Pray Along With Agonizing Prayer
Andrew Strom

Andrew Strom (1967 – N/A) is a New Zealand preacher, author, and revivalist whose ministry has focused on calling the church to repentance and authentic biblical faith for over three decades. Born in New Zealand, specific details about his early life, including his parents and upbringing, are not widely documented, though his writings suggest a conversion experience that ignited a passion for revival. His education appears informal, centered on self-directed biblical study rather than formal theological training, aligning with his emphasis on apostolic simplicity. Strom’s preaching career began in the late 1980s, gaining prominence through founding RevivalSchool.com and the international Revival List in the 1990s, platforms amplifying his fiery sermons on repentance, the cross, and true revival—echoing figures like Leonard Ravenhill and David Wilkerson. Initially involved in the prophetic movement for 11 years, he publicly left in 2008, critiquing its excesses in books like Kundalini Warning and True & False Revival, and instead pursued street preaching and house church advocacy. His ministry, marked by warnings against false spirits and calls for a return to New Testament patterns, has taken him across New Zealand, the U.S., and beyond. Married to Jacqui since around 1987, with whom he has six children, he continues to preach and write.

Sermon Summary
In this sermon, the speaker emphasizes the need for revival and urges the audience to pray for it. They express concern that if people simply go back to their normal lives after a powerful experience, the current generation will be lost. The speaker calls for fervent and agonizing prayer, both individually and in small groups, as they believe that this kind of prayer cannot be regained once lost. They also pray for America's awakening, for preachers who preach righteousness, and for the raising up of intercessors. The sermon references biblical passages that warn of false prophets, increasing wickedness, and the need for standing firm in faith. The speaker concludes by urging people to live holy lives as a form of worship and to preach repentance to their families.

We're going to pray for revival, we're going to go home and pray, keep praying for revival. We're just going to have a nice conference. Yay, that was, wow, that was interesting. That was powerful while it lasted. Let's go back to our little lives. If we do that, our generation has lost people. So let's pray now and for goodness sake, learn how to agonize in prayer when you're by yourselves, when you're in small groups. We do not get that kind of prayer back. There is no chance. Let's pray. God, we cry out for this country. God, we cry out for America, that America's awakening, America's awakening that is due right now would not be lost. God, we cry out for preachers who know how to preach righteousness, Father. God, we cry out for prayers, raise up intercessors before it's too late and the window is closed. God, pour out your spirit of prayer upon us, Father God. Let it not be as those cities which Finney would ignore because there was no spirit of prayer. Let there be a spirit of prayer amongst us. Let us pray and agonize and wrestle in prayer and see revival come. God, we cannot be neutral or complacent anymore. Make us fiery for revival, fiery for prayer, fiery for power, preaching bold, preaching John the Baptist, preaching. Raise up those preachers, God. I pray that the false prophets be cast down and the true prophets be raised up. I pray that those who are preaching falsehood in the name of Jesus around the world on satellite would be dethroned. God, I pray that truth would prevail in all the revival nations that are being poisoned by our culture. God, forgive us for sending poison around the world on the airwaves. God, forgive us for Hollywood and for our TV and preachers who teach them how to beg for money. God, forgive us. God, forgive us. God, send mercy and revival upon this land. God, before the window closes, let us see an awakening I know you want to bring. Oh, God, use us. If no one else will speak, speak through us. If no one else will pray, pray through us, God. Let us not be left as orphans in a world full of revival right now. Let us not be left as orphans, God. With a nation in decline, people leaving you, we cannot stand to watch America go down like Wales did. We cannot stand that. God, bring revival and outpouring of your spirit upon this land. God, flood down your glory on this nation. Oh, God, we pray for your spirit of prayer. We pray for outpourings. We pray for