In this video, we are privileged to take a look into the life of someone who was touched by God's revival power. Yorrie Richards, by the world standard, was someone who was a hopeless case, someone that would never turn to God, an impossibility. But God delights in impossibilities.
Yorrie came to faith and was used mightily by the Lord in bringing revival power to the situations that he attended. And I just want to draw your attention to four things that seem to be a theme in this DVD. Firstly, the sense of tragedy that Yorrie came across, particularly at the town hall meetings.
His failure at that first meeting. Secondly, the intercessory prayer of Yorrie's friend David Howes, or Uncle Di, as he called him. And in response to that, Yorrie's then faith and his obedience to do the second night, to preach the second night, even though the first night was a complete disaster.
And fourthly, God's presence appeared as a result of Yorrie's obedience. So there's four things there. There's failure.
There's intercession and submission to God. There is obedience in faith, and there is God's presence in the response to obedience. So I want to encourage you to open your hearts as you watch this DVD, and see what the Lord is saying to you.
Maybe the Lord is speaking to you at this time, as he has me. God bless you.
