to foam up, to foam at the mouth to cause or to produce the foaming up of a liquid (restricted in the NT to the foaming at the mouth of a person experiencing an epileptic seizure) Since foaming at the mouth is so characteristic of epileptic seizures, there should be no difficulty in finding a rather specific term to identify this type of event.
