The Bible acknowledges the existence of those who reject the idea of God, describing them as foolish and without understanding. In Psalms, it is written that the fool says in his heart, "There is no God." The New Testament, particularly in Jude and James, warns against denying the existence or power of God, and encourages believers to be mindful of their interactions with unbelievers. According to 2 Corinthians, the unbeliever's mind is blinded by Satan, and in 1 Corinthians, believers are advised on how to engage with them in a loving and respectful manner.

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good.
If an unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat anything set before you without raising questions of conscience.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, ‘Raca,’ will be subject to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be subject to the fire of hell.
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness. For what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but they became futile in their thinking and darkened in their foolish hearts. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images of mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters.
In his pride the wicked man does not seek Him; in all his schemes there is no God.
Anyone who runs ahead without remaining in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Whoever remains in His teaching has both the Father and the Son.