awakening. Oh, God, change us to make us revived. Send us out to spread revival. Set us out to spread prayer. Send us out to spread a true move of your spirit. God, I just want to I just I just want to open this microphone. There's others who need to come up here and pray and lead us in prayer. We're going to support you. Amen, brother. Please, no music. God just wants to hear agonizing cries right now. Lord God, we come right now in the name of Jesus, Lord, and we cry out what Daniel said. God, shame of face belongs to us. God, as a nation, God, shame of face belongs to us. Lord, we should be in the ground, Lord, agonizing, Lord, in dust and ashes. Lord, shame of face belongs to us. God, we ask, Lord Jesus, please strive with us a little longer. God, even if the windows close, Lord, give us a grace period. God, please, Lord God, we ask, Lord, stay in salted spirit. Stay in this country. Stay among us, Lord. Make us salty, Lord. Make us salt, true light, true light that will preserve God from wickedness. We ask right now, pour out a spirit of travail and agony upon us. Lord, that will crush us, Lord, travail and weeping, Lord, till, as it says in Isaiah, that through a Zion travail, she brought forth birth, Lord God. We ask for travail, birth pangs upon us, Lord, that we might bring forth birth, Lord God, into this place. But shame of face belongs to us, Lord, if we don't have this upon us, Lord. Please, God, we cry out, Lord, fasting, mourning and weeping, Lord, call us to it, Lord God. We ask, Lord, I pray crush us. Some of us have a wept over the issues of our own sins, let alone the nation's sins. God, please, Lord, shame of face belongs to us. God, we humble ourselves. Lord, we humble ourselves and ask you, God, crush us. Lord, crush us with your burden. Lord, Lord, as we were praying earlier, I was thinking we were thinking about how men are so willing to carry the burden of sin all their lives. Now, when they get saved, they don't want to carry the burden of God, which is light and easy. Lord, we ask for your burdens, Lord, in this hour. God, your burden, Lord, your power. God, that yoke is easy, Lord. But God, we ask for it, Lord, the burden of your heart, Lord, for this nation. Lord, call us to weeping and fasting. Lord, I pray every time we open the scriptures, we would weep every time we pray. We'd weep, Lord, over the things we see, but don't see in this nation what we see in the New Testament, but don't see in the nation. Lord, we ask, God, break our hearts. Lord, give us your heart for this nation. Lord, Lord, help us, God, in Jesus name. Father, God, I pray, Lord, God, my brother, Lord, God, give us your heart for this nation, Lord, God, Lord, I pray, Lord, God, for everyone not to leave here, Lord, God, until they've experienced your heart, Lord, God, and how you agonize, Lord, for your people, God, and how you agonize, Lord, God, that you're still in heaven, Lord, agonizing, Lord, making intercession for this country. Making intercession for Israel. Making intercession for this world. You see, Lord, God, all the world sins in one shot, Lord, God, Lord, God, and there's no one, Lord, God, that comes, Lord, to you, Lord, and has to carry your burden. Nobody comes, Lord, God, and asks you, what are you feeling, Lord, God? We cry out tonight, Lord, Jesus, what are you feeling, what's on your heart? Put it on us, Lord, God. Put it on us, Lord, God. Lord, we ask, Lord, God, that you would come, Lord, lay the burdens on us like my brother said, even if it crushes us, Lord, we see no option, Lord, God, we're gonna die, Lord, God, we're gonna die, Lord, Jesus, and, Lord, God, we want to call out like Samson, Lord, God, Lord, tumbling, Lord, the towers of Philistine, tumbling the towers, Lord, of Babylon, Lord, God, we want it, Lord, cause Babylon to fall, Lord, God, but bring us, Lord, God, bring us to good prayers, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, God, Lord, new spirit, Lord, Holy Spirit, play through us, God, with glooms, Lord, to the point where we have no words, God, to the point where I just cry, in tears, God, in grief, God, say His name, God, Lord, I pray for all my brothers and sisters here, Lord, God, that they will grab your heart, that they will grab ahold of your heart, Lord, God, that they will experience the dimension, Lord, a new dimension, A new, a new level, Lord, God, of your heart, the sorrows of Jesus. Lord, we want to experience the power of your resurrection, but nobody wants to experience the fellowship of your sufferings, Lord. I pray, God, Lord, pour it out upon us, Lord Jesus. Take us, Lord, deeper into the