How many Chinese speakers we are having tonight? Bless your heart. Yeah, exactly four. And somebody can say more. And if I just teach you some more, then you already have a lot. Okay. Now Chinese is the world's simplest language. You just say like this. Don't be afraid, Jesus loves you. Let's try that together. Oh, wonderful. Yeah. Wonderful. Yeah. Jesus is Jesus. I, English this is I, this is me. So this is how simple Chinese is. Jesus loves you. Amen. And now we'd like to ask you to say to the person sitting next to you, Yeah. One, two, three. Wonderful. Now you are all qualified to become missionaries and go to Chinese and share the gospel to them. Amen. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And I hope that next time I come back there will be 400 people who will repeat this to me and affluent in Chinese. Amen. How many of you believe like myself that Bible is the living word of God and it never changes? Amen. Let us all stand up and honoring the word of God and read from together from Psalm 91 and verses 14, 15, and 16. And let's do this in Chinese way. It means that everybody opens their Bibles and shame on you if you don't have your Bible with you. Psalm 91, 14, 15, and 16. And when I say one, two, three, we will read aloud one voice the word of God. Okay. You got it? Okay. One, two, three. Because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him. I will protect him for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. Amen. Amen. Amen. Please be seated with peace and joy like we say in China. Before I'm going to share something from the word of God tonight, I'm curious to know how many of you have read my life story, Heavenly Man? Maybe one half, yeah. So obviously I'm obligated to share a little bit who in the world am I and where do I come from. And I just want you to understand that how important it is for us to acknowledge his name. We know him. It is very important. Because this Jesus, he is only one who can bring you salvation, who can rescue you. None of us were given options to decide what would be our skin color, what people group we were born into, what became our family. It wasn't our choice. I'm so thankful for this opportunity to come and spend this night together with you brothers and sisters. I was born in the central part of China at the countryside. And even before I was born, the communist regime has gained power and the revolution was accomplished. And all the missionaries had been expelled from China. And the problem with my family was that my father was a soldier of the enemy of the communist party, the Kuomintang army. And because of that, our family was heavily persecuted. And because my father has lost his leg, he was invalid, he couldn't provide for the family, and the great years of starvation came over China. And among millions of people who died, my oldest brother also starved to death. And all the people in our village, they were always beating my father. They were so mad at my father, and we were so poor. We were the poorest of the poor. And after my oldest brother has starved to death, a few months later, the doctors find out that my father has terminal cancer, and he's going to die within a few weeks. And when my mother heard this message, she couldn't see any hope for herself, for the future. So one night, she decided to end up her misery, to suicide. And when my mother was just about hanging herself, suddenly she heard a very wonderful voice calling her, my child, do not give up, come back home, come back home, Jesus loves you. Don't be afraid, don't be afraid, Jesus loves you. And my mother kneeled by the chair and reconciled her life with Jesus again. She had been walking away from Jesus for over 20 years. My mother had received the gospel before revolution through western missionaries, but because of fear, she had lost her relationship with the Lord during the early turbulent years of revolution. My mother was in tears, she said, my God, for all these tens of years, I haven't prayed, I haven't had anything to do with you, but you still remember me, and you call me back home. First midnight, after my mother had reconciled her life with Jesus, she came to us, the remaining children, we were all asleep, and she said, children, wake up, we have to call again, together call upon the name of Jesus, there is hope for my family. We didn't have a clue who Jesus was. Mother had never shared about him. But the Chinese culture is a family culture, like the Amish culture, whatever mother and father tells to the children, they will do, and they don't question. And my mother told us to kneel around our father's bed, where he was slowly dying. We all kneeled down, and we started to pray. And the mother said, you have to call upon the name of Jesus. And I said, Jesus, I don't know who you are, but I need my father. Help my father, Jesus. And we didn't have any religious behaviors, we didn't know whether you should have your eyes open or closed, so with open eyes, we were just speaking to Jesus, and we were watching our father. But when I was praying and calling, Jesus, have