Ezekiel 14:9 Summary
[This verse means that if a prophet is led astray by God to speak a false message, it is because God is using that prophet to accomplish His purposes, as seen in Ezekiel 14:9. God is sovereign over all things, including the actions of His prophets, and He can use even false messages to bring people back to Himself, as stated in Ezekiel 14:11. This verse reminds us to trust in God's sovereignty and to be careful not to speak or act in ways that are not pleasing to Him, as seen in Colossians 3:17. By trusting in God's sovereignty, we can have confidence that He is working all things together for our good, as seen in Romans 8:28.]