intimacy, Lord God, of the sufferings of Christ. Lord, help us, Lord, unite us with your heart, Lord. Lord, we pray that you would burn a fire of spirit and prayer. The spirit of supplication, that you would come with the fire, Lord. Lord, on each individual here, God. Lord Jesus, Lord, that they would get a taste, Lord, that they would get a burning, Lord God, from your heart, Lord. God, that you would revive them, Lord God. Lord, that you would burn up all sin, Lord God, and make them a vessel of prayer, make them a vessel of intercession, Lord God. Lord God, we know, Lord God, that as soon as Abraham, Lord God, as soon as he stopped interceding for Sodom, Lord God, and for Gomorrah, Lord God, you sent judgment, Lord God. Lord God, please, Lord, raise up intercessors, God. Raise up intercessors for Pittsburgh, Lord. For the state of Pennsylvania, Lord. For the whole East Coast, Lord. Yes, God. Lord, we pray for mercy, God. Lord God, this nation has trampled over your precious blood, God. We pray that you get the glory back, Lord. The glory that you deserve, God. Shame on us, God. We say one nation under God, but it seems one nation under the devil, Lord. Take it back, Lord. Take it back, God. Send the Bible, Lord. Lord Jesus, send a spirit of boldness. Send us a spirit of boldness wherever we came from. Take it back to our cities. Let us not be intimidated by the politics and the rules. Those who are teachers, proclaim it in the classrooms. We have the freedom of speech. As long as we have the freedom of speech, take it to the streets. Take it to the workplaces. Take it to the families. Our children are dying of anorexia or obesity, of sexual immoralities. They are forgetting your name, Lord Jesus. They are forgetting your gifts. They are forgetting your blessings, Lord Jesus. Bring us a boldness in what comes forth from our bellies and from our hearts will be from you. We are not doing this on our own accord. It is for you, Lord Jesus, and for your glory. Please deliver this country. Deliver us from our materialism and from our hidden sins. Let us, each and one of us, be holy and obedient. Bring out to us anything that we are harboring in our hearts, Lord Jesus. That we come to you and repent first of what is hidden in our hearts. Let us be clean vessels, Lord, and take the Word. Let us just cry out, Lord. Please, Lord Jesus, help us. Help us. Help us, Lord Jesus. Hush, hush, hush. Hush, hush, hush. Lord God, we cry out, strengthen us just once more, God. Strengthen us just once more, God. Before the end of the age, God, strengthen us once more, God. Strengthen this nation, Lord, who is blind, whose hair has been clipped, Lord. Is compromised, God, and stood with Delilah. Strengthen us once more, God, to bring the pillars down of lies, God. And erect the pillars of truth, Lord, which is your church, God. Lord, we ask, Lord Jesus, strengthen us once more. Lord, strength enough to bring children to birth, Lord. Just as John Knox cried, give me Scotland or I die. We cry out, Lord, give us America or we die, God. Lord, give us America or we perish, Lord, or we die, God. Lord, we ask, turn not your face from us, Lord. Turn not your face from us, Lord. We can't stand it, God. We can't stand it. What it says in Isaiah 53, as if 52, where your sins have separated us from your God. He can't even look upon you. Lord, cause your face to shine upon us, Lord. Lord, bless us with repentance, God. Grant us repentance, Lord, in this nation. Lord, I pray, God. I pray for the shepherds, Lord, the pastors, God. It says in Revelation, God, that you have the stars in your hands, God, the shepherds in your hands. I pray, tighten the grip on the shepherds, Lord. Tighten the grips, bring them back to repentance. Bring them back, Lord, under your banner. Bring them back under your authority that they might come and preach. The right things, God. The truths, Lord, that will turn this nation around, God, please. Grant us strength once more, Lord. Lord, burden people all over, God, that men would wake in prayer, God. Women would wake in prayer throughout the night, Lord. With burdens, Lord. Lord, burdens, God, upon their heart. Fill with the Holy Ghost. Praying in the Spirit, Lord. We ask, God, do this, Lord. Lord, disturb us, God. Shake, shake, shake this place, Lord. Lord, we ask, God, just as, Lord, as it was in the day of Acts, Lord, when they prayed and the place was shaken. Oh, Lord, we ask that you'd shake this place. Fill us with the Holy Ghost so that we might preach your word with boldness, God. Lord, we ask for that, Lord. We see that in Revelation, God, that the