A Dying Daughter Life Restored And Woman Heald

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, one God, Amen. May the Almighty Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless you, guide you, protect you, and deliver you from the snares of the enemy, whether they be visible or invisible, by the precious blood which he shed on Calvary for the salvation and the redemption of the entire world, Amen. The Gospel of today is according to St. Luke, chapter 8, verses 40 to 56, which is the end of the chapter.

It's Luke, chapter 8, verses 40, 56, the end of the chapter. And we see in today's Gospel, the Lord Jesus is having an encounter with two persons. One happens to be the daughter of a synagogue ruler called Jairus, and his daughter was at the age of 12 and about to die.

So Jairus comes and falls before the Lord Jesus, begging him to come to his house and heal his dying daughter. And as the Lord is walking, the multitude is pushing him from every angle of every corner. And then this woman, who has been sick for 12 years as well, bleeding for 12 years, she came from behind the Lord Jesus, fearing not to know what to expect.

But then she was saying in her heart, if I just were to touch the fringe of his garment, I believe I will be healed. And the Holy Bible says this woman spent every penny she had on doctors, hoping that she may receive healing, ending up getting nowhere. And when she came from the back of the Lord, from behind him, and she touched the fringe of his garment, the Lord Jesus stopped and turned to the disciples and said, who touched me? Saint Peter and all the disciples said, Lord, the multitudes are squeezing, are pushing you from everywhere.

What do you mean, who touched you? He said, no, one touched me because I perceive power comes out of me. I felt power coming out of me when this person touched me. That woman, the moment she touched the fringe of the Lord's garment, she realized she got healed on the spot.

And when the Lord Jesus said, who touched me, she couldn't hide any longer. She came shaking and bowing before the Lord Jesus, saying, it is I, Lord, who touched you. He said, my daughter, your faith is strong.

Your faith has healed you. And as they were proceeding to Jairus' house, one of the servants came and said to Jairus, do not trouble the master anymore, sorry to say your daughter has just passed away. The Lord heard this and he said, she's not dead, she's just asleep.

Before we talk about Jairus' daughter, let's talk about this woman who has been sick for 12 years, went to every doctor, received no healing. Just by touching the fringe of the Lord's garment, immediately she was fully healed. Why would the Lord Jesus stop and say, who touched me? The Holy Bible, the disciples, Saint Peter and the rest of the disciples said, everyone is pushing you, is squeezing you.

He said, I know that. Do you think Peter, I do not know that everyone is pushing me and squeezing me, but I said someone touched me. The multitudes are pushing me, but only one touched me and power came out of me.

When you see it in the Greek text, this power has got to do with electricity. It is that kind of a power the Lord is talking about, electricity. My beloveds, what do we learn? The Lord's word is living forever, applicable to every generation, every place, every time, all the time.

This word is alive and living for us too. The Lord is saying to the Christian world, like he said it to the Israelite world of the ancient times. He is saying to the Christians, you may come to me in the multitudes.

The churches are full in the hundreds and in the thousands, but it's not about thousands of people coming to Jesus Christ, pushing him, squeezing him from every angle. It has got to do who is the one that has come today to touch me, not push me, not squeeze me. I'm looking for the one who is coming in order to do one thing and that is touch me.

This power that came out of the Lord Jesus has got to do with electricity. I'll put it this way, my beloved. When you grab an electric cable, as long as it is covered with that plastic covering, that electricity that goes through that cable, when you grab that cable, electricity, you do not get electrocuted because the cable is covered with that plastic cover.

The moment you take that cover off and that cable now is naked, you grab it with 240 volts going through it, it will shake you and it will cook you. When the cable becomes naked, you get electrocuted. Then the Lord says, thousands of people come to me, but unfortunately they come covered.

Who is the one that comes to me naked? For it is that person shall receive the electrifying power of my Holy Spirit. We come to the Lord, but we come with a cover. We bounce off him, we squeeze him, we push him, but nothing happens.

Why? Because we're covered. Maybe to someone's cover is money. Maybe to someone the cover is dignity.

Maybe to someone the cover is coming, acting before the Lord, not coming genuine. Whatever that cover is, the Lord is saying, you need to remove it. You need to come to me naked.

Don't ever come and say, Lord, I love you. I am faithful to you and I am doing this and this and this good deed for you. The Lord will never know who you are.

You'll be just one member of the multitude, absolute stranger to the Lord Jesus. The Lord is looking, is awaiting for the person that comes fully naked, i.e. confessing their sins before the Almighty Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Don't ever come to the Lord and say, Lord, I made a mistake, but I promise you wasn't my fault.

