In times of financial struggle, believers can find hope and guidance in Scripture. The apostle Paul writes in Galatians about the blessing of Abraham coming to the Gentiles, bringing freedom from bondage, including financial bondage. Psalms and Jeremiah offer encouragement, reminding us that God is our helper and provider, and that His people will be blessed and rejoice in His goodness. By walking in the Spirit, as described in Galatians 5, and trusting in God's provision, as taught in Matthew 6, believers can experience financial recovery and live a life that honors God.

He redeemed us in order that the blessing promised to Abraham would come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.
The LORD is mindful of us; He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron;
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; idolatry and sorcery; hatred, discord, jealousy, and rage; rivalries, divisions, factions, and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
the sounds of joy and gladness, the voices of the bride and bridegroom, and the voices of those bringing thank offerings into the house of the LORD, saying: ‘Give thanks to the LORD of Hosts, for the LORD is good; His loving devotion endures forever.’ For I will restore the land from captivity as in former times, says the LORD.
What I am saying is that as long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, although he is the owner of everything. He is subject to guardians and trustees until the date set by his father. So also, when we were children, we were enslaved under the basic principles of the world. But when the time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive our adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, you are also an heir through God.