mercy upon my father, help my father, heal my father, first time in my life, I saw that tears were running from my father's eyes. My father was a seasoned soldier, and he had gone through so much in his life, but I never seen him in tears before. When we saw our father crying, all we together, we were crying with him. And praise God, within a week, God responded to that prayer, and he rescued my father, healed him, and he stood up from his bed, completely healed and restored from terminal cancer. Hallelujah. My mother was the same as I am. Wherever she went, he always said, don't be afraid. When people were sharing their burdens, their problems, don't be afraid. Jesus loves you, and he will help you. And that's why I have to tell this to you, as a solution to your problem. No matter what your problems are, don't be afraid. Help is coming from Jesus. Just Jesus, because he loves you. You are not sitting here because you were so smart, that you suddenly understood that Jesus loves you. You are here because you have already experienced his love towards you. He was looking for you, and he found you. So let's repeat one more time in fluent Chinese. One, two, three. You must have more passion when you talk about love. I don't understand, you are too lame. So one more time with passion. Amen. The reason why we love Jesus is because he first loved us so deeply. Now because of this miracle, our mother became our first preacher. Now there was a problem with my mother. She was illiterate. She never learned to read. And the missionaries who've been in China before revolution, their Chinese was a little bit lousy. I'm not saying that it's very important for you to be able to read the books. I'm not saying about that. Because it's all about whether you are available for God to use your life. He's not looking at you saying, what is your education? It's about your willingness of your heart. So my mother had no problem. She was candidate. She was willing. I am the oldest believer. I will become the preacher of this church. A few days later, my father said to my mother, we have been begging money. We have been borrowing money from all our relatives. And now Jesus has healed me. We have to tell good news to our relatives. Let's invite them all to our house and share with them what Jesus has done. Now this happened during the cultural revolution and all kinds of public gatherings were totally forbidden in China. But my father was smart. He said that they have not forbidden us to invite our relatives to come and see us. And when all our extended family came to our house, more than 35 of them, nobody said any deep message about anything. When they saw my father standing healed and restored there, they all kneeled down and they received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Hallelujah. And that was the church that was established and my mother became the preacher of the church. How many mothers we have here today? Would you mind to stand up? We want to honor all the mothers. Can you stand up? All mothers. Okay. With great boldness, all mothers, this is a glorious time for you. We honor you, all mothers. Let's welcome, let's just honor them. Hallelujah. All the mothers. Okay, please be seated in peace, all the mothers. You as a mother, don't allow that to hinder you and hold back you from that mission that you have from God. Now, it wasn't our choice whether we would be man or woman. We just became as He created us. But I tell you, if God was able to use greatly my mother, He can use any mother in this building and in this whole nation and in this world. She was a mother who never attended one day in the Bible seminar. She was not able to read. She didn't understand any readings. She became a birth mother for hundreds and hundreds of church leaders of China. And that's why I say you, because Jesus loves you, don't allow your past, anything from your past, to hinder you to be used mightily by God for His purposes. Don't allow your age to hinder you or your living surroundings where you are living. I was born in a very poor part of China, and my family was poorest of the poor, and we just were losing all the time. But still, Jesus called us. And personally, myself, I only had possibility to attend public school for three years. But because of the hunger and difficulties, my father becoming sick, I have to quit the school and go out and beg money, beg food for my family. But from the very first moment when I saw the power of the name of Jesus, I really got this desire deep in my heart. I want to know who this Jesus is. And I decided that the rest of my life, I will follow this Lord, I will follow this Jesus. I wanted to ask my mother advice and some teaching from the Bible. She said, I have never read the Bible, I cannot help you. But I will bring you to visit a brother who used to be a preacher before revolution. Now this happened during the years of Cultural Revolution. The Bible had already long ago become totally forbidden book in China, and they have been all destroyed in public bonfires. And if you still would have a hidden Bible, and