It was that John over there. He made me sin. The Lord won't hear you.

You can come and find every excuse under the sun to get away with it and give some sort of a comfort to your conscience. The Lord will not know you. But the moment you come and say, Lord, I made a mistake and it was fully my fault.

The Lord says someone touched me because power came out of me and that woman was healed instantaneously. Come to the Lord as you are. Don't ever put a mask on.

Don't ever act before the Lord. Don't ever find an excuse for your wrongdoings. Admit it.

I made a mistake and it was fully my fault. I won't even blame Satan for it. I won't.

I won't. Even though Satan had something to do with it, I'll let him go. I'll say, Lord, it's all my fault.

It's all my fault. The Lord is seeking people of guts, not weak. People that find excuses for themselves, that's weakness.

People who admit their mistakes and live up to it and take full ownership. The Lord says, now you're talking. Now you've got my attention.

Now you have received power from me. The power of healing, the power of revival, the power of change, the power of renewal, the power of enlightenment, the power of discernment, the power of wisdom, the power of courage, the power of strength, the power to give you a new life, a new start, a new beginning. We can never come to the Lord Jesus and act before him.

You know why? Because he's simply God. God means he knows you more than you. He knows the inside and the outside of you more than you.

He is the one who has created you. You cannot hide anything from your Lord. You cannot falsify anything from your Lord because he knows everything before you even know it.

He knows it. But the Lord wants one thing. Come to him as you are.

See, our father Adam and our mother Eve. I spoil her and I call her Avuvie. Our father Adam and Eve, when they ate from the forbidden tree, they realized they were naked.

So what they did? They went and covered themselves by themselves. They covered themselves with the fig leaves. The Lord God came to them and he said, Adam, do you really think you can cover your nakedness with the fig leaf? Adam, have you realized the fig leaf will wither away and will dry and will fall eventually from you? You can put it on while it's green.

Give it a day or two. It's going to go dead dry. It's going to fall into bits and pieces and fall away and your nakedness will be resurfacing once again.

The problem of humanity. They are trying frantically to cover themselves by themselves, i.e. correcting my mistakes by myself saying, I don't need anyone. Yeah, I've made the mistake, but please leave me alone.

I'll fix it my way. I'll do it my way. I don't need you, mom.

I don't need you, dad. I don't need the priest. I don't need no one.

I know what I'm doing. I can fix it. So what do we do? We cover ourselves by ourselves, trying, hoping we can fix the mistakes by making a greater mistake.

And the more we try, the worse we become. The mistakes increase, multiply and become great. We get to a time, it's beyond my reach, outside of my capacity.

Finally, after a long battle, after a long struggle, after so many long years of saying no to God, I came to this realization, I can't do it anymore. I can't take it anymore. I have acknowledged and confessed to myself, I am a failure.

The moment we come to this realization that I cannot do it anymore and I am confessing that, acknowledging that, you are coming naked to the Lord. You will be electrocuted by the power of the Holy Spirit that came out of Him. And that power will heal you.

Come as you are. Let me tell you this, my beloved. When it comes to faith and sin.

When it comes to faith, say to the Lord Jesus, I am the weakest instrument of all. I have no faith. Increase my faith.

When it comes to faith, put yourself last. When it comes to sin, put yourself first. What do I mean by that? When someone comes and says, oh, what a strong faith you have, say, but you better mean it, don't act.

Say, honestly, my dear friend, you came to the wrong address. Because if there is anyone who is the weakest instrument when it comes to faith, it is me. I am the weakest human being when it comes to faith.

Saint Paul said it. And all the sinners, whom I am the number one of all. When it came to sin, he put himself first.

I am the greatest sinner, Lord. But when it comes to faith, I am the last of the faithful. I am the smallest.

I am the weakest. Lord, strengthen my faith. Help this weak instrument.

Please fill me with your faith. When it comes to faith, I am last. When it comes to sin, Lord, I'm the greatest sinner of all.

I'm the number one sinner. Because, Lord, I'm seeking you and you only. And you said, Lord, I did not come to call the righteous but the sinners to repentance.

Therefore, I'm seeking you finding me, Lord. I'm seeking your counsel, Lord. I'm seeking your mercy, Lord.

I am the greatest sinner of all. I put my hand right up and I say, Lord, don't look any further. You found the biggest wreck in this world.

It is me, Lord. Please choose me. Take me, Lord.

