FOURTH FRIDAY OF ADVENT

Read Luke 2:1-7 She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was not room for them in the inn. When God looks into our lives, all of the business of our days, rushing to shops, fighting traffic, meeting deadlines, hurrying off to parties, cooking, baking, wrapping, making, mailing. Does he find any room at all to be born, fresh and new? When God looks at our homes, is there a place prepared for him? Is there room reserved on the schedule where time is given in prayer? Have we given to Him an opportunity to use us by anticipating the fulfillment of His promises by the faith we exhibit in everyday circumstances?

Pray that God will give you quiet moments to make room for Him in your Christmas Celebration.
