so rapidly but we can see the semblance of it the early stages of where this might go and then of course the mark of the beast paragraph 1 would be their personal access to the global economic system I mean we can we see smart cards now with information and it has to do with security and economics and identification and health all that kind of information many many things and of course this is you know security identity theft they're trying to solve that problem and they're coming up with well put the information in your body somewhere so somebody can't steal your number and in all that's being discussed right now around the world it in a pretty aggressive ways it may take a while before it goes to another level but won't take very long I'm sure that paragraph 2 these systems must be developed and refined before the Antichrist is in place but we can see with with positive motivation behind much of this we see the movement towards these systems very clearly progressing in the last 10 20 30 years in a way that was unthought of a hundred years ago let alone a thousand years ago Roman numeral five unprecedented increase of travel now it's the increase of knowledge that's made the increase of travel possible if the knowledge doesn't increase then the technology for the travel is not going to increase paragraph B for 6,000 years until the beginning of the 20th century for 6,000 years the most modern form of transportation was horse and carriage that was the most modern form for 6,000 years very little improvement bigger horses and better wheels you know grease the axle a little better you know that's that the improvement was so minimal the fastest that man could travel on land I mean the ship in the sea and there's a big storm comes they could go faster was 25 miles an hour that's for 6,000 years that's as fast as man could travel and even the most aggressive travelers the limit that they could travel in a year would be about a thousand miles I mean people that were really involved in travel as a part of their occupation and part of their lifestyle thousand miles and that was really aggressive they could go 25 miles an hour paragraph C well the space shuttle with a man in it didn't go 18,000 miles an hour so in the last hundred years the speed at which a man can travel has gone from 25 miles an hour to 18,000 that's happened in the last hundred years and paragraph E today a person that I mean is involved in travel I don't mean the record you know the guy with the world record but I mean a guy that travels is a part of their lifestyle occupation the average is 25,000 miles a year I'm gonna get on an airplane to go a couple thousand miles wherever to LA and back and so 25,000 miles a very small amount but it's compared to a hundred years ago it's significantly greater the increase is dramatic when you really studied look at it paragraph F the 1800s a pony express rider you know who carried the mail took him 20 years I mean 20 days 20 days get a little too excited up here to travel from New York to San Francisco today you go from New York to San Francisco in five hours there's a new I don't know what you call it's not a plane they call it a the Falcon hypersonic vehicle the Falcon hypersonic vehicle you look it up on the internet it exists it can travel 13,000 miles an hour Falcon hypersonic vehicle it can get from San Francisco to New York City not in five hours in 12 minutes exist it's not perfected but it does exist 12 minutes it can get anywhere in the earth from anywhere in one hour of course the circumference of the earth is 25,000 miles it can go 12,000 13,000 miles in one hour it can go anywhere in the earth in one hour I mean that's remarkable it could circle the entire globe in two hours paragraph H just to show the increase of travel today there's 35 million flights a year globally hundred thousand flights commercial flights a day a hundred thousand a day in 1914 just over a thousand people flew commercially 100 years ago just over a thousand people 20 years later 1935 it was a million people 30 years later 1995 it was a billion people 20 years later after that five billion people a day flight I mean a year of flight commercially five billion so in 100 years it's gone from a thousand a year to five billion now that qualifies as an increase of travel that's unprecedented top of page six I don't want to spend much time on this just kind of gets us our minds out there just a little teaser because there's volumes of information on this on the internet but I just want to push out there this is where knowledge is going holograms holograms there's it's I mean there's a whole science that's developing rapidly and changing even the definitions of them involves projected images the technology you can transmit three-dimensional images you know you could have a hologram of West Hall who led ministry time here and a hologram can appear a thousand miles away right now and appear to be talking to them and three-dimensional now there there's a lot more work to do on these but they're they're increasing greatly I have paragraph one Ian O'Connell he as a developer of hologram technology he wrote he goes here's where the industry is going we envision a day where celebrities could have a cameo they can appear at a conference or a concert on the other side of the world but in but it looks like they're really there and the hologram of the guy this is where the technology is going according to the people in this field of science and technology they're saying that the man that's not really there but the three-dimensional image of him he can answer questions live Q&A and some of the musicians that he mentions in his article they're talking to they want to have the top singer or musician or whatever in the earth come and be a guest at their own concert like I mean the guy wants