Sermon Summary
Phil Beach Jr. addresses the critical issue of self-deception in the church, emphasizing that one of the most significant dangers believers face is the unbridled tongue, which reflects a lack of restraint and truth. He highlights the importance of recognizing our vulnerability to deception and the necessity of continuing in God's Word to avoid falling into self-deception, as exemplified by the Corinthians and the Laodiceans. The sermon calls for believers to examine their words, actions, attitudes, and associations, urging them to seek deliverance through the application of truth. Beach stresses that truth is the only means to freedom from self-deception, and he encourages a deep, honest engagement with God's Word to expose and address these issues. Ultimately, he invites the congregation to cry out for God's help in overcoming self-deception and to embrace the transformative power of truth.

Thank you, Lord. Father, we look to you this morning. We ask you, Lord, that you would be pleased to give us the spirit of truth, Lord. Help us, Lord, to be able, by your truth, Lord, to experience the freedom that you want us to have that is available to us, Lord, through the truth. And, Father, we're asking for eyes that can see and ears that can hear. And that, O Lord, we'll walk in oneness. And touch us, Lord, we pray, for your honor and your glory. For Jesus' sake. Amen. And amen. Praise the Lord. Some of you know that, um, some of you know that last time we gathered together, we brought the book of Job to a close. And, in addition to that, I gave an exhortation to fathers. Remember that the exhortation consisted of eight scriptural warnings regarding the danger of being self-deceived. How many remember if you were here on Sunday? Well, having spent a lot of time with these issues, I felt it good to, rather than just, as we did last week, just mention them real quickly, to go through them, one at a time. And, as a result, let the truth of God's word sink in very deeply. Do you know that one of the greatest dangers that is currently facing the church here in America is self-deception? Self-deception. The greatest deception there is is self-deception. And we want to go very slowly, with no hurry. And we want to to let the word of truth go deeply into our hearts and into our minds. Very, very deeply. Something that I believe really grieves the heart of God in this hour that we live in. And this is not a grief that God has regarding the world. This is a grief that God has regarding His own house. And that is this. Truth is no longer loved and sought after in the house of God. Truth is no longer that which we embrace, but rather lies. And, beloved, if you will remember the Corinthians, great church founded by Paul. The scripture says that they were enriched with every possible gift. The works and gifts of the Spirit were working in their lives. They were taught by great teachers, Paul, Apollos, Cephas, and others. And yet, amazingly, the Corinthians were tremendously self-deceived. We know this by reading the letter to Paul Rue. Both letters, actually, 1st and 2nd Corinthians. They were dreadfully self-deceived. And so, we can draw the conclusion that even though we may have experienced salvation, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, the operation of the gifts, having been taught very, very adequately by great teachers, we can conclude that those spiritual realities in and of themselves do not preserve us, will automatically keep us from self-deception. If they did, the Corinthians never would have become self-deceived. And so, the question this morning is, what is it that will preserve you and I from being self-deceived? First of all, I'd like to turn your attention to Matthew chapter 7. While you're turning there, I'm going to read a portion of Scripture in John chapter 8 verse 31. Then Jesus said to those Jews which believed on him, If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Beloved, there's only one thing that will free us and keep us free, especially in light of what is happening in the world today, and particularly what's happening in the religious Christian church today. Truth. Truth. Becoming a lover of truth. That's it. Nothing else. Jesus was talking to believers here, those who believed on him. And here's what he said to believers. If you continue in my word. So number one, God is speaking to every believer. A believer is one who has come to know their sinner, and has trusted Christ as Savior, and has become born again. But that's not the end, that's just the beginning of a journey. Listen to what God says to the believer. He says, Jesus said, If you continue in my word. So to every believer, there is a call from the spirit of God right now, that is going to every family in America that calls themselves Christians, and he's saying, if you are a believer, and if you continue in my word, the word there continue means to remain with, to abide with. Not to depart. How important it is for us to hear the spirit of God's cry today. If you believe, do you consider yourself a believer today? You don't have to answer that, it's a rhetorical question. Do you consider yourself a believer? Is Christ your Savior? Are you sure that he lives inside of you, and that your sins are forgiven? Okay. If you are sure that you are a believer, then hear the spirit of God and the word of God calling us this morning. If you continue in my word. So there was a call this morning to continue in the word. God's word. Now watch what Jesus said. When are you my disciples? Now a disciple is a student. A pupil. One who sits and is taught by a teacher. A disciple is a student in school. So we're identifying believers, calling them to continue in God's word. Then, then, then, not before, then are you my disciples or