For every difficulty in our lives, the way to receive help is to give thanks. Have you ever experienced what a tremendous power there is in thanking the Lord? When we give thanks, something happens, whether we're in a hopeless situation or in the midst of money, job, or family problems. Have you ever said, Lord, you always have a way, you always have a means? To pray in this way means to praise the love of God which carries us through, and to praise his power which always finds a way.

When we think about his love and proclaim its greatness, our worries and problems disintegrate, just like the wall of Jericho. What are a few worries and problems to the Lord who created heaven and earth, for whom nothing is impossible? To just think about his love and might makes us strong and happy, but to praise and witness to it drives away cares and sadness, and when God wills, even changes people, relationships, and difficulties. God is Lord over them all.

He's Lord over people, circumstances, and powers. He need only say one word, and people's hearts, minds, and intentions can be changed. He only has to say one word, and doors are opened, job difficulties are transformed, and money problems are solved.

Therefore, let us join with Job in praising the Lord. I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted. Job 42 How can we refrain from thanking and praising such a Father? And how can anything oppress us any more or cause us to despair? We have a God who helps.

All our help is in the name of the Lord. All our help is in the name of the Lord. The Lord who created the heavens.

The Lord who created earth and heaven. Created earth and heaven. Our help is the Lord God Almighty.

We owe God praise, for He brings us victory and transforms all our difficulties. But where does He find praise among His children today? When the early Christians began to praise the Lord, their meeting room shook, and God's arm was moved. Oh, that we might make our prayer lives praise lives.

Then we would indeed receive help, for to give thanks means to receive. Father, I thank you for guiding my way. Father, I thank you for care every day.
