Throughout Scripture, humility is portrayed as a vital virtue for believers, enabling them to live in harmony with God and others. In Psalms, the Lord is described as guiding the humble, while James teaches that God gives grace to those who are humble, and that humility is essential for spiritual growth. The book of James also encourages believers to humble themselves before God, acknowledging their dependence on Him. Additionally, passages like 2 Chronicles remind believers that humility is a key aspect of repentance and restoration, and Ephesians highlights the role of humility in receiving God's gift of salvation.
