13 Bible Verses on Church Anniversary

13 verses

As believers gather to commemorate the founding of their local congregation, they reflect on the significance of the church in their lives. According to Ephesians, the church is a body that grows and is built up in love, with each member contributing to its overall health. The importance of the church is also underscored in Matthew, where Jesus declares that He will build His church, and in Acts, where leaders are exhorted to care for it. In celebration, Psalms encourages joyful praise, while Luke reminds believers to build their lives on a strong foundation, just as a wise builder constructs a house on solid ground.
