Upon ones conversion, you receive the Holy Spirit. He resides in and with you. Now as for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is altogether a seperate experience, it is an endument of power (which is evident to all by speaking in tongues), which doesn't necessarily require the laying on of hands.Now this reply is coming from an old fashion Pentecostal....all in this forum will not agree. I speak from experience and what I understand the Word to say.I am not wishing to hijack your thread or create another tongues debate....OOPS this is in reply to genuines tongue thread....sorry, mental lapse at keyboard
