Lukewarm Faith Exposed

Without Christ, no one can make it. Without the blood of the Lamb of God, no one can make it. They overcame Satan the accuser by the blood of the Lamb.

This blood is being given to you Christians from the Holy Altar every single Sunday for free. So what am I doing? I'm saying to the one who gives me life, who gives me redemption, who gives me salvation, who gives me power to overcome Satan for free. I'm saying to him I don't have the time for you but I will make time to go and watch and listen some Hollywood singer in a stadium and pay for it yet receive nothing but poison and emptiness.

I will have the time to go out with my friends. I will have the time to travel. I will have the time to buy and sell.

I will have the time for everything but when it comes to Jesus, sorry no time. But the Lord is saying without the blood of the Lamb, Satan has devoured you. You're dead.

You need to come to church. You need to receive the body and the blood of the Lord in the truth. It's not symbolic.

It is truly his body. It is truly his blood. We must come.

If we choose to live, we must come. We must come my beloveds. If we don't feed our body for one month, two months, three months, what's gonna happen to it? It will eventually die.

Have you thought about feeding your spirit? We've been too busy feeding our bodies and ignoring our spirits. Our spirits in us, eventually they are perishing and dying. I haven't fed my spirit.

What will happen to it? It's gonna starve. Eventually it will die. So no matter how strong physically you are, if your spirit is not strong, you cannot withstand the slightest and the smallest of trials.

Any small trial comes your way, you will fall and you will fall very badly. Since your spirit is weak, Satan can do anything and everything to you. We need to feed our spirits more than feeding our own bodies.

We need. Now the body and the blood of Christ is your spiritual food. You need to come and receive it.

They overcame the accuser by the blood, meaning true Christians will always confess and profess this. I am nothing, Christ is everything. It is through him I am saved.

It is by him I am delivered. It is with him I am intact and in good hands. Without Jesus I'm lost, for he is the Good Shepherd that leads these, this flock to green pastures and still waters.

It is him who takes me to green pastures and still waters, my beloved. Did you know sheep cannot drink from a running stream? Unless the water is still, sheep can't drink. If the water is running, sheep get scared, runs away.

See how the Holy Bible is accurate? Since it's the Word of God, the true God who created everything and everyone, including the sheep, he knows how the sheep is and what the sheep is all about. Unless the water is still, he can't drink. So he said, I have led you to green pastures and still waters.

Because you're a sheep, you need still waters. I am, that's the water. My goodness.

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. By the word of their testimony. True Christians carried the Word of Christ in them, the Gospel.

They went out, they preached the Gospel, but they did not stop there. They did not just talk about Christ, they lived Christ. So the word of their testimony, you cannot testify about something unless you live it.

If you don't live it, you cannot testify about it. So what John the Beloved is saying here, true Christians who will be delivered from the Great Tribulation, even if I walk as a true Christian, even if I walk through the Great Tribulation, nothing will harm me. Since Christ is my protector, nothing will harm me.

No poison, no nothing. So he said, the true Christians that have lived Christ, not just spoke about Christ. There's a lot of people that talk about Jesus.

Very few that live with Jesus. Living with Christ is totally, totally different to talking about Christ. You can talk about Christ and know him not, but when you live with him, even if you don't talk about him, your actions, your behavior will be much more powerful than a million preaching.

Just by walking, people will sense Christ in you, because you're living with him, you see. Because who reveals things is God, not you. So don't think by preaching you're revealing that you're a good person.

No, Christ has to do that, not you. And if you try to do that, you'll come out ugly. But when Christ does it, oh, it's a stunning picture.

He can leave Michelangelo for dead, when Christ paints the picture. And with the word of their testimony, true Christians are the ones who live for Jesus Christ, not talk about him. The problem of the 21st century, we have filled the air with noise pollution about Christ.

They don't want to live for him, they just want to talk about him. Hello, you're becoming a noise pollution. Where is Christ in your life? Oh, I don't know.

