Psalm 34:1
Bakht Singh

Bakht Singh Chabra (1903 - 2000). Indian evangelist, church planter, and Bible teacher born in Joiya, Punjab (now Pakistan), to a devout Sikh family. Educated at Punjab University, he studied agricultural engineering in England (1926-1928) and Canada (1929-1932), embracing a Western lifestyle, including smoking and drinking, while rejecting his Sikh roots by shaving his hair. Initially hostile to Christianity—once tearing a Bible apart—he converted in 1929 in Winnipeg after reading the New Testament, influenced by Christian friends John and Edith Hayward. Returning to India in 1933, he began preaching as an Anglican evangelist, later becoming independent, sparking the 1937 Martinpur revival, a pivotal movement in Indian Christianity. In 1941, after a night of prayer in Chennai, he founded Hebron Ministries, establishing over 10,000 indigenous churches modeled on New Testament principles across India and South Asia. Singh authored books like How I Got Joy Unspeakable and Full of Glory and held annual “Holy Convocations” in Madras, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Kalimpong, drawing thousands. Married to Rama Bai at age 12 in 1915, little is recorded of their personal life. His contextualized gospel, blending Indian spirituality with biblical truth, earned him the title “Elijah of the 21st Century” in Indian Christendom. Singh’s words, “I have never asked any man for anything, but the Lord is richly supplying all my needs,” reflect his faith-driven ministry. Despite Parkinson’s disease in his final decade, his legacy endures through Hebron’s global network and writings, praised by figures like Ravi Zacharias.

34th Psalm, I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth. May our living God speak to us from these few verses from His word. Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, thank Thee for the Holy Word given to us for our daily instruction. Thank Thee for all the inspiration we received so far. We thank Thee for the blessed day given to us to be together as fellow believers. We thank Thee for all the strength we received by waiting upon Thee. Thank Thee for the heavenly plan by which we are prepared every Sunday for the whole week. We magnify Thee for the favor shown to us in the past. We adore Thee for the help man to speak to us this evening hour, this afternoon. We claim that we are not taking poison. May our God have free course. Our faith be strengthened. Our hearts be alloyed. Our ears be unstopped. Our knees be strengthened. And our eyes be opened to Thy glory. May we be able to conquer every trial triumphantly. Taught of Thee how to live a life of victory. And we found food ready for the coming of the year song. What we receive be shared by many. And what we are told of Thee be obeyed joyfully. That Thy word may spread far and wide. Our time here will be very fine. We pray in the name of the Lord, our Savior. Psalm 34 and verse 1. I will bless the Lord at all times. His prayers shall continually be in my mouth. Now these words were written by David, God's servant, at a time when he was going through most painful situation. And that's why these words are so inspiring and so helpful. If a man of God could write such like words in a very, very frail situation, how much more we can enjoy our experience. Try to compare your own condition with the experience of man of God over here. And he's saying very joyfully and very boldly, I will bless the Lord at all times. His prayers shall continually be in my mouth. And he wants everybody else to unite with him and magnify the Lord. Verse 3. O magnify the Lord with me. Exalt your name together. And he's saying that also at that time, those people who also were in great trouble. Now when they came unto him, these men, numbering about 400, were in great trouble. This psalm was completed at a time when they had to find shelter in the cave of Dallam. That was the first time. And chapter 22. And verse 1. They were therefore departed thence, escaped to the cave of Dallam. When his brother or his father's house heard it, they went down unto him. And everyone that was in distress, everyone that was in debt, everyone that was discontented, gathered themselves unto him. And he became captain over them. And there were with him about 400 men. To such a company of 400 people, David is saying these words. When they came to him, they were in debt, first two. They were in distress. Everyone was in distress. Everyone was in debt. Everyone there was discontented. Such type of men have also found shelter in the same cave where David was. And to them he is saying. Come along, you also join with me, let us all exalt in him together. So when these men came to David, they were in distress, they were in tears. And you could see from this, their faces, their condition of trouble and distress. Now as a testimony, David is saying that way. Now you are only thinking about your trouble. You don't know my trouble. If I can praise God like this way, it is part of my trouble. You also can praise God with me. You already know how to do it. How do you do it? Psalm 