In the church, I am the only sinner and everyone is a saint. If every single one of us that went to church and said this, and not only said this, I am the only sinner in the church and everyone is a saint. But not only saying it, but truly living it, everyone would have been a saint.

But we go to church and some of us become CT scanners. MRI. We see who came in.

And we see who went out. We look next door to us. In my heart, I said, what are they doing here? I saw them the other day downtown in the club, brother.

So yesterday you were in the club with Satan. Today you're in the church with Jesus Christ. What's going on? Lord have mercy.

Lord have mercy. Away with you, Satan. What's it to you who walks into the church or who goes out? What's it to you? If we were focusing on ourselves, on our weaknesses, on our sins, that's all that matters.

I don't care who is sitting next to me, in front of me or behind me. It doesn't matter because why did I come to church? Who did I come for? The multitude came to see Jesus or to see the bishop. The multitude came to see the Lord Jesus or to see another person.

Why did we come to the church? Was it for the occasion? Was it for something outside of Christ? Or did I come for the Lord and the Lord only? If we do not come to this truth, that I am going to church for Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ only, I will never have a true encounter and will never be electrocuted by the power of the Holy Spirit that comes out of Jesus and heals me right out. I will never have that encounter. We need to come for Jesus for He is the reason for the season.

We need to come for Him. For He is the only one, the only way, the only truth, and the only life and the only true divine God revealed in the flesh. There is no one else for this is the truth.

He is God, period. Revealed in the flesh over 2,000 years ago, crucified, buried, resurrected on the third day, went up to heaven and sat at the right hand of His Father. He is the only Savior, the only Redeemer of the entire world.

Whether you believe in that or not, that's your choice. But the truth always remains the truth. You can say, I believe the sun rises and shines upon the entire world, and you can say, no, the sun never rises.

That's your choice, but you cannot stop the light from shining. You cannot. You cannot hide the light.

You cannot hide the truth. Come to the Lord in the midst of the multitude like this woman who was sick for 12 years, unable to be healed by doctors. She came to the doctor of all doctors.

She was healed on the spot. Why? Because she came wholeheartedly confessing her sins, wholeheartedly acknowledging her mistakes, wholeheartedly taking ownership of her wrongdoings. She never accused anyone who was a stumbling stone for her making that mistake.

She took full ownership of her wrongdoings, coming from behind saying, if I were just to touch the fringe of His garment, I will be healed. I am that sinner. I made that mistake.

It is all my fault, Lord Jesus. Have mercy on me, Son of David. When we come with this intention, with this kind of a heart, with this insight and discernment, rest assured the Lord is waiting for you, and He will stop and say, who touched me? But I come to Him covered.

Even if I touch Him, nothing happens. The covering is on. There is no zap.

Nothing happens. Remove the mask. Stop acting.

Come as you are. Come as you are, my beloved. The daughter of Jairus.

The word Jairus, or in Aramaic, Yu'arish. A bit different. Yu'arish is a compounded word, two in one.

Youth, for Yahweh, God. Yu'arish, God the Awakener. God the One who enlightens.

That is the meaning of the word Jairus. God, or Yahweh, the Awakener. God, or Yahweh, the One who enlightens.

See, we will never be able to fathom, we will never be able to understand how to come to the Lord Jesus, seeking His mercy and forgiveness, until the Lord Himself enlightens my heart, enlightens my soul, enlightens my mind. Unless the Lord touches the heart first, the heart will never be able to understand how to come back and ask for forgiveness. It takes God to change the heart.

It takes God. If I were to ask you, what is the greatest miracle the Lord Jesus performed while He was on earth? Everyone, if not majority will say, raising Lazarus from the dead, raising the dead, that is the most powerful miracle Jesus ever performed, the Lord Jesus ever performed while He was on earth. But I'll say to you, the ultimate miracle is not raising the dead.

The ultimate miracle Jesus Christ of Nazareth ever performed on earth was changing a person's heart. Because Lazarus, who was raised from the dead, and his first grave was in Bethany, in Israel. Do you know, Lazarus has another grave in Cyprus.

He died again. The one the Lord raised died again. And this time his grave is in Cyprus.

But when the Lord changes a person's heart, that person never dies. Never dies, my beloved. Lives forever.

But to change a person's heart, it took God dying in the flesh on the cross. It took Him to be nailed on the cross to change one heart. How difficult it is.

He paid the ultimate price. He gave His life on the cross to change a heart. He had to die in order for someone to live.

The Lord is still waiting. And is still saying, I want someone to touch me, not push me, not squash me. Some people come and they just shout.

