16 Bible Verses on Inspiration

16 verses

The Bible teaches that all Scripture is breathed out by God, making it a reliable and authoritative guide for life and faith. According to 2 Timothy 3:16, Scripture is inspired by God, and 2 Peter 1:21 explains that this inspiration comes through the work of the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised that the Spirit would guide His followers into all truth, as recorded in John 16:13. The inspiration of Scripture is a fundamental aspect of its trustworthiness, as emphasized in Deuteronomy 31:6 and reaffirmed in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, which highlights the profitability of Scripture for teaching, reproof, and training in righteousness.