34. This poor man cried and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all trouble. Now he is giving testimony. Imagine him standing before those four hundred men in a big cave. And all those four hundred men looking very unhappy and miserable and tears and cursing and swearing because of their trouble. And he is saying these words. Oh, make me follow the Lord with me. Let us exalt him together. Verse 3. Verse 4. I saw the Lord and he heard me. He heard me from my fears. Verse 6. This poor man cried and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all trouble. He is giving them a testimony. Verse 8. Oh, taste and see. The Lord is good. This is the man who feared him. Verse 19. Verse 17. That is crying and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all trouble. Verse 18. Verse 19. Many are the official righteous, but the Lord loves him above all. Of course, when these men had come to David for protection, that time they never knew what trouble he was going through. The object to get some help from him, they came to him. Because his fame as a very mighty man had gone everywhere. He had won a mighty battle. 1 Samuel and chapter 17. And verse 49. Verse 49. And David put his hand in a bag, took a stone and slung it, and smote the first stone in his forehead. And the stone sunk into his forehead and he fell upon Phidia. You see how in the beginning of the chapter, the whole army of King Saul and King Saul's family at the very sight of the giant Goliath. This giant Goliath, more than eleven and a half feet high, had come with a challenge. Nobody had come near him. Now with the help of only one stone and a shepherd's sling, they would have killed that giant. And the news of that victory of David over Goliath had gone everywhere. What a mighty man, what a great man, what a wonderful man. So hearing about his might and victory and great strength, they all sought his shelter. Those who are being harassed by the characters to pay their debt, they had to go somewhere for shelter. Everywhere you find the young men borrowing money from Patans. And they are in trouble by their wives for buying good sari, expensive sari. They have no money to buy for sari. So by compulsion they had to borrow money from some Pathan to buy the sari for the wife. And these wicked people, what they do, they give you only fifty rupees, get a bond of two hundred rupees. Then they find out your payday. And with a big stick and a long moustache, they appear at the office door. They see the young man coming from the office and he pays their payday on the second of the month. And then they started dividing money before so many other officers, the clerks. And just to cover their affairs, they give ten rupees, please go away from here. But no signature. So the amount remains the same. Because there is no signature there. It goes on for many, many months. Some young men want to find some shelter somewhere. So we were at the same time here. We were being harassed by the characters. He has our money, he has our money. So they heard of David. How he had gone to a cave for safety. So they thought David also will protect them from the characters. And they had done some crime. And they escaped the police, they came in the same cave. And they had a party with the wives. So they all came there. Though they were in distress, though they were in trouble, one by one they came to David for protection and for safety. And the number went up to 400. Naturally when they came they were miserable, torn shoes and torn clothes and empty stomach and headaches. And they found David there singing a song of praise and rejoicing. So they thought perhaps he had no trouble, no fear, any crime. But now he is saying a testimony. I am rejoicing because I have proved my Lord. I was in troubles, but my Lord has delivered me. I had many afflictions, but my Lord helped me so on. That's why he is saying as a testimony. Come and taste and see yourself. You have come to me for help, but I can't help you, you come to my Lord for help. That's why he wrote those words, which we now have from inspiration in Psalm 34. Now see the circumstances which compelled David to go to that cave. In chapter 17, he won a mighty victory over the giant. When he and King Saul were coming back from the battlefield, first Samuel chapter 18, from the worst experience and came to pass as they came, when David was returned, from the slaughter of the Philistines, women came out of all the cities of Israel, singing and dancing to meet King Saul with taverns, with joy, and with instruments of music. And the women answered one another as they played and said, Saul has raised thousand, and David has raised ten thousand. That's it. And Saul was very shocked. And the saying displeased him. And he said, they have a scribe and put David ten thousand, and to me they have a scribe but a thousand, and what can he have more but the kingdom. That's nine. And Saul eyed David from that day and forward. From that day the trouble began. The beginning of the trouble of David. He had won a mighty battle in chapter 17. All were very