They are noise pollution. We love Jesus, we love Jesus. Relax, man.

What's going on? You just startled me, man. No. It's not by shouting you think you have faith.

Just because someone shouted, that doesn't mean they've got faith. This woman didn't make any noise. Everyone else was making noises.

Thank you, Jesus, Jeremiah 2.5. This woman was absolutely silent, absolutely quiet. She came without anyone even noticing her. But you know what? She was the only one shouting to the Lord.

Because everyone was shouting externally, she was the only one shouting internally. And the Lord is the God of hearts, not lips. Not lips.

So we can scream, we can yell, we can jump. Hallelujah. No.

The Lord looks at the heart. Millions sing to Him. Where are they? How come the world is going from bad to worse? How come the church is going downhill and not going up? If they were all faithful, if they were all saints, why is the church in turmoil? Why when Corona came, all the doors of the church got shut and everybody got scared? Oh no, no, no, no.

We got to shut down. We got to lock down. Oh, the police, the government.

Oh, we got to go and be good boys and good girls and be hypocrites with this prime minister and with this minister because we want the grants. And if they don't give us the grants, we're going to die. We're going to suffer.

We're going to starve. What are we going to do? The schools. What a weak church.

Yet everybody's shouting. My beloveds, where are you when you are alone? Where are you in relation to Christ? When you are alone, in your room, quiet, the Lord doesn't want people to be noise pollution. The Lord wants your heart to be shouting for him, crying out to him.

That's why the Lord heard the voice of this silent woman because she was the only one genuinely shouting. The moment we say, Lord, I have sinned. Please forgive me.

The Lord came for you. The Lord came for you. These two, the daughter of Jairus, 12 years old, dying, and this woman sick for 12 years, 12 and 12 represent the Israelite nation who was made out of 12 tribes.

12 tribes, 12 years, 12 tribes. This is the nation of Israel. The nation of Israel illustrated in both first and second coming of the Messiah.

In the first coming of the Lord Jesus, not all of Israel believed in him. Not all of them accepted him. Only a handful, a few Israelis received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

That's why the nation remained sick, represented in this woman, sick for 12 years. You see, the problem is, until we receive Jesus Christ as Lord and God and Savior, we will remain in our spiritual sickness. And what is sickness? It is a sign of death.

Death came through sin. Romans 6.23, St. Paul says, And the wages of sin is death. So where did death come from? Because of our sins.

And what is the sign of death? Sickness, illness. Why do people get sick? Because all of us are dead. We will die.

As someone put it so beautifully, one of the church fathers, We are walking corpses. It's a corpus, but it's walking. Until the time comes and goes underground six foot.

And this is why we get sick. Because we are all dying human beings. No one can say, I will never die.

You can go to Istanbul and iron your face. Facelift. Put Botox left, right and center.

Have laser eyebrows. Do all the cracks in your face. Listen, you can spend millions on your looks.

The termites will eat it and they will enjoy it. Actually they won't that much, because it's all plastic. They want meat, meat, proper meat.

Not synthetic meat. Our synthetic meat, we leave that to Bill Gates. Billy Billy boy, eat the synthetic meat.

You can iron your face. You can stretch all the wrinkles. Listen, I will go to the grave whether I like it or not.

I can say, I'm not going to die. I won't die, as I will. Whether I like it or not, I will.

Just like there was a time I was born in it, a time will come, I will depart from this world, whether I like it or not. The sign of death is illness, sickness. Because the Israelite nation did not receive Jesus Christ in His first coming, as Lord and Savior, they remained sick.

And because they remained sick in the first coming, that sickness will lead them to death. The daughter of Jairus. The daughter of Jairus was the ruler of synagogue.

The ruler of synagogue. What do Jewish people, our beloved Jewish people have today? Synagogues, not temples. What has replaced the temple? Masjid al-Aqsa and Qubbat al-Sakhra.

The Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. They have replaced the Temple of Solomon. But a time will come, they will build it.

They will rebuild it. When they rebuild it, that's when they will go through the Great Tribulation. That is the daughter of Jairus dying.

The daughter of Jairus is dying. The Lord is going to the house. Going to the house, the second coming.

Because the first coming they said, Get out of our house. When you read in Matthew 13, The first verse of Matthew 13 says, And after the Lord leaving the house, Which house? The house of Israel. Not a normal house you live in.

Here is talking about the Israel nation. He left the house and went to the sea. The sea is us, the non-Israelite nations.

But this time he is going to the house. He is going to the house of Israel, the second coming. And as he is going to the house in his second coming, The daughter on the way, they said, She is dead, don't trouble the master.

