In God's eyes, every person has inherent worth and value, as seen in the Psalmist's declaration that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalms 139:13-14). The Lord looks beyond outward appearances, as noted in 1 Samuel 16:7, and instead focuses on the heart. Our identity and sense of self-worth are rooted in our relationship with God, not in fleeting external measures, as 1 Peter 3:3-4 reminds us. Through His promises, such as those found in Joshua 1:9 and Isaiah 43:4, God encourages us to trust in His love and care, leading to a deeper understanding of our value and purpose.