happy. Everybody began to praise David. So feeling very very happy, jubilant and victorious, they are coming back to Jerusalem. And as they returned, the women gathered together from many cities of Israel. They were also very happy. They were singing and dancing, they welcomed these heroes. And they had composed also different songs for the occasion. One song was, they say here so clearly, Saul has said a thousand and David ten thousand. The chorus they had to sing again and again. It was a great joy, very lovely, this chorus was being sung by them and they received and welcomed King Saul and the army and David. Saul has said a thousand and David ten thousand. He has only one word ten for the small bug whatsoever. If only he had said that David has also said thousand, then he wouldn't mind so much. But when they began to add word ten before David thousand, for Saul only thousand, but for David ten thousand. He had only one word ten. Have you heard the word ten, ten, ten? Saul was full of wrath. He entirely forgot what happened in the battlefield. He forgot what a mighty victory he had won by David. And now he saved them from great trouble. Now his whole blood is boiling. Look at that fellow. Only a school boy and they are praising him more than me. From that day his heart was full of jealousy and hatred and bitterness and enmity against David. And you find many of the troubles which you face today are because of jealousy. Because King Saul became jealous of David, that's why he began to think and scheme and plan so many devices how to kill him and remove him. You find jealousy among brothers, jealousy among friends, jealousy among neighbors, jealousy among God's servants. Why is God using that man so much more than me? He is no better. I can preach far better than Benjamin can. Why should he come forward and not me? I can do far better than he can. My Telugu is far better than his Telugu. Why should they use this man called Benjamin over here? They become jealous. They both are working in jealousy. So you find jealousy among mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Only jealousy only. Before marriage, that girl is very nice. You find the mother-in-law going from house to house, singing praises of daughter-in-law. And our new daughter-in-law is so wonderful. She is the best girl we have ever found in whole Hyderabad city. No other girl like her. She is so attractive, so nice and so sweet. That is only before marriage. But after marriage, they are different. What a ugly woman. Even though she may be so fair, but now very ugly. Again jealousy. You find because jealousy is just only on happy homes. Every time the husband comes home, the mother has already ready her gun. Why the young man having his food? Having tea or coffee? Mother comes beside him and starts whispering. Your wife did this. Is it goes on? Every day. Till he gets very angry. Is that so? I'll see it with. Get jealousy here. That happens everywhere. Jealousy among house servants, among brothers, among friends, say in the office. You happen to be more popular in your office. And your supernatant is very kind to you. Other clerks are jealous of you. Why we be given that favor? Why you got jealousy? Nation against nation. Family against family. Friend against friend. Brother against brother. It goes on. So, David's trouble began to jealousy. And these women began to praise David. Saul has slain thousand by David ten thousand. Annapurna says, came to pass on the morrow that evil spirit from God came upon Saul and he prophesied in the midst of the house they will play with him. At that time there was a javelin in Saul's hand. And Saul caught the javelin and he said, I'll smite David. And David awarded out of his twice. And Saul was afraid of David because Lord was with him and was departed from Saul. Here is the second cause of jealousy of Saul. Saul tried to kill David with javelin. Now David was only just trying to please him and entertain him by playing the music. But Saul wanted to kill him. And he tried twice. But very quietly and with all humility David moved away. By that he could see there was some divine power protecting David even though he was a mighty king at that time. And David was only a young fellow. But he saw he had a far better wisdom than he had and he behaved much better than he was behaving. While Saul was full of anger and wrath, but David without showing any anger, he quietly moved away. That was what he says and David behaved himself wisely in all the ways and the Lord was with him. And Saul became still more jealous. That you find when God is kind to you and loving to you and helping you in your need. But don't be surprised when others become jealous of you. You might say, I have done nothing wrong to Saul. But what did David do to Saul? David did not do any harm to Saul. Rather he delivered him from battle. He had to be thankful to David. When he was being troubled by evil spirits, David was praying to entertain him and help him. In spite of David's good deed, Saul was trying to harm him and kill him. Because of jealousy. That's why when people are