Because Israel will not come back to Jesus Christ, Until they are squashed in the great tribulation. They will have to die in order for Jesus Christ to resurrect them. And what did the Lord say? Do not be afraid, she is just asleep.

Because I made a promise to Abraham. I will visit your offsprings. And Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are the fathers of Israel.

And God made a promise to Abraham. That in your son Singular, Isaac symbolic for Jesus Christ. In your son Singular, Jesus Christ, I will bless the whole nations.

And this son Jesus Christ will revive your offsprings when he comes back again. And as Christians, so no one thinks we are picking on our beloved Jewish people. We are not, we are the same, no difference.

As Christians, if we remain in our sickness, eventually we will die. But this death is spiritual, not physical. Until we come back to the Lord Jesus, seeking his mercy and forgiveness.

Full healing of our spiritual sickness, we will never be able to live. It takes the Lord Jesus to give us life. Without him, we are sick, eventually dead, totally separated from God.

So, my son, my daughter, where are you going? Who are you mixing with? What are you doing? What are you playing with? Are you playing with fire? Are you playing with white powder? Are you playing with money? Are you playing with alcohol? Are you playing with gambling? Are you playing with women, with boys, with girls? And nowadays it's in between. What are you playing with? This is all illness, which leads to death. We need the Lord.

Come as you are. If I know, and I've seen with my eyes, someone coming out of the brothel, and walking through the front door of the church, I will bow and kiss their feet. This is the Lord.

Don't ever push anyone away from the house of the Lord. Don't ever judge anyone that enters the house of the Lord. Judgment is not up to you.

It's up to God. Your job, if you wish to remain in the house of the Lord, freely you have chosen to remain in the house of the Lord, then your job is to serve whoever walks through the front door. You are here to serve.

You are not here to judge and say, this one can come in, this one cannot. This is not your house to determine that. It is up to the Lord.

And if that person came from the brothel to the church, guess what? It is the Good Shepherd who called him, not you. Come as you are. And don't ever say, I'm full of sin.

It's too late. You know what? I can't. I've made too many mistakes.

Who's going to fix it? I can't even think where to start and how to start. No. Just come as you are, naked.

Let Jesus electrocute you with the power of the Holy Spirit. Let Him heal you. Let Him shake you.

Let Him break you in order to make you. Let Him. Don't ever lose hope.

As long as you're genuine, the Lord is ready to forgive you all your sins. And He's ready now, right this moment. If you genuinely confess your sins before Him, He will make you a new creation before you blink your eyes.

You better believe in this. Because whatever you believe in, you will receive. It's up to us, not up to the Lord.

The Lord has already done the miracle. He died, was buried and rose from the dead. Now it's up to us to receive this gift.

He's done His part. Now it's up to us to do our part. It's up to us, my beloved.

So, after the church service, you're going to go home, okay? No right, no left, huh? I got eyes, front and back. I watch you, huh? I am watching you. I got red belt in karate.

I will chop you. If I see you at Marconi, I will chop you, I will chop you. If I see you in the city, I will chop you, I will chop you.

May the Lord have mercy on her soul, and on the soul of all the departed ones. But the lyrics were wrong. I want to dance with somebody.

What do you mean? You need to define. I need to dance with this body. Not somebody, this body.

Because somebody could be Satan. Could be anyone. You need to know who you're dancing with.

Are you dancing with the Lord? Or are you dancing with somebody? Slash Satan. You need to define. You need to know.

Come like this woman, fully naked. Let Jesus electrocute you. Receive healing, by confessing your sins.

Let's bow our heads. Ask the Lord to forgive us our sins, while we are reciting this prayer of absolution. Confess your sins before the Lord Jesus.

Pour, my Lord, the compassion of the delightfulness of your love upon your servants, and again transform them in the hope of renewal to the life of repentance.

Renew in them your Holy Spirit, by whom they are sealed for the day of salvation. Purify them by your compassion from all flesh and spiritual blemishes, and assure the hope of their faith by the aid of your grace, and instill the walks of their behavior in the paths of righteousness. Please them along with the saints in your kingdom by the assurance of the hope of their faith in the adoption as your children, and in the joy of your absolving mysteries.

Empower them by the aid of your mercies to observe your commandments and fulfill your will to confess, worship, and praise your Holy Name, the Lord of all, Father and Son, and Holy Spirit forever. Amen. May the Lord Jesus bless you, forgive your sins and bless you, guide you and protect you all the days of your lives, my beloved.