my pupils? And then what happens to pupils and disciples? Listen carefully. And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make or set you free. And so this idea of just simply becoming a believer in Jesus, hallelujah I'm a Christian. We're going our own way. It's dreadfully dangerous. It's dangerous because we're going our own way. We don't remain in God's word. And when we don't remain in God's word, we fail to become disciples, pupils, students, being taught by him, being taught by his word, being instructed. And then the result of that is we listen, we fail to know truth which alone sets us free. And that, listen, that is the door by which self deception enters. Matthew chapter 7, listen to the words of Jesus. We want to take our time and systematically go through this. And this will continue for several weeks as God is willing. The scripture says in chapter 7 of Matthew, judge not that ye be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged. And with what measure you meet, it shall be measured to you. Again, and why beholdest thou the note of a twin that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the being that is in thine own eye? For how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the note out of thine eye, and behold, a being is in thine own? Thou hypocrite. Listen to what Jesus said. Cast the beam out of thine own eye, and then thou shalt clearly see to cast the note out of thy brother's eye. Listen, there are three major effects. We're trying to lay a foundation now. Three major effects to being self deceived. Number one, a self deceived person does not see themself properly. Number two, a self deceived person does not see others properly. And number three, a self deceived person does not see or understand or hear the Lord properly. Revelation chapter three. Remember, you've heard it many times, the words of Jesus to the church in Laodicea. Chapter three, verse fourteen, it says unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans, write. Verse fifteen, I know thy works, but thou art neither cold nor hot. I would thou work cold or hot. Listen to this. So because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth, because thou sayest. Now this is what the Laodicean church is saying. Listen to what she says. I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing. Now notice these words, and knowest not. And knowest not. What does that mean right there, and knowest not? Self deception. Right there it is, self deception. They didn't know. The Laodiceans did not know their true condition. Not only that, but they weren't hearing the word. Because they were saying, I'm increased with goods, I'm rich, and I'm in need of nothing. But here's what the Lord was saying. Thou knowest not, that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. So the self deceived Laodiceans did not know their true condition, and they were not properly hearing the Lord. They weren't properly hearing Him. Brothers and sisters, this is a dreadful state to be in. And we must pray earnestly that God will preserve us from self deception. Now, self deception will always lead into spiritual darkness, bondage, and destruction. Self deception, listen carefully, is the root. Self deception is the root to all sin. Self deception is the root to all sin. Now, before we go into the scriptures and begin to identify what self deception is, there's a few spiritual things that must take place in our life if we are to be free from self deception. Listen carefully. To be free from self deception, and to experience victory, number one, we must recognize our vulnerability to be deceived. If you or I don't acknowledge the fact that we can be deceived, then if or when we become deceived, there's no hope. Because we've already determined we can't be deceived. So, number one, we must recognize. Listen, you and I must recognize this warning. There is a possibility that we have become self deceived in some area of our life. Now, listen, if that's true, there is a distortion happening in how we view ourselves, how we view others, and how we view God. This is of major importance, beloved. How many want a true, true ability to hear God and properly hear him speaking through his word? Of course we do. How many want to be able to have true judgment and discernment about what's going on in the world, what's going on in your life, what's going on in the life of others? Do you want true discernment? Of course you do. Of course I do. But true discernment will not be present if self-deception is present. And that's what we're going to learn over the next several weeks. Number one, we recognize our vulnerability of being deceived. Number two, we identify the specific area that is under the power of self-deception. Identify the specific area. Number three, we confess our deception to God. And then number four, we seek deliverance by the application of truth. The application of truth. Listen, the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our sin. But it's only the power of truth. The truth of God's Word. The truth renewing our mind. The truth acting as a two-edged sword, delving into the depths of our being, slaying us, exposing every area, every nook and cranny of our life. The power of truth. That's the only means by which we can be free from self-deception. Simply claiming the blood of Jesus is not going to free you from deception. It didn't free the Corinthians. Simply saying, I'm a Holy Ghost filled Christian. So what? That's a wonderful thing there's a place for. But that doesn't free you from deception. Some of the greatest deceptions in the last century have been engaged by men who were Pentecostal preachers. And some of the greatest deceptions going on now in the church world is through Pentecostal spirit-filled