troubling you, don't be surprised. And maybe you are being harassed by somebody in the office or your street or neighborhood or even assembly. Maybe by your mother-in-law. The main cause is jealousy. Remedy? Behave wisely. Don't get angry. Don't retaliate and don't take revenge and get angry. David was a mighty man. But he is not using any force against Saul. And he never even questioned him. Saul, why are you trying to kill me? I have done you no harm. He behaved himself wildly and moved away quietly. And David avoided out of his presence twice. And David behaved himself wildly all the way and loved him. Now there is a very important lesson to learn. When we are being troubled and harassed by our just neighbors, then don't get angry, don't retaliate, don't worry, but behave wisely. May you travel patiently. And if on a very simple travel one day, you will get a far better favor than before also. And that's why God was really preparing David for a very high position He had planned to give to him. While Saul was trying to pull him down, God was pulling him up. And that's why, by God's help, he went on behaving wisely. Then we see how even Jonathan tried to help him and he could not help him. First Samuel and chapter 19. First Samuel and chapter 19. Verse 1. And Saul spoke to Jonathan, his son, and to all his servants that they should kill David. Verse 4. And Jonathan spoke good to David and Saul's father said to him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David, because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been to the world very good. By you put his life in his hand and put a trust in him. And Lord, what a great salvation! And this he rejoiced. Therefore then will thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without his cause. Even though Jonathan's son was trying to help David, in the end he also failed. Saul and his other servants to slay David. Then he said, David, why you want to help him? And she was Saul's daughter, Michael. And Saul sought to smite David even while with a javelin. But he slipped away out of Saul's presence. Saul also sent messengers on David's house to watch him slay him in the morning. And Michael, David's wife, told him, saying, if thou see not thy last night, tomorrow thou shall be slain. David's wife said to Saul, if thou see not thy last night, tomorrow thou shall be slain. So Michael led David down to a window and he went and fled and escaped. So David fled, escaped and came to Samuel to Rama. Now you find how David was trying to find some help but all were helpless. Even though Jonathan was his best friend, but he was helpless. His wife, Michael, taught her best, but she was helpless. Then he thought he might find some shelter in the house of God in the city of Noah. In Noah's day, the house of God was called Noah. And that was inhabited by the God's priest. So he thought by going to the house of God, and God's servant, he will be saved. So in that idea, he came to the city. Then came David to Noah, to Amulek, the priest. Amulek was afraid at the meeting of David and said unto him, Why are thou alone and no man with thee? Verse 7 Now certain men of the sons of Dishal were there that they detained before the Lord. The chiefest of the hard men that belonged to Dishal. And when he came there, he found by chance a man called Doeg in the same place. He was an Idomite. And he was asked to find a very high position among the servants of Dishal. So he knew that this man will go and again tell him it's all about him. So he knew he was not safe there. He thought, some go from the south, some go from south India. By going far away from the city, he would be safe. Verse 10 21 And David alone had fled that day for fear of Saul and went to Achish, the king of Gath. They suspected, he looked like David. And his servants of Achish said unto him, he is not David, the king of the land. Did they not sing one another of him in Darcy saying, Saul has slain his thousand and he has written thousand. So that verse was So some of those men suspected he must be look like David. He is not an ordinary man. And that's why they also he found out. And that's why he had to go finally to the cave of Dallam and find shelter there. He had tried every possible way to find shelter. He tried his friends, his wife and neighbors, all of them one by one. Even God helped him. And that's why he came there in that cave. The poor man had also heavy trouble. How much he would have suffered during his short time with Saul and his army. So those men never knew his trouble. Even he knew their trouble. So they just thought he is a very mighty man. Surely nobody can stand against him. He will protect them. If he can kill the giant Goliath surely he can protect them from other men at that time. With that objective now you find his 400 men have come in the cave of Dallam. And they found him. They were singing the whole day. Rather than murmuring and complaining he never said a word against Saul. He could have spent hours telling them about his trouble and how Saul was trying to kill his son. Rather than that they found him