The power of God is often manifested through extraordinary events that surpass human understanding and ability. In the book of Acts, the apostles pray for God to grant them signs and wonders, that His power may be displayed. The Gospels, such as Matthew and Mark, record numerous instances of Jesus performing miraculous deeds, while John notes that Jesus Himself said people would require signs to believe. As seen in Acts, the early church continued to experience miracles, with the apostle Peter declaring that faith in Jesus' name is what brings about these remarkable occurrences, as stated in Acts 3:16.