they would find it in your possession, immediately they would send you to prison. And the situation during those years in China was very similar what we have today in North Korea, what we have today in Iran. But the Lord recognized the desire and hunger of my heart. And when my mother took to visit this brother, and we entered into his house, I very boldly approached this old man and I said, My mother told me that you may have a hidden Bible, would you mind to allow me to see it? I was only 15 years old, so I didn't know anything about fear. I wasn't afraid at all publicly to ask this man whether he had a hidden Bible. But this man who had been in prison because of the Bible, they are not to admit that he would have. He said, no, no, I don't have a Bible. But I said, but this Jesus from the Bible, he healed my father, and I want to know more about him. If you want to have a Bible, you have to ask Jesus to give it to you. And he said, in the same manner as you were praying around your father's bed and calling Jesus to help, you start to call Jesus to give you a Bible, send you a Bible from heaven. Now, usually I say at this position, I say this, I don't know whether this brother believed that you still would be able to get the Bible by praying, but I believed, and I went back home and I started to pray. So, as he said, go back home and start to pray, I go home and I kneeled by my bed, and I was just repeating to Jesus, give me a Bible, send me a Bible. And after I've been doing that for 30 days, just kneeling by my bed, and I didn't receive any Bible, so I alone went back to see this brother because I thought, maybe my prayer position is wrong, or I haven't used the key words how to get the Bible. And I went back to see him and he said to me, young man, you seem to be serious about this, go back home, skip the dinner, and start to have fast, and cry, and ask Jesus, and he will give you a Bible. And praise God, after I was half fasting and praying for 100 days, one early one morning, I got the Bible delivered, I got my first Bible. It was part of the Bible, it was a New Testament with Psalms. That was the first personal experience I had of a godly miracle. After praying that long, I received an impossible thing, I received my own Bible. Then because of the Gospel, and my witness about the Lord, I started to memorize the Bible, and as I was memorizing the New Testament, one day, Jesus called me, and he said, Brother Yun, stand up and be my witness to West and South, all the way back to Jerusalem. And most of you have already read the rest of my story. And you know, I have been full time in real prison, and altogether over 10 years of my life. And they had sentenced me for 14 years of imprisonment, but altogether, I've been there over 10 years. And as I'm standing here, witnessing about the greatness of God. And I don't pretend saying that I would be a stronger believer than anyone of you. I have learned a lesson in my life, that God can use numerous ways to deliver his message, and to speak to us. As Brother Merrill was sharing earlier, what happened a year and a half ago, when we were here, how there was a certain young man, who during that, when I was sharing my testimony, he heard the voice of Jesus calling him to go out, and he obeyed, and today, he is there. Last weekend, when we were still in Jerusalem, and we met with many of the Chinese friends who had come from mainland China, there, they were also sharing similar testimonies. This time, last week, during the Feast of the Tapernacle, there were more than 1,000 mainland Chinese in Jerusalem, and one of the leaders of one of the groups who were there, this is what he shared with me. And this sister, it was actually a sister, this sister said to me, a few years earlier, when we first time met in Jerusalem, this Chinese sister said, that you told me, Brother Ng, that you have to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit. And I said, you have to be heavy pregnant by the Great Commission, and by the mission. All the way back to Jerusalem. And she told from that day, that word has been deep in my heart. So that this year, she had brought over 1,000 Chinese believers to Jerusalem. And I told her, I have a personal experience about this. When I was third time in prison in China, when I was on a very low point of my life, in a lot of suffering and pain, there was another brother at the same time with me, Brother Peter Xu. Now, during the early months of the imprisonment, in torture, they have crushed my both legs from ankles with a sledgehammer, so I was not able to walk. So this Brother Peter was carrying me every day to that room, where they continued to torment and torture my body. He was not able to speak to me, but always when our eyes met, he was turning towards the doors, and he was pointing towards the doors, and I understood that he was telling me, you better leave this prison, you better escape. But I fixed my eyes back to him, if somebody is able to escape, it should be you, because you can walk with your legs. I don't have legs to walk with. Now we were