14 Bible Verses on Being Falsely Accused

14 verses

In times of adversity, believers may face false accusations, but Scripture offers comfort and guidance. According to Isaiah, no weapon formed against the righteous will prosper, and in Matthew, Jesus teaches that being persecuted for His sake is a blessing. The book of Proverbs warns that the ungodly use their words to destroy, but the wise will not be harmed by their schemes. As instructed in Romans, believers are to leave vengeance to God, and James encourages them to consider trials, including false accusations, as opportunities for spiritual growth and maturity.
