He marched up to the waters, and he took his upper garment, his mantle as it is called, and he wrapped it around like a stick, and he smoked the water. What is that? What will a little cloth do to some fast flowing water? He knew he had a rendezvous with God across the river. So he knew the chariots of God were going to pick him up across the river. And so he said, nothing will stand in the way. So, the waters divided. You know friends, you can see lions in your way. You can see sudden flash floods in your way. You can see contrary conditions in your way. If every factor like that makes your faith sink lower, lower, lower. You know, I did not allow even flood waters to stop me. I would drive right through flood waters. Most miraculously, I would go through. Others attempting the same crossing, or in the same kind of floods, were washed away. Yes friends, you can see any kind of any sort of hindrances. And some of them are imagined. And the devil says, I will stop this momentum of this man. I will give him this setback and this temptation, this downfall, or some tragedy. And he will turn back from the flood. No my friends. There should be no turning back. See how Elijah would say to Elijah, go back young man. Go back. But did Elijah quit? No. He saw what Elijah did to that river. Can you imagine a young fellow making such a crossing and saying to himself, boy, never seen things of this magnitude. Now I have got to do such, I have got to see like faith in me. Is God able to do these marvels? Why should I taste them? That's what my father said. Is it simply because I am born in a different era or age, that I can't see the works that Peter and Paul saw? Is it simply because I am born in a different era or age, that I can't see the works that Peter and Paul saw? No, God gave him his desire. I want to see first century Christianity. So God gave him his desire. But listen friends. When Elijah said, Yes. What do you want young man? I want a double portion. My dear friends. God has not put any limit on your asking. Whatever you ask in my name, that will be done to you. Whatever you ask in my name, that will be done to you. You know folks. When I saw that young woman in East Germany. She wanted so much to tell me something. It was a communist country. The meetings could not be announced. But the people had come. I finally said, what is it that you want to say? She said, Last year when you preached here, You said, Take away impossible from your vocabulary. Remove it. Yes. I went home with that thought. Remove the word impossible from your vocabulary. I had a baby. But I could not breast feed my baby. Because I had no milk to give my baby. So I went home with this challenge. I took up my baby. Held it to my breast. And my baby began to suck the milk. God gave the milk. God healed me. Yes my friend. I do not know, How many of you have