both together in that part of the prison, there were four pairs of iron doors between us, and on both sides of the doors outside were the guards with their guns. But he had this firm conviction in his heart, that God is going to set me free, and allow me to walk out from prison. But it was impossible for me to be obedient. I was just totally paralyzed by that suffering, and pain, and my circumstances. I'm never going to be able to stand up, I've never been able to walk up. And as I have been thinking about my misery for many years, many days, it became so heavy that I was totally discouraged and in pain. Every day I was just crawling on the floor of my solitary cell. And after I had been thinking about my misery, my horrible situation, finally this inner pressure became so bad and so big, that I shouted with fullness of my voice, My God, where are you? Why don't you speak to me? And I was so upset, God, why don't you speak to me? I can remain in the prison, but I expect that you speak to me, you communicate with me. I'm sure that the Lord wanted to send a message through Brother Peter to me, that I should escape, but I was just saying, Lord, I want to hear you speaking to me. And as I was shouting out my agony and my pain of my soul, all the wardens rushed to my cell and surrounded me. And I continued aloud, I was shouting, Jesus, where are you? And the warden, they replied, we have told you there is no God, there is no Jesus. And I said, Lord, why are my enemies so multiple? I was just repeating to the Lord, why, why Lord? Lord, what have I done wrong that I'm in this situation? This was the third time I was in the prison. I didn't have any understanding when this darkness would be dismissed and I would be in life. And as I was crying out with a loud voice, I suddenly once again heard the wonderful voice of the Lord. Brother Yun, turn around and fix your eyes upon me. And do you know why I knew it was the Lord? Because he said, Brother Yun, turn around. Nobody else called me Brother Yun, it must be Jesus. The warden who was standing there, all the other emperors, they all called me the crippled man, the waste and the dirt. Nobody called me Brother Yun, it must be the Lord. But when I recognized it's the Lord commanding me, I immediately, I turned around on the floor and I fixed my eyes upon the wall behind me. And the very moment I turned around, I said, Lord, where are you? Where is your help? Why is my enemy saying that you are not able to help me? But suddenly, a praise and worship song started to come from my inner being. But you, my God, are my refuge. You are my fortress. You are my God whom I trust. And as I started to sing, a part of my body started to sing. I heard the warden say, now this preacher has gone crazy. Few moments ago he was asking, my God, where are you? And now he is praising his God. I am so thankful for God giving me the opportunity to learn to know all you brothers and sisters in this region. And I am so thankful that you have learned to sing without any instrument, because I am used to sing without instrument. There were no instrument in the Chinese prison. And as I was singing worship to my God and putting my trust upon Him with my songs, the guard just came to conclusion, I am a crazy man. So I started to behave like a crazy man. And the guard wanted to teach me, don't fix your eyes upon your problems, fix your eyes upon me. And I am telling you, no matter how big problems you have in your life, they are never bigger than the power of salvation and rescue that comes from the Lord. So that is why I am expecting the Lord to come to my rescue. I am expecting the Lord to come to my rescue. And I said, Lord, I am just expecting you to take action. And the whole night I was repeating from my memory, psalm after psalm, all these prayers of David to the Lord. I was still in the same solitary cell, I still had my crippled legs, I was unable to walk, but my spirit was free and I am worshiping God with all the songs of David. I was praising God, suddenly my prison cell became a wonderful place of heaven and I was completely free in the spirit and I was filled with joy. And when the guard that saw the transition, they were 100% certain, now he has completely gone crazy. Remember, when nobody cares about you, Jesus is still faithfully standing there next to you. He will never forsake you. And you say, nobody loves you. There is always one who loves you with eternal love and his name is Jesus. Jesus loves me. Jesus loves me. Jesus loves me. Jesus loves me. The Holy Spirit tells me. Hallelujah. The Holy Spirit is inside me. Jesus loves me. I believe that Jesus loves me. The Holy Spirit tells me that Jesus loves me. And at four hours of the night, they passed very rapidly. And early in the morning, I heard the Lord saying to me again. And it came after I said, Lord, when is the new day going to dawn for me? And Jesus replied immediately, it's now. Now the new day is dawning for you. Stand up and walk out. All the doors have been opened for you. Brothers and sisters, when Jesus takes action, that is faster than your