prayers of the incense of the saints, Lord, are before you. The angel gathers them up in the censer and tosses them down for earthquakes. Lord, we ask for that, God, a spiritual earthquake in that land. As we fill up the bowls of incense, Lord, of prayer and intercession and heartache, Lord, we ask, thrust them down and answer with earthquakes, Lord. Earthquakes throughout Pittsburgh, God, and throughout the land, God. We ask, God, strengthen us just once more, God. Just once more, Lord. Yes, Lord. I agree, Lord God, with my brother, that you would come, Lord, with the baptism of repentance, Lord Jesus, upon all of us, Lord God. You would come, Lord, and baptize us with repentance, Lord. That, Lord God, you would pour out godly sorrow, Lord Father God. Lord, that you would pour out just sorrow over our sins, Lord, over our nation, Lord God. That, Lord God, we would be fish that come out of the water and see the filth, Lord God, that we're swimming in, Lord God. Lord God, and that, Lord God, we would see, Lord God, put eyesalve on our eyes, Lord God. Lord, we pray, Lord God, that you remove scales, Lord God, from people's eyes, Lord Jesus. Remove scales from our eyes, Lord God, that we may see, Lord God. Lord, let us not be content. Let the conscience not be appeased today, Lord God. Let us not leave here, Lord, with our conscience appeased, Lord God, and saying that we're alright, we're okay. We have a moment of devotion and a moment of prayer in the word, and I know God loves me and all that, Lord God. Lord God, let us not leave here with that. Lord, we pray a severing tie, Lord, from wherever, from the things that we knew, Lord God, until now, Lord God. Bring us into a newness, Lord. Bring us into, Lord, a New Testament Christianity. Lord, Lord God, like in the day of Acts, Lord God, bring us into that lifestyle. Bring us into that. That's normal, Lord God. We pray, Lord Jesus, Lord, that you would sever the ties, Lord God, from our old life where we thought was Christianity, Lord God. And bring, Lord God, a baptism, Lord, of repentance, Lord God. Renewing us unto salvation, Lord. Restoring, Lord God, I pray, Lord God, that people would be really saved, Lord God. And people would get really saved. Lord, saved from sin, not just saved from hell, but saved from sin, Lord Father God. Lord God, saved from your wrath, Lord God. We pray for your holiness. We pray, Lord, that the remnant here, Lord God, would be a holy remnant, Lord God. A holy generation. A royal priesthood, Lord God. Not just the remnant, Lord God, because, Lord God, they've been filled with the Holy Ghost. They can speak with tongues, Lord God. But a holy generation. People that blaze with the fire, Lord Father God. That same fire, Lord God, that blazed in your prophets. That blazed in John the Baptist and Elijah, Lord God. That were one with your heart. That knew your aches. That knew your anger. That knew your agonies, Lord. Rent us, Lord, we rent our hearts, God. Rent the heavens, God. Rent the heavens, God. Rent the heavens and pour out your spirit tonight. We are tonight, Lord God. We are doing work tonight. We don't want to wait another day, Lord God. But do individual works tonight, Lord. Because we know we can't have revival in our cities or in our country. Unless it starts with us, Lord God. So come and do a work. Come and do an inward work. Not an outward work, God. Not a religious work, Lord God. But an inward work, Lord God. Go deep, Lord God. Go deep, Lord Jesus. And draw on everything that offends your holiness. Draw on everything, Lord God. Whether it be a demon. Whether it be sin. It doesn't matter, Lord God. Anything that they, Lord, you don't want to share, Lord God. This temple with, Lord God. Lord, draw it out. Burn it out, Lord God. We pray in your name. Raise up the generation. Raise up the Joshua's and the Caleb's. Raise up the Timothy's, Lord God. Raise up my generation, Lord God. We pray, Lord God, for people, Lord. That vision that you gave me, Lord God. Of a generation that's willing to lose their life. That they, Lord, they make their identity, Lord God. Hidden and with you, Lord God. In heavenly places, Lord God. That they don't care if they die, Lord God. They don't care, Lord God. They offend homosexuals, Lord, in preaching. They don't care if they offend, Lord God. All the false prophets of Christianity to today, Lord. That they wouldn't care if they would die. And I pray, Lord Jesus, that you would fill them up with the fire, Lord God, of God. And that you would also raise up, Lord, the older generation. Lord, we need them, Lord God. I pray, give them wisdom. Give