tongue-talking, gifts-experienced preachers. It is only the effect of truth in our life. The laying hold of truth. The searching of truth. Submitting to the spirit of truth. Crying out to the God of truth. Surrounding your life with truth. Truth. Truth. Truth sets us free. Do you want to know the truth? Not the truth that will simply give you assurance that your sins are forgiven. That's wonderful, I thank God for it. I'm talking about the truth that will expose you in every area of darkness and self-deception in your life. Do you want to walk with the truth to that extent? What do you think it means to hang out with Jesus? What do you think it means when you guys just walk together and have a good time? Huh? What do you think it means to hang out with Jesus? It means to be exposed to the truth to such an extent that your life is devastated. And you see how other He is than you. And how corrupt you are. And how your best falls short of what God expects. It devastates you to the point where you are reduced to one who cries out, Oh God, change me by your truth. Change me by your truth. Now, the eight areas of self- deception can be broken down into four categories. Each of these categories have the potential to be brought under the power of self-deception. Number one. I'm just going to give you the categories and then we're going to deal with each category. Somebody, somebody help me get this please. Thank you. Just bring this over here so we can these four categories. That's good, thank you. These four categories. Number one. Our words. That's the first category. Number two. Our actions. Number three. We'll just make it, we'll keep it our. Number three is our attitude about our self. And number four. Our associations. These four categories basically represent the totality of our life. Our words, our actions, our attitude about our self, and our associations. The scriptures address each one of these categories and show us how to detect whether or not self-deception is working in our life. And so all we have to do now is ask God to give us a heart that will respond to his word and his voice and let him be the rest. Let him be the rest. Okay. The first scripture that we want to look at this morning is found in James chapter one verse number twenty-six. James chapter one verse number twenty-six. We are going to begin to look into insight from God's word which will answer the question Am I self-deceived? Parents, if I were you, I would take very meticulous notes, I'd get the tapes, and I'd make it a point to gather my children and teach them these things. If you want to leave a legacy, if you want to leave an eternal contribution into the lives of your children, tell them the truth. Tell them the danger of being self-deceived. Show them the way they can know they're self-deceived. And then bring them to Jesus Christ and tell them his truth alone will set you free. James chapter one verse number twenty-six. If any man among you seem to be religious and bridleth not his tongue but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain. James one twenty-six. The first test that we need to submit to with grace and humility and brokenness before God is the test of James one twenty-six. The scripture says if any of you seems to be religious, that word religious means a devout person, a devoted person. So that could very easily mean if you consider yourself to be a devout Christian one who loves Jesus. Well I would think that automatically that would get every one of our attention because I would think that most everyone in here would consider yourself in some form or another to be a devout person, a devoted Christian. Do you consider yourself to be a Christian this morning and bridleth not his tongue. James says this man deceives his own heart. That is self-deception. Now let's define some terms before we expound on this and brothers and sisters listen I have to remind you that it's truth that sets us free. Listen, truth sets us free. Truth leads us to Christ. When the word exposes you and I it's to lead us to Christ so that we can be free. The word bridle comes from the word meaning to restrain something so as to lead it. To restrain something so as to lead it. An example is we put a bridle in a horse's mouth and our intention is to restrain the animal from going his way so as to lead him our way. That's what a bridle does. It restrains the horse from going his own way and keeps him on the path that we want him to go. The Holy Spirit uses this word bridle as the thing that should be walking in the tongue or on the tongue of the religious person and if there's no bridle there, if there's no restraint on the tongue then there is the presence of self-deception in that life. You know what we were doing last night at 3 3.30, 4 o'clock in the morning everybody says I was sleeping well I wasn't I was up here's what I was doing, which I've been doing for several weeks now going through every single word that I'm going to be speaking to you every word, every scripture, every point every paragraph I'm begging God to make true in my life his word. You get a hold of this stuff brothers and sisters it'll change your life it'll haunt you it'll attack you it'll slay you you'll wake up hustling at night you will not be able to settle for anything less than a transparent heart before God and others this is what Jesus is looking for disciples, followers of him, those who will continue in the truth to where the truth gets in them and devastates them so what does it mean to have an unbridled tongue well, once we define what it means to have an unbridled tongue we have to come to a conclusion an unbridled tongue presupposes or means self-deception is present in our life I'll say that again, an unbridled tongue means there is self-deception working in our life, and