singing and praising God all the time. The Psalm 34, Psalm 57 and Psalm 108. These three Psalms were composed by him in that cave. Psalm 34, Psalm 57 and Psalm 108. These three Psalms were composed by him in that cave. And they were surprised how can such a man so many times be so happy. Even though he is so mighty he is not trying to take any revenge against Saul. He is not going here and there gathering weapons of warfare. If he wanted he could have gone to many other friends and asked for help for weapons of warfare. But he refused to use any worldly weapons. He began to praise God. And that's how God became real to him. Now see how much he learned of God in that cave. Psalm 34, verse 5. They looked up to him and were enlightened and their faces were not ashamed. And their faces became radiant. Now as these men came in their trouble and their woes and all their sorrowful tales they were telling David please help us and protect us from our enemies and so on. But he told you don't have to fight your enemies. God will fight on your behalf. As he said that in 1 Samuel 17, verse 47 he lost battle. It's not your battle. Evidently he brought that message of very hope. Don't crush your enemies. Let Lord judge them and fight on your behalf. Well they began to sing the same song with David. One by one their faces began to shine. They came in tears. They came in sorrowful and woeful tales. But as they learned the tune of the song David was singing their faces began to shine. That song was in Psalm 108. David was singing every morning. Psalm 108 and from verse 1 Oh God my heart is sick. I will sing and give praise in my glory. Awake salty and hard. I myself will recurly. I will praise you Lord among the people. And I will sing praises among the nations. Thy mercy give above the heavens and thy truth in the clouds. Exalted oh God above the heavens and thy glory above all the earth. Thy word be delivered. Say it with the right hand and answer me. Imagine David singing early morning at four o'clock in the cave. Playing his salty and hard and singing the same word. And those men came because they never knew how to sing even. They knew how to weep. They knew how to sing. But they went on playing and singing. You come along with me. One by one they also got up. And they all began to sing together the same psalm in the same cave. And their faces began to shine. They forgot their troubles and their woes and their sorrows. And they wondered what happened now. They could see each other. Their faces shining. But before that they have no desire even to sing a song. That's how some people come in the meeting also. In the beginning they won't sing. As I sing very happily they want to sing very small. Very very small. They can't sing at all because they have troubles. Even though they are in the meeting they stay in the heart. They don't know my troubles. They don't know my sorrow. They don't know my difficulty. They don't know my husband. They don't know my mother-in-law. They don't know my sickness. That's their song. They won't take part in singing. But somehow later on they feel like singing. Little loudly. Then fully they start singing. They feel it was shining. It happened in their cave. All these 400 faces became shining faces. As they sang and sang they began to shine. And the next question came how about breakfast? They saw no sign of breakfast there. 400 people. For fear they can't go outside. Because the whole mountain was surrounded by the army of the king. King Saul. Even though they go outside they have no money to buy any food. So some of them might be wondering how David is going to provide food for us? In the beginning they thought he has plenty of money. Like a robber he will go somewhere and rob people and give them food. But he is not going outside to rob anybody's sheep. He is really singing and playing. Suddenly they find somebody coming in the cave. Full of all kind of food. We don't know how it came. But it came there. Psalm 34. And verse 10. Young man do lack of some hunger. But they there sing the Lord God said not to want any good thing. Now they would have heard the young man roaring for food in the valley down below. They would have seen the young man roaming about in the valley down below. Roaring loudly because they have no food that day. But day by day God went on providing food for these men. There are many many occasions when God has provided food for his people by the one way. See the first king and Saber 19. And verse 6. And look there and behold there was a cake baked on the coal and full of water at the head. He eat and drink. Verse 7. In the Lord again second time. And third time he said rise and eat. Because journey to get food. Verse 8. And in all he eat and drink when the strength of the feet five days and five nights. Now he went in that strength for five days and five nights. He may eat any kind of food any country. Any number of vitamins A, B, C to Z. No kind of food will give you strength for these days. The food may give you strength for two days, three days, four days, five days but not more. He had to walk that whole