Beware of Deception

My sons and daughters, especially the younger generation, I am besieging you. I am begging you. I am kissing your hands and your feet.

Please do not ever, ever, ever fall for no worldly pleasures. Do not ever walk away from the church. Do not ever walk away from the source of life who is truth.

Always be engaged with his word. Be attached to his word, the Lord Jesus I mean, and the Holy Bible. Be close.

Read. If you haven't read the Holy Bible yet, begin to read it tonight. Don't leave it till tomorrow because there is no guarantee that I will live for tomorrow.

Read the Holy Bible. Come to church Sundays when the body and the blood of Christ is offered freely from upon that holy altar of God. Come and receive him in the truth, the true body and the true blood that washes away the sins of the world.

Be close to the church because the church is your only way of salvation because the church is the ark of Noah that will deliver you from the great floods of the world. The greatest swimmer in the world that was outside the ark drowned and died and the rabbit that cannot swim inside the ark was saved and delivered. It's not about how much you know.

It's not about how much wealth you have. It's not about your position. It's not about being the pope or the bishop.

It's not about being a king or whatever leader you are. It's not about your prestigious lifestyle. It's about are you in the Lord or are you outside of him.

If you're outside, you're dead and nothing will save you. But if you're inside of him and illiterate, you're saved. Do not rely on your knowledge.

Rely on Christ. He's your only salvation. Come to church.

Don't go to the club. Don't go clubbing. Bad vibes.

Can anyone explain to me what is the pleasure of that? And it's so crowded. They're all yelling and the music is so loud. I don't know what kind of music it is but it's so loud.

It's noise pollution. Like it will bust those ebrams. Like this guy, I've said this before and I'll say it again.

I'll finish it off with this. It was a hot summer day here in Sydney. I came, the traffic went red and I pulled the traffic lights.

All of a sudden, earthquake took place. The whole car shook. From a distance, I see something coming my way.

Another car. And then he pulled right next to me. It was hot, the windows are up, the aircon is on and he's going.

I think his ebrams were gone because the noise was so loud. He had a big satellite dish in the back seat. It was so massive.

Honestly, I could see the waves coming and breaking through the car. It shook the whole car. Listen to Nora when she sings.

Isn't that beautiful? My beloveds, if anybody tempts you with a plastic bag with white powder, say it's not for me. If anybody tempts you in a little room in a hotel, staying overnight with some friends, it's not for you. If anybody tempts you, let's go and drink.

It's not for you. If anybody tempts you, say let's go and pick up these boys and these girls and go for a drive. It's not for you.

If anybody tempts you to go and steal, if anybody tempts you to use foul language, if anybody tempts you to change you and the way you live and the way you are and the way you have been purchased by the Lamb, by the blood of the Lamb of God, that you belong to Jesus Christ. If anybody tempts you to take you away from the Lord, say I am not for sale. I belong to the Lord.

I don't swear. I don't kill. I don't destroy.

I don't do anything. I want to be with the Lord. I'm a sinner.

I need the Lord to forgive my sins. I need the Lord to save my life. I need the Lord to enlighten me.

I need the Lord to set me free. I need the Lord. I need the Lord for without Him, I am lost.

The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He leads me to green pastures and still waters.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your staff and your rod, they comfort me. Staff and rod, and I'll definitely sum it up with this.

Staff and rod, both are pieces of stick, but with a difference. Staff is used to discipline a person. The rod is used to discipline a person, but the staff is used to lean on when you are exhausted and tired.

The rod, discipline. Staff, to lean on when I'm exhausted. King David says, even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I'll fear no evil.

Why? Because you're with me. And then he says, your staff and your rod, they comfort me. What are the staff and the rod of Christ, the good shepherd? The rod.

When you strike someone with the rod, it is in this kind of a trajectory. What is this level called? Horizontal. That is the rod, horizontal.

What is the staff? You've seen the shepherds that mind the flock, the sheep and the flock. They hold in their hands, that's what they call a staff. Staff of a shepherd, where you hold it this way.

This way is vertical. King David says, your rod, horizontal, and your staff, vertical, they comfort me. The staff is when I'm tired walking and minding the flock.

When I need to lean and there is no place to lean on, I've got the staff in my hand. I hold it tight and I lean on it for a few minutes to take a break and be relieved of my long walk. When you put the rod and the staff together, what do you get? The holy cross.

What made me through the valley of the shadow of death is you, Lord, hanging on the cross. Your blood saved me from hell, from Satan, from sin, from condemnation. I'm risen in the Lord.