so those that have self-deception is working in our life, we have a distorted view about ourself we have a distorted view about others, and we're not hearing clearly at all so my God what a dreadful position to be in, and it's better to know that you're in that position than to cry out to God for mercy than not to know it and think everything is okay an unbridled tongue is defined in Ephesians, just write these scriptures down, I'm not going to read them, but we're going to go through them systematically Ephesians 4, 25 then verses 29 through 31 4, 25 Ephesians then 29 through 31 Ephesians 4 29 through 31 then Ephesians 5 Ephesians 5 and Colossians 3 these scriptures identify the works of an unbridled tongue listen carefully as we slowly begin to go through this list young children listen teenagers listen, young adults listen listen, let God's word get into your hearts, let it get into you, let it get into the depths of your being, let it get so deeply in you that you leave here driving home in your trouble you say boy I thought we were supposed to feel happy I thought church was supposed to make us feel good number one I'm reading a list that can be found in these scriptures that I have here 5, 4 and Colossians 3, 18 I'm just saving time by not reading them but you can read them but this is a systematic list this describes an unbridled tongue number one an unbridled tongue lies the definition of lying according to Ephesians chapter 4 verse 25 is a falsehood to utter or speak an untruth or attempt to deceive by either speaking or acting falsely an unbridled tongue lies if any among you seem to be religious and bridleth not his tongue he deceives his own heart he is in the throngs of self-deception every believer in Jesus Christ should tremble at the fall of lying because lying opens up our life to self-deception we must pray that God puts a holy fear back into us you say brother is this what grace is all about yes grace is never a license to sin grace is never the idea that well now that God accepted me by his son it's ok doesn't matter what I do brothers and sisters the spirit of truth will convict you of lying and an unbridled tongue will lie number two an unbridled tongue will engage in corrupt communication an unbridled tongue will engage in corrupt communication number one lying number two corrupt communication the definition of corrupt communication it means rotten worthless an unbridled tongue that engages in corrupt communication speaks that which is corrupting that which is putrefying that which is of no value and that which when it's heard puts the hearer in a worse state than what they were before the word was spoken beware of corrupt communication beware of learning the habits of an unbridled tongue that is engaged in corrupt communication nearly every talk show program that you listen to on the radio engages in corrupt communication nearly every program on TV every movie that you watch listen carefully every movie that you watch just about has some form of corrupt communication and guess what you're going to start doing if you sit in front of that boot tube and fill your mind with that you are going to start engaging in corrupt communication it will affect your speech and if that happens self deception has crept in number three evil speaking an unbridled tongue engages in evil speaking you should love the truth thank god for truth evil speaking this is the worst kind of slander gossip or backbiting evil speaking is slander gossip and backbiting against another person beware when you can one moment bless god and another moment curse someone beware brothers and sisters beware I warn you in the love of god beware when you can just slander someone and it doesn't bother you and it doesn't smite your heart and it doesn't cause you to fall down on your face and cry out oh god have mercy I opened up my mouth to the devil and he spoke through me evil speaking ruining a person's reputation by falsifying information about that person and spreading evil reports not based on truth try that again this kind of preaching never does get many amens that's okay though cause you know where the amens coming from heaven amen amen amen amen amen amen that's the heart of god that's the heart of god let me say that again now ruining a person's reputation by falsifying information about that person and spreading evil reports not based on truth number four now do you see why we can be a Christian we can be filled with the holy spirit we can know the gifts of the spirit and we can even have sat under excellent teaching and yet we can fall prey to self deception what preserves you from this stuff brothers and sisters if you continue in my word then are you my people and then being my people sitting at my feet hearing my word day and night being governed by my word acknowledging my word is final authority and god is committed to change me so that the truth of the word is what is inside my heart then you'll know the truth and the truth will then set you free you can be free from this by truth the truth and the holy spirit and the power of grace next we come to foolish talking foolish talk this actually means a type of speech that shows how foolish a person really is it can also mean foul polluting words so foolish talk is simply uttering out that which reveals your stupidity job job's wife engaged in foolish talk what did she say to job that's what that's what foolish talk is speech that reveals how much of a fool a person is now isn't that a foolish thing to say job has been afflicted there's no human explanation why he's sick he lost his family he lost his goods he lost his reputation he lost everything he was sitting on a pile of ashes he was nearly dead and job's wife looks at him and says ah job why don't you just curse god and die