syll 583 (= .3 996) .16 ( c. i/A.D. ?) ἄγαλμα μαρμάρινον Αρτέμιδος ἐπὶ παραστάδι μυλίνῃ . The editor compares CIG II. 3371 .4 σὺν τῇ κειμένῃ σορῷ ἔσω μυλίνῃ , [ἐ ]ν ᾗ ἔνεστί μου ἡ γυνή , and quotes Boeckh to the effect that the reference is to the kind of stone of which millstones were made.
