Alex., p. 145)), pollution, contamination: Act_15:20 (τοῦ ἀπέχεσθαι κτλ. to beware of pollution from the use of meats left from the heathen sacrifices, cf. Act_15:29). Neither ἀλισγέω nor ἀλίσγημα occurs in Greek writings.