them supernatural wisdom and knowledge, Lord. And, Lord God, I pray, Lord God, that you would break the generational gaps, Lord God. And draw us together, Lord. Make us one. We pray for unity, Lord, in spirit and truth, Lord God. For this cause alone. For your glory to return, Lord God. It might not happen, Lord God, in this whole nation. But at least for some pockets, Lord. At least for some places. At least, Lord God, the people, Lord God, who came to this conference. And they could go back to their towns. And start fires there, Lord God. Start revival, Lord God, there. Whether in individuals. Whether in their church. Whether in their town, Lord God. Lord, just give us that strength once more, Lord. As my brother said, Lord. And do this, Lord. We can't do it without you, God. Come, Lord, please. Jeremiah 51, verse 7. Babylon hath been a golden cup in the Lord's hand. That made all the earth drunken. The nations have drunken of her wine. Therefore the nations are mad. God, we have made the nations drunk. What have we done? Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed. How for her, take balm for her pain. If so, be she may be healed. Father God, let us howl for America. God, we just pray that you would just delay your judgment, God. Please. Please, God. There are people that we stand next to every day. There are people that we talk to every day. And they're living in sin. And they call themselves Christians. God, God, forgive us of our cowardness. Forgive us of unwilling to bring to the light their evil wickedness. Forgive us, God. Start with us, though. Start with us, God, please. God, I pray that you take every wicked thing out of me, God. That you would expose it out of me, God. That you would burn it with your holy fire, God. That you would burn it out of me, God. That I might be a vessel for you, God. Make us vessels for you, God. Singing worship songs doesn't make us vessels for you. Living holy as a living sacrifice. That is worship. That is worship, God. Let us worship you with our bodies, God. Let us worship you with our thoughts. Your word says the thought of foolishness is sin. God, come and revive us, God. God, come, please. Come, please. Come, God. Come back, God. Come back just a little bit longer, God. That we might preach repentance to our family, God. There are people dying. And they will go to hell. And we will receive a harsher punishment if we know what is right. And willingly leave you. Many will say to me, Lord, Lord. Oh, God. God, help us. Turn us again, oh God. And cause thy face to shine. And we shall be saved. Oh, Lord God of hosts. How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people? Thou feedest them with the bread of tears. Givest them tears to drink in great measure. Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbors. And our enemies laugh among themselves. Turn us again, oh God of hosts. And cause thy face to shine. And we shall be saved. Return, we beseech thee, oh God of hosts. Look down from heaven and behold and visit this vine. And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted. And the branch which thou madest strong for thyself. It is burned with fire. It is cut down. They perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand. Upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself. So will not we go back from thee. Quicken us and we will call upon thy name. Turn us again, oh Lord God of hosts. Cause thy face to shine. And we shall be saved. Lord God. We're tired, God, of seeing sin. God, abounding more and more, Lord. We're tired of seeing iniquity reign in this nation. God. But Lord, I'm tired, God, that your eyes have to see such things. God. For it says that your eyes are too pure to even behold, evil God. Yet you have to see wickedness day and day in this nation, God. So turn that wickedness into holiness, Lord. Make this nation holy, Lord. Father God, it says in Revelation, Lord, that your eyes are a flaming fire, Lord. And Lord Jesus, I pray, Lord, would you gaze upon your church, Lord, upon your bride, Lord. Would you gaze upon her, Lord God. Would you gaze upon all her filth until it all burns away. Lord, as it says in Isaiah, Lord God, that you will cleanse Zion, Lord God. Lord, with the spirit of burning, Lord God. Lord, with the spirit of burning, Lord, purge, Lord God. Purge the bride, Lord Jesus. Purge her, Lord, from her filth, Lord. Purge her from her worldliness, from her compromise, from her harlotries and her spiritual adulteries, Lord God. Purge her, Lord God. She's been unfaithful. We've been unfaithful, Lord. Jesus, forgive us. Have mercy, beloved. Look