period of five days and forty nights. By looking only ordinary food. Just a bread. No butter, no jam. Just a bread only. Only water. No tea, no coffee, no sugar, no overteen, any kind. Just water. The plain water. But God will put something into it. And that something will give enough strength to go for the long period of five days and five nights. It is not possible. They might have only drunk the water from the cave. And might have even eaten leaves all round about. Now those who are built in the cave they have seen a very large spring in the whole cave you can provide plenty of water to lot of people. And that's how God gave them day by day enough strength for their need. Not providing mutton and sheep or other things. But he put heavenly vitamin in the water with the drink. And they never felt hungry all the time they were in the cave. And they were surprised. When they came out from outside looking very hungry and tired worn out. And they would have asked for some kind of food. They might have thought he hiding some sheep and some goat somewhere in some corner. Now he will kill those sheep for them and give food. But there were no sheep there and no goat there and no fowl there. Only water there. They drank the water and felt fresh. And felt strong. And no complaint. They overcame their hunger and tiredness that way. Now this is a testimony. In the young land may suffer hunger. Young land do lack but they see the Lord shall not want any good thing. Whatever Lord gives is good. And He does best for us. Why do you receive a thanks? And that's why when we eat our food we are supposed to give thanks. Whatever we give before you if you give a thanks from the heart an ordinary food will give you much more strength and taste than any best quality food. We have tried that way. Ordinary rice and simple charu is much more tasty than the worldly biryani. Why do you receive a thanks? What God gives you you will thank Him. Say by faith. Lord add thy blessing to my food. We have no money to buy mutton or other thing. We are not going to borrow money. God will bring another food by name. Lord we trust in thy faithfulness. You bless this food. How simple it may be. We refuse to borrow money for milk or mutton or fish or any other kind. Lord add thy blessing. We find that food more tasty and more strengthening than other food has. That's how God bless the food of Daniel and his companion. He ate only ordinary dal and water. And they were found fatter and fairer than all the young men. God can do it. But many believers they go on borrowing money because they want something extra. And that's why many believers remain in spiritual poverty. They are not content with what God gives them. They become jealous. The envious. Our neighbor have a nice furniture. We also want furniture. They can't afford it. Because their neighbor having something. We also want to have it. They will be on their meal and income also. Same way they go on buying many things. Not satisfied. Not content. Be content. Whatever God gives you. He will put his blessing into it wherever you ask for it. And same became with all the men. And the same men became devil's mighty men in the end. They came in distress. They came in death. They came in discontentment. They came in misery. But they became mighty men. And that's why the devil could say in verse 8, O taste and see. Lord is good. That will be the man that tastes in him. It has to be experienced. Not by argument. You got to taste it. I may go on saying to you, honey is sweet. I may say whole day, honey is sweet. Honey is sweet. Very sweet. But that won't help you. Because sugar is sweet. Jaggery is sweet. Mango is sweet. Apple is sweet. But different kind of sweetness. And then you taste yourself. You won't know difference. So these truths of God must be proven by experience. They are not meant for argument. They are meant to be proven by faith, by taste. You try and see. You give God a promise. Love from today, I'm not going to borrow money. I'll be satisfied. Whether my income is 20 rupees, 30 rupees, 40 rupees or more, I'll be satisfied. I won't go beyond my income. I'll give my portion regularly. And God was saying, book of Proverbs, chapter 3, and verse 9 and 10. On the law of it, I subtend. And with the first fruit of thy creed, so shall thy barn be filled with plenty. And thy prestige shall bestow on the new wine. How many of you have given your first fruit? And some people get their first pay. If they have 10 days pay, they don't mind giving it. But when the whole month pay, Aiyo! How did you whole month pay? You don't mind giving 10 days pay? God understands. I had no money for so many months. And after much waiting and much praying, I got my job. Now I want money for my shoes and my clothes and my other things. God will be satisfied. That's good enough. Very few people really follow this over here. But it's so simple. Honor the law of resistance. And with the first fruit of all thy creed, If you honor God, He also will honor you. And supply all your needs. Be thankful. And be grateful. Give God his portion. And you will never