God's Appointments - Part 6

Is there anything called perfect peace? Did you ever experience perfect peace? You know how many people say our home is full of turmoil? I heard of a little girl who said, I was really amused. Let us ask daddy, but first let us see if he is in a good mood. I said, four year old girl, she wants to catch her dad in the best mood. How sad. No, that made me sad. Must your children be wondering in what kind of mood they will find you? Or your wife? You bring all the stress from your office. And you are very volcanic when you arrive. What an atmosphere. Salvation will God appoint for walls. You know, when you look at your room, sitting in any room, you see the walls. You cannot help seeing the walls. And every wall says salvation. When you turn to the left, salvation. When you turn to the back wall, salvation. And bulwarks, well appointed bulwarks, which can withstand any attack or onslaught. Let me tell you honestly, I have not seen many people like this. And I am very sad to report this. What is your Christianity worth? If your walls don't speak of salvation, people without hope, jaded, and saying, oh, I can't do this. I have touched nothing but a mere glimpse of His glory. I have touched nothing but a mere hem of His garment. I am going to embrace it all. I am going to possess it all. There is much land to conquer. God has more appointments for me. Friends, let me tell you, people read their Bibles. But there is hardly any hope or love or faith in their hearts.