upon us with mercy. Jesus, burn, Lord. You chastise those whom you love, Lord God. You chastise us because you love us. Because you want us to be partakers of your holiness. Because you want a beautiful bride. Because you want a beautiful bride, Lord God. Because you don't want a haggardly looking bride, Lord God. You want a beautiful one, Lord, that you may adore and cherish for all eternity, Lord. You want, Lord God, you want to weep with tears of joy, Lord, on your wedding day, Lord God. Lord, when you look and see your bride adored, Lord, in your very holiness, in your very likeness, Lord God. Holy yoke, Lord God, to you, Lord God. So I pray, Lord, with those eyes of fire, Lord. Would you gaze and penetrate and burn, Lord God. Burn into the bride, Lord Jesus. Into the bride of Christ, Lord God. Until all filth of the flesh and the spirit is burned away. Perfecting holiness in the fear of God. Lord Jesus, do this, Lord God. Do this, Lord God. And I pray, Lord God, as that verse says, Lord. Revive us in the midst of the years, O God. Revive us in the midst of the years, Jesus. Send revival here, God. Please, Lord, let it start here. Birth it here, God. You didn't bring people, Lord God, from halfway across the country, Lord. From across the country. You didn't bring my brother from New Zealand. You didn't bring my brother from Phoenix, Lord God. You didn't bring us all here to this place, Lord God. So that we can lead the same, Lord. You didn't do that for that reason, Lord God. You're sovereign, Lord God. The footsteps of the righteous are ordered by you, Lord God. How can we know our way? Lord, you brought us here for this purpose, Lord God. Now let us not go off the same, Lord. We pray, Jesus. Change lives here, God. Lord, Lord, I pray, God. I even say, Lord, today that you're calling people to die once and for all. To get on the altar. The altar is made for dying. The altar is made for dying. And we need to come to the altar once and for all. And as my brother said, offer ourselves as living sacrifices. Present our bodies to present our members as living sacrifices. And go out like Samson. That's the only way. That's the only way, God. So give us grace to do that, God. Pour out your spirit of grace to help us do that, Lord. Please, God, do it, Lord. Change us, God. Father God, I believe there are people here that have the heart of David. After God's own heart, David was his heart, Lord. I believe, Lord, there are people here like that. And, Lord, we just ask you that you would raise these people up, Lord. That you would raise these people up to be your people, Lord. We ask you. We come to you. But, Lord, it takes one thing here. We must die to ourselves like this brother has brought out. The altar means death. We must die to ourselves. Us people, as we have heard this in this room here, are we willing to die for revival? We must die so that he can live in us, Lord. Yes, Lord, we realize it cannot be us. It must be you, Lord. It must be you. We must allow your spirit to do what it was purposed to do. And we must die. Yes, Lord. Lord, we proclaim to be the remnant. But are we willing to be what it takes to be the remnant? Yes, Lord. We will go out and proclaim your name. If it means to our family first, and then to the world, Lord. But we will proclaim your name to the nations, Lord. Help us be your people. Guide us into your ways, your truth. Lord, I just ask you that you would pour out your spirit upon this nation. That we would turn from our sins. That we have committed here, Lord. That we would see revival. Lord. Lord, come. Dear God, we do pray that you come, God. That you don't pass us by, God. Oh, Lord. Don't pass us by, God. Let it start now, Lord. In the name of Jesus, let it start now, God. Send the fire, God. Send the fire, Lord. Send your fire in the name of Jesus, God. Send it, Lord. God. Yes, Lord. Yes, God. Set us ablaze, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, God. At that time, many will turn away from the faith. And will betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. But he who stands firm to the end. But he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations. And then the end will come. Father, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your passion that we see around this altar. I personally thank you, Lord, for these young people who are crying out to you. But, Lord, I stand in this place representing the bit older crowd. And I stand with my brothers and sisters confessing our complacency in our cities, in our homes, in our churches over the last generation to allow this to