own thoughts. And I thank God for you Amish brothers and sisters who still don't use computer or telephone. I bless you. Because when God takes action, it's faster than any computer. Hallelujah. Of course, when Jesus said, all the doors are now open, that miracle happened and all the doors were opened. You know, we are living in a very dangerous time. There's so much information, there's so much IT in this, that people are receiving so much information that they have lost the action of God in their lives. Now, there were a lot of things I knew when I was in that situation in my cell. I knew after being many, many years in the prison, what happened to those who tried to escape, how they were brutally shot to death during the escape. I was really considering the offer seriously. Is this really the Lord who tells me to try to escape? And I was just thinking in my mind, I knew the names of the guards who were behind the first pair of doors, and I knew the guards who were behind the next one and next one. I knew all the guards who were between me and the freedom. Now, the Lord knows our thoughts better than we know ourselves. When I was thinking about this, suddenly the Lord said to me, your prison is real, but I'm the truth, and the truth will set you free. Now, say this in English to one another, my problems are real, but Jesus is the truth, and the truth will make me free. Say this to one another, truth will set you free. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Now, even after all this that the Lord was speaking to me that morning, it was difficult for me to believe that it's possible. And the Lord knew the weakness of my faith. And the Lord wanted to encourage me, and he sent me a picture, a living picture, and I saw a vision. And I saw in this vision how my wife suddenly must have been released from the prison, and she was walking rapidly towards me. Now, I knew that my wife is supposed to be in another prison far away for female prisoners. But my wife came to me, stopped outside my cell door and said, the doors have been opened for you, what in the world do you still do there on the floor? Come up, come out. And I just wanted to say to her, oh, have you been set free? Before I was able to say that, that picture disappeared, my wife disappeared. And I was not, I didn't want to be disobedient anymore. I had written down one of the books of the Bible in the long line of toilet paper, so I made it as a belt around myself, and I said, Lord, if they execute, if they shoot me, take my spirit, but I am coming out from prison. And as I stood up and started to walk towards my cell door, supernaturally, those doors were opened for me, and I came through all the closed doors of the prison. And brothers and sisters, I was so busy to leave the prison that I didn't have time to go to that prison office and let them know that the cripple man is going to take a walk of us. And none of those thirty policemen who were at the yard asked the most logical question, where in the world is cripple man walking to that? Only after that did my brothers and sisters tell me that when they saw me walking out of the prison, they closed their eyes and said, God, you are going to close your eyes. And I saw you passing that line of the soldiers, and you walked out from the prison. And the first human being who spoke to me that morning was the taxi driver. Jesus has ordered the taxi. He came and stopped right there, and he opened the door and asked me, where do you want to go? And I jumped into the taxi. I'm already late back to work, so just take over as quickly as you can. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I don't know who ordered the taxi. I don't know who opened the main gates of the prison, but I know who healed my legs. And as I was sitting on the back of the taxi, I recognized one high-rise building, and I know on the top floor of that building, there's a Christian family, and they are intercessors. They are prayer people. So I asked the taxi driver to drive there. And I told to the taxi driver, because I didn't obviously have any money, so I told him, wait here. I'm just going to invite some people to join me from upstairs. Just wait for me, and I will come back. And he wasn't afraid. The most logical thing would have been that I tried to escape without paying. He just stood there, and he was waiting for me to come back. And when I knocked the door of this family, there were two of the daughters were at home, and when they opened the door, they said, we have been fasting and praying five days that God will interfere and set you free. And as we have been fasting and praying, the Holy Spirit spoke to us that God is going to release you from prison, and you will come directly from the prison to our home. So we have already started to prepare a safe house for you. And they said to me, this location is not safe for you. We have prepared two bicycles, so we will bike to the safe house together. And as that was the first moment I recognized that something has happened with my leg. As I was biking, I recognized that it's my legs. I'm