Created in the image of God, humanity is endowed with inherent dignity and worth. According to Genesis, God formed man in His own likeness, male and female, to have dominion over the earth. As seen in Job and Isaiah, humans are also accountable to God, with their lives having purpose and meaning as His created beings. In Hebrews, it is written that God crowned man with glory and honor, highlighting the special status afforded to humanity. This unique relationship with God is a recurring theme throughout Scripture.
