In the 11th chapter, there is a narration of God's mercies. Now, the closing of the 10th chapter is very important also. 17th verse, 16th, 17th. Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart and be no more stiff-necked. The wisdom which is from above is first pure and peaceable and easy to be entreated. Sometimes religious people become very hard. That is not God's wisdom. You see, you are ready to see what is right. You know, when the fellowship gets larger and our communications become wider worldwide now we should be very careful to maintain the same spirit and not remove the old landmark. I have been seeing and have been teaching that women can prophesy. They can be, of course, what would your family be without the mother? So important is a woman's role. But, honey, God does not permit the formulation of doctrine. To a woman. And also supervisory administration in the church. And whenever a woman usurps authority over a man there is bound to be trouble. In your own family you know, a meek and a quiet spirit is the great adornment for a woman. But, honey, normally, in actual practice when a woman gets excited the roof will blow off. The neighbors will hear and they get so excited. Listen. All right. That is the emotional makeup of a woman. But what does the Bible teach? His voice was not heard in the street. He shall not cry nor lift up his voice. Those of you that have seen me in private in my own room you know how softly I speak not like when I am preaching. And I am ashamed if at any time my voice is heard. Jesus' voice was not lifted up in that kind of manner. So, dear people we have to maintain these old scriptural landmarks. Here, here. Circumcise your words. Circumcise your hearts. Now, that stands for that work of holiness. You will see it also in Romans 2, 28 and 29. Romans 2, 28 and 29. Then the 19th verse Love ye therefore the stranger for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. Now, you know, in many parts of this subcontinent people say only men of our own state or language or ethnicity if you go to some villages they will tell you only this caste lives here. We don't want anybody else. Now, you know, the early missionaries had to face this. The locals would not allow them to build any church or mission center on the main street. So, they would not. So, they went out of the town into some pallum, wooden, this thing, that thing, outside. But what did the Lord teach me to do? To put our centers right in the middle of the city.