healed. And they were sharing me the good news. They said, Brother Yun, do you know that your wife has already been released from the prison this morning? And I told them what I knew. I said, obviously, because she visited me. I saw her one second. She came and had the message, and then she disappeared. And they said to me, don't be afraid. When the evening comes, she will be there. And this is how wonderful the Lord is. And it's quite amazing. Without any human communication, the Lord has spoken to my wife in her prison that that morning, same morning when she was released, she said, I'm also going to release Brother Yun, and you have to go to this address. And that was exactly the same address where I was on my way with my bicycle. And after seven in the evening, when I opened the door to that safe house, my wife was sitting right there and welcoming me to that place. My dear wife is here with us tonight. Darling, you can stand up. Hallelujah. Amen. My wife is a real warrior of God, a person who's really following Lord Jesus. I want to tell you tonight, brothers and sisters, my purpose was never just to share about my story. I know that each one of us, we have our struggles. We have our problems. But praise God, Lord knows all our struggles, all our difficulties. It doesn't matter what kind of background, what kind of family, what church, where do you come from. It's so important that we individually all have our personal relationship and experience about Jesus. If you have a meeting with Jesus, something is going to happen with your problems. I'm certain that the Holy Spirit is speaking His message to us about this change in our lives. The darkness of your life is disappearing and the eternal light of God is coming, entering into your life. Those doors have been so long closed for you. God is about to wide open those doors for you. And it has already started to happen what we were sharing a year and a half ago. God is going to open the door for mission and for great commission for you people. And now it's already happening. And I believe that God is able to open a new door for everyone who is in this meeting tonight. And the Lord is going to open doors for you, not only to the Islamic world, but God is going to also call you to go to Israel and bless the people of God. And maybe God is going to send you not only go and bless Israel, but also to bless all the Arabs who are living on the other side of that wall. In the name of Jesus, I call you out from that hole where you have been impossible, the hole of impossibility. And don't say that I cannot preach, I'm not a missionary. The most important thing that you can receive tonight is that personal encounter, meeting with Jesus. And after that meeting, you are a vessel for kingdom of God. God is able, the Bible is filled with testimonies. The Moab girl Ruth was used mightily by God. And in the same manner, He's going to use your life to bring transformation to your society. I really haven't desired that Lord would use more of my life for His glory. Do you expect God to use your life? If you are like myself, say with me, Lord, here I am, use me. Here I am Lord, send me. If you are serious about this, and it coming from the honesty of your heart, I really call you to stand up and come together. Let's gather together here and surrender once again to Lord Jesus Christ. I have a deep hope and desire in my heart. And my prayer for you is tonight, that not only that you will come before the Lord here, but you will go to the people in Middle East and Central Asia, people in Iraq, people in Iran, Afghanistan. And all these nations, they will, through you, have a meeting with Resurrection Jesus. Heavenly Father, here we are and we want to surrender. We want to give all to you. But we need your Holy Spirit to give us strength, so that we are really, we don't give up. We are available for you every hour of the day. Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask your kingdom to come upon us tonight. And we pray that may your will be done in our lives, in our families, in our business, in our whole life, as it is done in heaven. Come Holy Spirit and fill us with heavenly anointing. Give us authority to go out and set the captives free. Thank you Lord, you who are the Lord of harvest, that you are calling many brothers and sisters to your harvest fields. It is still true tonight that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. I thank you for these hundreds of people who are here and they are saying from the bottom of their hearts, Lord, here am I, send me. Thank you Lord, that your Spirit will make a way and you will make them strong and you will use them for your glory. Heavenly Father, we thank you for this opportunity tonight to share about the great works of your mighty hand. And thank you Lord, that everyone who is before you tonight is going to have their own testimony, their own experience, how faithful, how good and how wonderful you are. Thank you Lord Jesus, we bless your name and we pray may your kingdom come, may your will be done in our lives. Hallelujah.
