As children of God, we are called to recognize our inherent value and worth, given by our Creator. In 1 Corinthians 6:20, we are reminded that we have been bought with a price, and therefore should honor God with our bodies. The apostle Paul also encourages believers to adopt a humble mindset, not thinking too highly of themselves, as seen in Romans 12:3, while also being transformed by the renewing of their minds, as stated in Romans 12:2. Additionally, Psalms 139:14 and 2 Corinthians 5:17 affirm our identity as new creations, fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you.
I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well.
For You formed my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well.
I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
