Moulton Gr . ii. p. 337), is found in the NT only in Rev_16:21 ; but, as Swete has pointed out ad l ., the word is well supported in later Greek, e.g. Polyb. ix. 41. 8, Joseph. B.J . v. 6. 3. See also the comic author Alcaeus of v/iv B.C., who speaks of νοσήματα ταλαντιαῖα (Kock Fragm . i. p. 759), and Crates of v/B.C. ( ib . p. 140).