it's not worth it such talk can open our heart to self deception next jesting now I want you to pay close attention children listen pay close attention to this jesting the ability to to extricate oneself from difficult situations with witty or clever words the word extricate means to free or disentangle to free or disentangle god knows god knows how much jesting goes on in our life how when we are caught when the spotlight of god shines on us and we are found out and we stand in need of having to acknowledge that we've sinned we've wronged we did something wrong but immediately our mouth starts talking and words start coming out of our mouth and we graciously try to disentangle ourselves and to free ourselves from the position of being caught and we use witty words and clever words and try and undo the need to just simply say I AM WRONG I SINNED how many have ever been guilty of such a thing parents I can't do this this is something you need to teach your children because one of the things I've seen in children that really grieves my heart it's the ability to use clever and witty words to try and escape the need to acknowledge their guilt about a certain thing they've done when this is present in our life self-deception is there remember Acts chapter 5 you don't have to turn to it here's an example a certain man named Anias with Sapphira his wife sold a possession and kept that part of the price his wife also being privy of it brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles feet and Peter said to Anias why have you filled thine heart while I say you filled your heart to lie to the Holy Ghost and to keep that part of the price of the land while it remained it was not thine own and after it was sold was it not in thine own power why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart thou hast not lied to man but to God and after Anias heard this he fell dead and not long after his wife came listen and Peter asked her tell me whether you sold the land for so much or not and she said yes for so much she lied the situation is this here these people were willingly selling their property and their lands and then they were giving all the proceeds to a fund that was then used to care for the needy saints in the church but what Anias and Sapphira did is this they sold their property but they deceived Peter and told him that they sold it for a thousand dollars when in fact they sold it for two thousand and they gave a thousand to the church giving the impression that they gave all the money to the church when in fact they kept back a thousand for themselves and Anias died because the Lord judged him and then when Peter questioned Anias he gave her a chance he said Anias tell me how much did you sell your property for and she said well I just sold it for a thousand dollars Peter that's what jesting is right there it's using words to disentangle yourself out of a situation where you need to acknowledge your guilt you get stopped by a police officer I see your license and driver's license and registration and insurance please according to my radar unit you were going 75 miles an hour well sir my speedometer really didn't say that you start with your clever words in a speech to try and disentangle yourself lastly this is found in Galatians we're not going to turn there bite and devour one another when words bite and devour that means we eat up and devour one another by destructive words destructive words eat and devour one another and also take heed that you be consumed that you be not consumed if you do this you can consume and destroy each other by such words now that's an expanded commentary on one scripture James 1 26 if any man among you seem to be religious and whiteneth not his tongue he deceives his own heart and his religion is anti me now we're not going to go on any further we're going to stop there this brings us to our next doorway through which self-deception can come we'll look at that next time we get together but now we want to go back which is what we're going to do after each one of these we're going to go back in our closing now we're going to go back to our original statement how do we become free from self-deception number one we recognize our vulnerability to be deceived number two we identify the specific area we are being self-deceived in brothers and sisters we just dealt with a number of areas through which self-deception can get a foothold in our life has the Holy Spirit spoken to you number two confess to God oh God forgive me for lying forgive me for lying Lord because I'm afraid I'm afraid of the consequences of being caught forgive me Lord for lying because I seek the honor of man more than I seek the honor of God evil speech foolish talk chastity acknowledge before God as I have said last Sunday every single family every single family and this was specifically initially said to fathers it was the father's day present every single father should take responsibility and go through every one of these scriptures and pray and travel and thank God to close his heart by truth and then take it to his family and show these areas of self-deception every father and then lastly after we confess them to God we seek deliverance by the application of truth the truth of God's word because it's the truth and since it's free okay beloved that's all we're going to do this morning I'd like to just give us a few moments to spend time asking the Lord to speak to your own heart asking the Lord to speak to your own heart it is my prayer that the result of this series of messages might alert us this is the title of this series the dangers of self deception that we might be alerted to the danger of self-deception and seek to be free. Father we just want to open our hearts to you for these last few minutes Lord we thank