lack anything. Others may lack. But God gives us. It is full of blessing. You have more joy, more peace, and better health. But don't borrow and don't beg. And don't complain. As Paul says, in Philippians chapter 4, Philippians chapter 4, from verse 11, Philippians chapter 4, Now that I speak with the world, I have learned, in the worst of times, they will be content. In the worst of times, they will be content. Verse 12, I know both how to be obese and how to abound. Everywhere, in all things, I am instructed both to be hungry and to be full and hungry, both to abound and to eat, and all things to please me. I can do all things to Christ. So that can be our experience, provided we follow the verse 11 and 12. Be content. Be thankful. Look unto Him. Go on praising Him in all situations. And He will deliver you. Because David was taught that lesson, to bless God at all times. Psalm 34, verse 1 again, please. 34, verse 1. I will bless the Lord all the time. His praise shall currently be in my mouth. I will bless the Lord all the time. His praise shall currently be in my mouth. Verse 4, I saw the Lord and He heard me, delivered me of all my fears. Just by thankfulness and praise, He had all the requests granted. Then verse 5, they looked up, were lightened, and their faces were not ashamed or idiot. Verse 6, The poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him from all troubles. All troubles. That was a few. And then verse 17, I just cried, and the Lord heard all their troubles. Verse 19, Many of the righteous but the Lord did not. Delivers from fears and troubles and affliction. He is such a testimony. A shining face. Every request granted. No lack. Then verse 20, He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Many times he had to run here and there to escape from King Saul. And sometimes he might have slipped in some ditch. Or he fell down. But no harm. Not a single bone broken. What a miracle. Only one man running here and running there. Because there was God hand above him. Because he learned how to bless him. In all situations. And then one is secret. You all have the same experience. Please try and see. Shall we pray now? Loving Heavenly Father, In the name of Lord Jesus, our Savior, we thank you for the living word given to us from our daily instruction, daily guidance, inspiration. We thank you for the secret of a triumphant life shown to us in the Psalm 34. How we can be delivered out of all our fears and troubles and afflictions. How trust can be fully granted. And how our faces can shine more and more brightly. How our needs can be abundantly supplied. And how we can enjoy a life of abundance. How all of our bones are protected and when we are harmed we are saved. Oh God, forgive us of all any murmuring. Save us from any enemy devices. Teach us how to behave wildly and unaware as David did. Help us see thy mighty hand working on our behalf, bringing us to a better place. Help us to be content in whatever state thou may keep us. And help us to give thee thy portion joyfully. For our shame we confess many of us have not honoured thee fully with our substance and with a firm push of increase. We have not been content. Oh God, forgive us. We do want to do all things to claim His blessings. Let us thy word be epilogue saviour. Lord is speaking to you. You have been complaining against him. You have not obeyed him. You have not honoured him by your substance. You have not given him his portion. You have not been content in the state that God kept you. Many times you have murmured. Many times you have questioned God and failed to see the hand of God behind all the circumstances. This afternoon you are repenting. You want to enjoy this life of victory. You have failed to obey him. Then Kali, she went for prayer. She said, God may forgive you and make your life triumphant. And I help you to sing a song of praise at all times. With that desire, Kali, keep her here. You are living to enjoy such a life. Life of videos and complete interest in Him. Thus He will change your circumstances. Bring you all victorious. And take away from the heart any other disturbing thoughts. So Kali, keep her here for prayer. God may bless you and grant you your request. Loving Heavenly Father, in the name of Lord Jesus, our Savior, raise your hand, lift up your feet. In my forgiveness of every failure and abundant grace for the future, now I want to show you a hand and call upon the email so that you may have your request granted. You will learn how to worship me and praise me at all times. And be delivered completely from all their fears and troubles and afflictions. As you honor me with your substance and first fruits, you may enjoy my favor in everything. And for the day and night they may have shining faces. In all situations they behave wisely. And refuse to be discouraged by the enemy's persecution. Lord bless them. We pray in honor of Savior. Now unto him able to keep us from falling and present us far less presence of glory, exceeding joy, to the only and one and only Savior. The Lord give you glory, divine power, both now and evermore.
