Matthew 20
Worrell1 a householder, who went forth early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard;} 6 , going forth, he found others standing, and he says to them, ‘Why stand ye here all the day idle?’} 8 the wages, beginning from the last to the first.’} 9 about the eleventh hour, coming, received, each, a denary.} 11 , they murmured against the householder,} 12 one hour, and you made them equal with us, who bore the burden of the day and the burning heat!’} 17 And, when about to go up to Jerusalem, Jesus took with the twelve disciples privately, and on the way He said to them, 20 Then came to Him the mother of the sons of Zebedee with her sons, worshiping and asking something of Him. 21 And He said to her, She says to Him, “Command, that these my two sons may sit, one on Thy right hand, and one on Thy left, in Thy Kingdom." 22 But Jesus, answering, said, They say to Him, “We are able." 23 He saith to them, for whom it has been prepared by My Father.”} 24 And the ten, hearing , were much displeased with the two brothers. 25 But Jesus, calling them near, said, 29 And, as they were going forth from Jericho, a great multitude followed Him. 30 And, behold, two blind men, sitting by the road, hearing that Jesus was passing by, cried, saying, “Lord, have mercy on us, Thou Son of David!" 31 But the multitude rebuked them, that they should be silent. But they cried more, “Lord, have mercy on us, Thou Son of David!" 32 And, standing still, Jesus called them, and said, 33 They say to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened." 34 And, moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and straightway they received sight; and followed Him.