you for your word we thank you for the spirit of truth Lord I believe that there's deliverance from self-deception after we can acknowledge our sin confess it to you and seek to be free through your power we look to you to do it Lord Lord thank you for teaching us an unbridled tongue the result of being self-deceived hear us Lord guard our tongues by you have I made in my heart that I might not sin against thee oh Lord bring my truth to us today and hear us we pray hear us we pray I have broken my heart what shall I do today shall I come to thee with all my sin or shall I hide under thee mercy that will break the bound to me wash me of my sin oh Lord I need nothing now that I nothing but your love oh Lord oh Lord I confess my sin my sin is shown in thy hand no my sin is great as great the mountain poor and all I see is washed away no I regret nor praise the bound to me wash me of my oh Lord I confess my sin my sin is shown in thy hand no my sin is great as great the mountain poor we'll make special prayer I always want to make it available for you to come forward, you don't have to but if you feel that you need to come forward and we'll pray for you Father we thank you for your word Lord we see how we are in such need of truth and the truth exposes truth shines such bright light we thank you Lord for the truth that sets us free we pray Lord today that by the power of your truth and the power of the Holy Spirit you will deliver us from any form of self deception that is currently in our life that has been revealed because of our unbridled tongue Lord I beg you not to let any person leave this auditorium having heard the word having seen an unbridled tongue and in a careless way push it aside knowing their self deception in that life and knowing that that self deception is blinding that person's ability to see clearly God I pray that no one will just push this off but will take to heart and wrestle with it and wrestle until victory a sure victory has come to the power of truth Lord I pray that this word will get into people's heart and mind and talk to them when they're driving their car and when they're eating dinner and when they're laying in bed at night Lord I pray the truth will talk the truth will be like a hound dog discovering everything we say the truth will talk to us in all of our speech convicting us of an unbridled tongue and yelling us that we might be brought to the place where the psalmist said I have placed a guard over my mouth a guard Oh God we look to you to perform this word in our hearts Hallelujah Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus be the Lord of all Jesus Let us be made of all the gifts of the Lord. Listen, he's here right now. Just hold steady for a few seconds. He's here right now. Listen, he's here with his power to deliver. His power to set free you. Listen, the Word has come forth like a hammer. I know. It hammered me for hours and hours and hours and still hammers me. My brothers and sisters, with the hammer of God's Word comes the healing of the man of Galilee. And he's present today. He's present today. Who wants healing today? Who wants healing today? Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Father, you see the heart. Listen, listen, have faith. Be bold. Be bold with the Lord today. Don't, don't, don't, listen, don't draw back in fear and condemnation and fear. Be bold. Claim your inheritance now. Claim and say, Lord, I claim my inheritance in Jesus Christ. I claim my inheritance to be set free from self deception. Put a bridle on my tongue. I'll do it. Say, Lord, I rebuke the power of the devil. I rebuke the power of the devil in the name of Jesus. Set me free today. Let's all stand and sing this song. He's here. He's here. Listen, he's here now. He's here now. You want to come forward and just stand together with hands lifted up? Come on. Come on, let's be free from self deception this morning. Let's be free. He's here now. Lord, we thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit. Set us free, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Set us free in the name of Jesus. Set us free, Lord, in the power of Jesus name. We rebuke self deception. Set us free, Lord, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you, Lord. Lord, we stand against the powers of darkness. We stand against it, Lord. It's your turn. And free us, Lord. In Jesus' name. Thank you, Lord. That's right. Just go ahead. Cry out to him now. He's here. In Jesus' name. Cry out. Jesus, save me. Jesus, heal me. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Come on. Come on. Some of you, it's your time. Reach out. Reach out. The Lord is tallying with us here for a moment. He wants to free us. Hallelujah in Jesus' name. Thank you, Lord. Yes, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Everyone together. Standing in our midst. Praise to the Lord. Thank you, Lord. Okay, listen. Listen. We're here now in the presence of the Lord. We're in the presence of the Lord. Let's agree together now. So it's no uncertain thing because God has just moved here in these last few moments to confirm his will. Listen. Listen. You can be free from self-deception that comes from an unbridled tongue this morning. Right today. If you will simply cry out and say, Lord, I receive. In Jesus' name. I receive the healing through truth. In Jesus' name. Father, we pray in Jesus' name for everyone now, Lord. That they would receive healing. That they would get an assurance in their hearts. That as they have acknowledged any area of sin in their life, Lord. That they can be free, forgiven and delivered from self-deception. In Jesus' name, Lord. We believe you today. Amen. And amen. That's right. Embrace one another and pray for one another. We're all in the same family. Let's let him do the work.