But I know what he says here. But what about him? What is he feeling now? What does he want from you now? Is he okay? Is he happy? Is he sad? Does he need anything? Does he want me to go and give him some water to drink? Maybe he's thirsty. You need to live with him.

You know why only few live with him? It's not easy. It's not easy. You'll have to give up on a lot of things.

And not only give up on a lot of things, you'll have to live a life that is of God's, not of you. What I'm trying to say, when you live a life that is of God's, your brain can't function in that life. Because that life is above your intellect.

You know why I'm talking too much here? I'll tell you that story. Many years back, I was a deacon. I went to this church, I want name.

And I came back from the church, it was around midnight, just past midnight. I stopped at a service station to get some petrol in the car was running on empty. I went and I, as I was putting petrol in the car, I had a glimpse of a person walking on to the premises of that service station.

But I did not pay attention. A voice inside of this hopeless, useless servant said to me, go and talk to this person and say, do you need a lift? I ignored the voice. It's past midnight.

It was absolutely quiet. It was the person working behind that screen in that service station. It was me and that person who just walked, no one else.

Absolutely quiet. I ignored the voice. I got a little bit uncomfortable.

If you know what I mean. The voice came back and he said, listen, it is I the Lord and I'm telling you go and speak to this person. Do you need a lift? Because this person is tired, he needs help.

I ignored the voice. He said, listen, it is I Jesus Christ telling you, you go and talk to this person or else. I could not resist this voice.

He grabbed me, he controlled me. I finished the petrol, I walked to that guy. I said, excuse me? He said, yes.

I said, do you need a lift? He said, oh, thank you so much. I have been walking for hours. I'm exhausted.

I said, yeah, no worries. I'm just gonna pay for the petrol and I'll take you wherever you want. Not a stranger.

Put him in the car, we drove. He said, oh, can you go this way? I said, okay. And on the way, we started talking.

I said, so what do you do for a living? He said, I just came out of prison. Now, this guy is not just on that concrete, paved concrete of the service station, he's sitting in the front seat of the car and it's only us now in the car. I said, in my heart, I said, oh, wonderful.

So he just came out of prison. I said, can I ask why? He said, because I killed my wife. I stabbed her with a knife.

I said, Lord, thank you so much. You couldn't be any more. Grace, you was with me.

So nice, man. Thank you, Jesus. I love you.

I said, oh, really? So you killed your wife? He said, yeah. He said, I've been in prison just over 20 years. I just came out.

I said, oh, okay. Well, it's good that you're out, but I'm sorry that this has happened to you. Could you not? This guy could have done anything.

He'd lost his life. He's got nothing to lose. When I started talking to him about the Lord, he started crying like a kid and he started thanking the Lord and praising the Lord.

I dropped him wherever he wanted to go. I drove back home. I'm cutting it short.

The Lord said, spoke. He said, I just wanted to show you one thing, a little thing. If you trust me, I'll put you with a murderer, but I'll make him a sheep, not a wolf.

If you trust me. This is a glimpse of what it is about to live with Christ. I'll talk about it.

See, when you start living with him, you begin to know what he is of, what kind of a substance and what he's capable of. Next time when coronavirus comes and Satan with it, you'll go. You fear nothing because Christ makes you fearless.

It's Christ. But you see, fearless only comes with going through a lot of fear in the beginning because in the beginning, I'm a little baby. I am afraid of anything and everything.

Oh, somebody said something against me and I sat crying for it. Somebody betrayed me and I was broken about it, but after God put me through so many trials, he put me on that barbecue and made me those prawns. He burned me, cooked me, turned me over.

When he finished with me, I became a man, not a baby, spiritually a man. So next time a trial came, I laughed and I stepped on it. This can only happen in any one of us when we say to the Lord, please let me live with you, not just talk about you.

Please let me live with you. Because when you live with him, then you can talk about it.
