Sermon Transcription
Hi, my name is K.P. Yochanan, Director of Gospel for Asia. I never forget the first time someone gave me a copy of the book Operation World, some years ago. Of course, now I'm holding the new version of it. But then, as I got that copy, I was quite excited looking through that, learning about the many countries of the world, particularly India, a land with so many millions and thousands of languages and hundreds of people groups. How do you pray for a country like India? I found the answer. As a matter of fact, Operation World became the bridge for me to walk on, to understand the meaning of what Christ said in the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 9, Pray to the Lord of the Harvest. And of course, during my daily prayer times and devotional times, I found that Operation World became a significant means for me to turn to those pages, like November 2 or June 15 or whatever, and there it is! About a country, a nation, a people group, and what God is doing there. Something to rejoice and thank God for. At the same time, cry out to Him for our world, for those people groups. I'm delighted that this new version is now available. May God use it to touch the lives of people around the world, and He will, I have no doubt.
