Seek Things Above

Don't ever walk away from the Lord Jesus. You can afford to lose anything and anyone except this person because this person is irreplaceable. There is only one God who became man.

His name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. There will never ever be anyone anywhere near him. So this God who became man, he came through his Holy Spirit by the love of God the Father to change your mind and give you a new mind.

Because my mind was polluted by this world and this world is embedded in the in the bosom of Satan, the father of all lies. This got polluted. I started learning how to deceive, how to lie, how to falsify, how to twist things.

I became accustomed to it. It became part of me and I became part of it. The Lord says, can't work.

You cannot follow me with a worldly mindset. I need to give you a new thought, a new idea, a new mind. I need to transform you.

Stop being conformed. Stop being worldly. Stop imitate people of the world.

Stop trying your hardest to be one of them. Be transformed. So how do I get transformed? By the renewing of your mind.

You know the word renew? It's a compounded word. R-E prefix, re to go back, rewind. Don't we say that? Re is to go back.

The word new is not new in the sense of something new because there is nothing new under the sun for God. Because God created everything therefore everything is of an ancient times. There is nothing new.

When electricity was not discovered that didn't mean that when they discovered it, it was new. No, electricity was always there from day one when God created it into this realm. But humanity did not discover it.

When they discovered it, they said it's a new discovery. But to God everything is old. So by the renewing, r-e to go back, the word new here in Romans chapter 12 means origin.

Go back to your origin and who is our origin? Genesis 1-1. In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth. Your origin, my origin, and all of us origin is God.

The triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Elohim. So when we go back to God, we are now transformed. If there is one thing in life that can never be killed is called an idea.

Idea can never be killed. Idea can never be killed. When you try to kill an idea, it actually multiplies and people try frantically to kill it.

They waste their breath, their energy, their time, their life. They die and the idea lives because ideas can never be killed. Everything started with an idea.

The house that you live in, it was an idea in someone's head. The clothes that you wear, it was an idea in someone's head. The car you drive, it was an idea in someone's head.

The chair you sit on, it was an idea in someone's head. Everything in life began with an idea, including the human race. It was an idea in God's head.

When the idea matures and becomes ripe, it turns into a thought. Please pay attention. When the idea matures and becomes ripe, it turns into a thought.

When the thought matures and becomes ripe, it turns into a word. When the word matures and becomes ripe, it turns into an ideology. When people blow themselves up and kill people, that is an ideology.

So when you try to kill that ideology, it multiplies because ideas cannot be killed. What can you do to the idea? Don't ever try and kill it. Try to change it with another idea.

That's the only way you can get rid of it, by replacing it with another idea. So when the thought matures and becomes ripe, it becomes a word. When the word matures and becomes ripe, it becomes an ideology.

When the ideology matures and becomes ripe, it becomes a philosophy. When philosophy matures and becomes ripe, it becomes your way of living, the way you are now. The way people live now, it all began with an idea.

Serial killers, drug addicts, murderers, pedophiles began with an idea. Colors all began with an idea. An idea.

So now, St. Paul in Romans 12, he says, do not be conformed. What happened? Where did I get me now? How did I get to this stage? It was a collection of ideas that turned into thoughts, into words, into an ideology, into a philosophy, into a way of living. Because what you think of, eventually you will live.

The way you think is the way you're going to walk, you're going to talk, you're going to behave, you're going to live, eventually. Whatever is in the head, what did he say? It's going to reflect on the screen, the body. Whatever you feed the computer, that's what you're going to see on the screen.

If the program is healthy, you'll see healthy things. If the program is filthy, you will see filthy things. Look at the internets of the world.

What do you see? Filth. Because the program comes from Satan, who is all filth. But when you come and receive the program of Christ, the Holy Bible, purity and holiness, light, amazing.

So now I came, my life journey has been what? 16 years, 18 years, 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, 50, 60, 70. Whatever time and whatever age I am at now, it is never too late. That idea that shaped you till this very day can all be undone.

Get the mind of Christ. Get the thought of Christ. Get the idea of Christ.

Which is the word. When you start getting the word of Christ in your mind, that word starts replacing all the worldly ideas, Satan embedded in your mind. But what happened? Someone says, I've got addiction and I can't do it.

So what they do, they try to fight that addiction. They say, I'm not going to take drugs anymore. I'm not going to drink alcohol anymore.

I'm not going to gamble anymore. And the more they try, the worse they become. Why? Because they're trying to kill this idea and the idea can't be killed.

You want to be set free? Start reading the word of God. Doesn't matter you understand it, you don't. Doesn't matter you're comfortable or not.

Be persistent and be consistent with it. Insist on it and consist with it. With time, you will see your mind start changing.

You'll give up on your addiction. So if you haven't read the Holy Bible, no wonder you are too preoccupied with worldly nonsense talk. You see, the brain is God's creation.

And the functionality of the brain, God said to the brain, you have to think. That's your job. Poor brain can't do anything else but to think.

That's the job. That's the task given to the brain. So it is now dependent upon us what we allow the brain to be preoccupied with.

If you are busy with Christ, there is no time for the world. You're going to talk like Christ. You're going to walk like Christ.

You're going to live, behave like Christ. But if you're not busy with Christ, you're going to be busy with this world. You're going to act, behave exactly like the world.

So how do I change? Renew your mind. Go back to your origin. Go back to God, i.e. take the Word of God and make it your life.

So my son, my daughter, start reading the Holy Bible. Start reading the Holy Bible. Get busy with the Word of the Lord.

Stop talking to this, talking to that, talking about this, talking about that. Stop looking at what the news and it's just a noise pollution. And by the way, what is happening in the Middle East is prophetic.

What is happening in Iran is prophetic. Look, at the end of the day, there is one true divine living God who art in heaven. He is always in control.

He will use those who love Him and those who hate Him to fulfill His plan. He is God. Nothing stands in His way.

It's not about this country or that country. It is about humanity. Where are you in relation to this true divine God?
