In God's plan of salvation, certain individuals have served as mediators between Him and humanity. According to 1 Timothy 2:5, Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and mankind, emphasizing His unique role in reconciling us to the Father. As Romans 8:34 and Hebrews 8:6 highlight, Christ's mediation involves His intercession on our behalf, guaranteeing our access to God's presence. Through His sacrifice, as expressed in John 3:16, Jesus has become the way to the Father, as He Himself declared in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life.