his concert but he wants the number one singer to come and make a guest appearance through a hologram and the people the crowd would it would seem real to them that's where knowledge is going because the the deceptive nature of that is we can't even imagine how that could be used for evil I could see how it could be used for good as well but I can see how it could be used for evil paragraph B virtual reality now virtual reality you understand how it works I mean I mean we all do a little bit they put the headset on and again weren't the early the very early stages of all this five and ten years this will be so much more sophisticated in 20 years in 30 years I mean the time that some of you have children and grandchildren and where this technology will be it's where knowledge is going in technology and again Daniel the Prophet the angel told Daniel watch for these two things and the globalization that comes out of it is the implication well in virtual reality you put a headset on and you have this alternate 360 turn around environment a virtual world you got the headset and you can be anywhere flying in a helicopter jumping off a cliff do anything you want anywhere and it's all in seemingly real you can be surfing in the middle of the ocean you know the big waves in Hawaii or whatever right there and you're in your that room in your house where you can kind of move around and nothing's in the room so you don't trip over anything I've put a few of those little helmets on different technology guys that are progressive in this and say hey I love it show us our new product our new product I put this stuff on turned all around and there you are you know you're I'm in this place far away at a Paul McCartney concert you know and I walk back to the sound booth and I go I'm really looking at how did you do that you know I'm like this and I take it off and everybody's in the room laughing at me because I'm walking around you know hi Paul long time no see you know this is gonna revolutionize the way people live again things like this were are are implied in what this angel told Daniel about knowledge is going to increase I mean just the understatement of that I mean increase are you kidding unprecedented augmented reality that's different than virtual reality the augmented reality you put the glasses on but I can see you you put the glasses on I put the glasses on I can see you it's not like we're lost into another world we see each other we talk but with those glasses on there's a whole another set of of things that are happening depending on how you program we can be playing a volleyball game together right here without any volleyball in reality knocking it back and forth if we have the same program on so I can see you you can see me but we have a whole nother world of reality that is programmed into the glasses that's very opposite of virtual reality virtual reality you're escaping you're doing it in private you're living far away and you don't actually move but this augmented reality you're interacting with people but there's all these other dimensions that you program this so you got the same program that you're doing together you could go skiing together those kinds of things is what some of the researchers are saying you don't get any exercise out of it but you don't pull your muscle either but paragraph D artificial intelligence that science of making machines intelligent because of internet technology I'm gonna have the worship team go ahead come on up that machines are have the capacity of reasoning the the appearance of reasoning and planning and processing and learning and communicating machines now we know that all the sci-fi movies show that but they go it's really moving in that direction and robots with artificial intelligence but in the place of human appearance though they have a you know steel underneath they have what appears to be flash in but it's a robot and where that can go is I mean it's unthinkable where these could go in terms of darkness but I every one of them has a an element that could be used in a very powerful good way well you could go on and on I just wanted to say this that the last 20 30 40 years science I mean travel and knowledge is exploding so fast and the fact that this was and it's never done that in history ever and it's happening the same time all the other trends are happening as well the reason I want to really emphasize this tonight because again I'll just repeat it again as I bring this to an end that a lot of believers they look at this prophecy and I can go ask travel to go to and fro and what knowledge no big deal I don't know don't so quickly dismiss that look at the context of which this is in the resurrection the Great Tribulation the salvation of Israel and the global activity of Michael the Archangel with signs and wonders this is huge this is God shouting from heaven and he tells the Prophet make sure this prophecy doesn't get lost it's that important for my people at the end of natural history I want them to know this so when I see this stuff it encourages me I go Lord not only you the sovereign you planned it all from the beginning you're in control and all of these indicators are happening on a global level together not all of them but almost all the signs of the times are happening for the first time on a global level in a way that's discernible what mean is now this there's a storyline that's unfolding that's bigger than our money struggles or our money breakthroughs we might have breakthroughs or our impact or lack of impact our popularity our lack of positive there's big there's a bigger storyline than all of that because the enemy wants us stuck again in that bubble of our own struggles where we're not a part of the big narrative of what Jesus the King is leading his church in right now amen let's stand
