Searles Lexicographical Study p. 102 cites a Delphic inscr. of A.D. 50, Collitz 2208 .10 εἰ δὲ μὴ παραμένοι καθὼς ἁ ὠνὰ περιέχει , where the verb has the unusual meaning stipulate.
