ὅραμα [page 454] In P Goodsp Cairo 3 .5 (iii/B.C.) (= Witkowski, 2 p. 47) ἔδο ]ξε̣ [μο ]ι ν [ῦ ]ν̣ περὶ τοῦ ὁράματος διασαφῆσαί σοι , ὅπως εἰδῆις κτλ ., ὁράματος refers apparently to a vision granted in sleep : cf. We may add the fragment of an uncanonical gospel P Oxy X. 1224 Fr. 2 recto ii. 3 καὶ [παρεσταμέ ]νου Ἰη (σοῦ ) [ἐ ]ν ὁράμα [τι λέγει ] Τί ἀθ [υμ ]εῖς ; where there is possibly a reference to a vision of encouragement granted to Peter after his Fall (see the editors introd.).
