As followers of Christ, our lives should be characterized by humility, obedience, and a deepening relationship with God. According to 1 John, confessing our sins and seeking forgiveness is essential to walking in the light. The apostle Paul teaches in Romans 12 that we should offer ourselves as living sacrifices, transformed by the renewing of our minds, and in Galatians 2, he emphasizes that our new life is rooted in faith and lived out through the power of Christ.
