Who is Like God?

God lives and works today. He loves each one of us and wants to make us infinitely happy. And yet, so many people in the world deny His existence or simply don't care about Him.

Shouldn't this inspire those of us who do love God to prove by our lives that He is real and that He loves us all? The following program by Basil E. Schlink called, Who is Like God? shares how our lives can become a testimony to the reality of God. We're living in a day and age when God has been deposed. Humans have set themselves upon the throne.

Yes, in some parts of the world, sadistic leaders actually deify themselves and allow themselves to be worshipped as gods. All of hell is raging against Jesus. This state of affairs weighs down upon me like an unspeakable burden, and it almost breaks my heart.

Perhaps you feel the same way. However, there is a way for us to be released from this burden, and it's open to all of us. Everyone who knows and loves Jesus can begin to praise Him so much that the sound of praise resounds all the way to heaven and hell.

Let's praise and worship Jesus, singing songs about who He is, proclaiming His kingly majesty, His love, His humility as the Lamb of God, and His coming again as King. Then the oppression will vanish, and our hearts will be filled with Him whom we've praised. Our hearts will rejoice to have such a wonderful Lord.

Who is like you, my dearest Lord? Forever will you be the Lord. I believe in your love. To treasure joy in your thankful heart I give you.

My thankful heart I give you. Once when the apostle Paul had been imprisoned because of the hatred of his Jewish brothers, the Lord gave him such a spirit of praise that the governor Festus said, Paul, you're mad! Yes, Jesus had filled Paul's heart so much that Paul couldn't help but praise and witness for him, even if it should mean a death sentence. Why shouldn't God be able to put the same spirit into our hearts? In this dark world where men have become instruments of Satan, we who love the Lord must praise and worship Him as never before.

I worship you with loving heart. For you, you are endless grace in heart. To me, so much have I needed.