happen. Father, we confess that we need you more now than ever. And we want to be among that number that stand firm to the end and are saved. We want to be among that number who preach the gospel to the ends of the earth. Even in the midst of the great falling away. Even in the midst of the betrayal and the persecution. That we would be the faithful ones who would, like lights in a dark place, proclaim your truth, expose the lie of the enemy, see Satan defeated. And, Lord, I stand with my brothers and sisters here today in this place near Pittsburgh. And I pray for them as well. That the silent ones among us would see the need to pursue you, Lord, in passion. Because we know, Lord Jesus, that you were heard because of your loud cries and tears to him who could save you from death. Yet we know, Lord God, that with a word you cast out demons. And with a word you healed the sick. But we yearn for that kind of fellowship with you, Father, that the Son has. And, Lord, we admit that we have not sought you. Your word says, if my people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land. We pray today, a small number, yes. But, Lord, our hearts are in your presence. And we pray in the name of Jesus that you would pour out your Spirit of grace and supplication upon this land. And indeed, godly sorrow and conviction would go forth to the ends of the earth and draw hearts of men and women desperately lost, many complacent, backslidden, ignorant, deceived. You would allow us to once again seek your face. So I agree with my brother Andrew that we need you, Lord. I pray encouragement upon him as well. That he would not lose sight of the reason he's come here. And you would strengthen him and his family and all these who have gathered together for these few hours. And may your day be glorified, Father. And may your kingdom come. And may your will be done, as in heaven so on earth, for us here and for our families and for our churches. We pray in the mighty and glorious and powerful name of Jesus. Lord God, as a member of the older generation, I bow before you. And I confess my sin of prayerlessness. I've abandoned my children and my grandchildren and you younger generations. Because self-righteously, I didn't feel it was necessary to pray. Because I'm not an adulterer. I'm not a drunkard. I'm not into witchcraft and all the sins that our nation is into. And I've self-righteously sat back and said, that's somebody else's problem. Forgive me. Forgive me for my prayerlessness. The prophet Samuel said it would be sin for him if he didn't pray for his people. I haven't prayed for my people. And besides that, my name's Samuel. Oh, my Lord. Father, we pray for outpouring of your spirit upon us. Father God, that your spirit be poured out upon us. We do not have enough of a Pentecost upon us, upon this generation. We need your spirit again to be poured out upon us. That with boldness we would speak out. That we would be baptized with your Holy Spirit and with fire, oh God. Yes, God, with fire. That you'd baptize us with your Holy Spirit and with fire, God. God, I pray. Let your spirit be poured out upon us, Father God, as we confess our sins to you and the sins of our generation, the sins of the church. Let your spirit be poured out upon us. Without measure, Father God, let there be a great deluge. Father, we even pray for this place right now. As we confess our sins to you, Father God, pour out your spirit, we pray, upon us. Send your spirit down upon us. Send your spirit upon this land. Send your spirit on us. Send us out, Father God. To be mighty missionaries of revival wherever we go. To be missionaries of revival, God. God, pour out your spirit upon us. God, pour out your spirit upon us. Let your Holy Spirit come, Father God. Let your fire fall upon us. Cleanse and purify. Fill us to overflowing. Make us powerful and mighty in preaching, God. Use our lips to speak your word with such power and authority, God. Oh, God, reach this generation before all is lost. Please, God. Let it not be too late for America, Father. Let it not be too late for America to see one last awakening. One last awakening, God. Let there be at least one last awakening, Father. We pray, don't let us miss our window, God. Let all not be lost. Let us not be left orphans in this land. Oh, God. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. Excuse me, brother. Now that was a prayer meeting. And if every prayer meeting was like that prayer meeting, we would be in awakening now. Amen? So if you want to pray for revival, please do not pray lesser than that. Please do not pray lesser than that. Amen.
